Always a good time at Gordon Ramsay Burger. The service is great and quick to get drinks. The patio on the second floor is nice and a great place to drink some summer brews. Only downside is if you're trying to watch the Celtics, the patio TVs don't have sound so you gotta watch the game listening to Champagne Supernova read more

OMG! What an amazing meal my husband and I had when we were in town for a many vaca! I had the Steak Sandwich with Truffle Fries and my husband had the Hells Kitchen Burger with Fries. We both thought the meal was one of the BEST we had ever had!! The wait staff was amazing; happy, personable, engaging, made recommendations and smiled! We were fortunate to sit on the roof top with a beautiful city view. It was chilly but they had heaters in the ceiling and fireplace. So cozy and inviting! Wish we had one here locally in Houston, Texas. read more

Overpriced, and nothing to write home about. Not good value for quality. Gluten-free and vegan friendly. Veggie patty tastes just like meat and it has good texture, not mushy bs. If I were Gordon Ramsey, I'd take my name off this place immediately. I really wish I would have read the reviews before coming here. Like so many other reviews we were disappointed right away. We had to wait 15 minutes for the lazy staff to clear some tables, while 4 other tables were empty and remained empty for our entire stay. WTF? Once seated we waited for another 10 minutes with no server, and we told the receptionist we were ready to order right away so please tell our server. The food was 7/10, but I'm probably being generous. Imagine fast food, with high quality ingredients. Luckily our server was nice and attentive. With so many places to choose from in Boston, do yourself a huge favor and skip this place. We will not be back. read more

Dining method: Dine-in Item(s) ordered: Vegan Burger with gluten-free bun, Golden Dragon Burger, Sweet Potato Fries Value: Expensive for what it is (burgers come alone, no side) Review: Big no, my friends, and here's why: the lack of food safety and the service--two things that are non-negotiable. The staff unaware of allergens in the food, and the physical menu says that fries are gluten-free, when they are actually fried in the same fryer as wheat ingredients and are most definitely contaminated. Not only is this a legal concern but someone can (and will) get sick. I only know about the gluten because I was extra careful and asked. Seeing "GF" on the menu, people will certainly assume that it's safe. Who knows what else is misrepresented?! Moreover, we were so excited to try our Gordon Ramsay burgers only to be met with cold and unaccommodating servers. Funny enough, the burgers tasted great, but the rest really ruined our experience, and I honestly worried the whole time that my "gluten free" burger could make me sick. Gordon Ramsay Burger was such an uncomfortable experience; we couldn't wait to leave and won't be coming back. read more

My second time to dine in a ramsay burger, first was in chicago. To be honest, i tasted a much better burger for a lesser price. Their burger comes ala carte. We ordered different burgers and fries so we may compare and we came up to a conclusion above. Service was fine and i love it that they have uniforms except for the greeter. There is also a produce day during saturday outside so, if you are into dining with a view, i tell you it would not be pleasantly looking outside while you dine. The bathroom door is also heavy to push/pull looks like not a pwd/senior friendly. They accept credit/debit. No parking. High chairs available. read more

We sat at the bar waiting for the rest of our party to arrive and the bartender was great. Created a non alcoholic Cosmo my wife loved. Service was good and attentive. We had a party of 6. One breakfast burger came without an egg and we had to trade a couple dishes around. Burgers were very well prepared. Sides of French fries were disappointing considering the $7 extra for the side I was a little disappointed considering Gordon Ramsey has his name on the place. read more

Terrible service from start to finish. The host at the entrance disappeared, and we had to wait for someone else to seat us. The waitress was just as bad completely inattentive, never checked on us, and didn't ask if we needed anything else. We waited a long time for our drinks and had to ask twice. Very disappointing experience. read more

Upon entering the restaurant it took a long time to even be acknowledged by the waiter. Nearly 10-15 minutes. The food was average. My burger was good, but the chicken inside our daughter's Caesar salad was overcooked. There are three restrooms, each of them had urine all over the toilets. It was disgusting read more

MAN DON'T LISTEN TO THEM HATERRRS!!! Not sure what's up with all the burger snootiness locally, but HANDS UP, LOVED my experience at GR Burger-- it did not disappoint *****! Having been to GR Burger in Vegas and Chicago, I have a good grasp on what the experience should be like. Even then, I'm a nice person about it, and being a huge fan of Gordon makes the anticipation that much more exciting! My brother took me here for my birthday dinner on the first weekend it opened. So I knew, the restaurant was still in training and working out the kinks. We called to see if we could snag a reservation for a table, but alas they were all booked up. Not sure if it was the Hostess being uncertain/not knowledgeable, but they were confused if we were able to come in and wait or sit at the bar. My bro and I took a chance (since our hotel was a block away) and swung by for dinner anyway. Luckily, we were able to sit at two stools in the bar area. No reservation needed ;) SERVICE: A Our bar tender/server was the BEST! I wish I remembered his name, as my bro and I had a great time because of his friendly service. Hostesses were bit nervous, could've due to their newness back then. FOOD/DRINKS: A I got the Farmhouse Burger $16 (sharp cheddar, bacon, friend egg), and my brother got the I opted to get BBQ sauce to drizzle on the burger and ordered the Sweet Potato Fries $7. Everything was delicious! Bun was crisp and soft, not soggy. Meat was seasoned perfectly and cooked delicious medium. I barely finished it as it was pretty sizeable. My dessert was a delicious Oreo Creme Brulee Shake $9 - 100% AMBIANCE/INTERIOR: A Sat at the bar, downstairs was modern with dim lighting. Upstairs was not open yet but we took a peek. It was gorgeous with the outdoor seating. I can definitely see it becoming a hit. PRICES: B We're in Boston-- food is 99.9% going to be expensive. Would it have been great if we could order combo meals? Yeah but that's not how they sell their foods here. This AIN'T McDonald's or Carl's Jr y'all. For being full and tastyness, I thought $21 for burgers and fries was pretty norm. OVERALL: A This GR Burger joint would make Gordon himself proud! I had the perfect birthday dinner and so glad that I was able to enjoy my experience here. Three thumbs up! read more

I really had high hopes for this place given the owner. The service was good and their upstairs rooftop was nice to seat. the wings were alright, but I was not really sold on the burgers. I got the blue cheeseburger. It was not really clear what direction they were going with this. Just had a lot going on. The onion ring was just huge and not cooked well, so had to take it off. Overall was disappointed. Maybe getting the simple cheese burger is the way to go. read more

Overall rating: 1.5 stars The staff was pretty welcoming. We say on the deck, trying to capture the last bit of Boston's summer before the breeze came in! Great views and ambiance but service and food could be better. Come on Gordon! :-) Food: burgers, fries, beer, wine, and drinks We got their special off menu BLT burger and the Hell's Kitchen Burger which had jalapenos and a spicy sauce, we wren't a fan of the flavor or presentation. It was served on a metal tray and the paper underneath stuck to the grease and bottom of the burger. Pricing: reasonably priced about $15-19 for a burger depending on the customization Ambiance: the downstairs dining had tall windows on all the sides and felt open, though it was a bit on the smaller side (it's attached to a hotel) The deck was where it's at! Gorgeous plants, open seats in and out of the sun. Almost a 360 view of the Northend buildings! We noticed there were heaters too so outdoor deck seating may be available in the Fall too! Bring a jacket if you sit in the shade though, even on a nice day it got a tad windy and cold in the shade. Seating & Parking: two stories of seating, upstairs has outdoor deck seating or some fresh air No parking but right next to the Haymarket station on the orange line Service: very attentive and kind, we had asked for no salt on our fries and she misheard Music: pop music Bathrooms: 3 stalls of unisex bathrooms by the stairs on the floor level Final comments: a nice spot for a quick meal with views but the burgers were lacking in flavor and the paper that was underneath the burger stuck to it as we picked up our burgers, very messy! read more

Gordon Ramsay Burger - Hell's Kitchen Burger - Burgers Near Me - Boston, Massachusetts

As fans of Gordon Ramsey and foodies, we were excited to visit this establishment while in Boston. We arrived on a hot and humid Friday around 12:15 p.m. and were surprised to find the place relatively empty (it did fill up after that). We were greeted and seated after a few moments and the host recommended an appetizer. The downstairs dining area was upscale casual. There is a rooftop area dining option which is not air conditioned. We opted for the all American burger, the special of the month lamb burger, both MR, (neither come with any sides), French fries and onion rings. We asked that all be brought to the table at the same time. Extra ketchup was explicitly expressed and confirmed. We also ordered a Diet Coke, no iced tea available although listed on menu. The burgers were undercooked, rare at best, bordering on raw. While we both can and do sometimes enjoy our burgers rare, after 2 bites we knew they were way undercooked. The flavors for both were still good, the lamb special burger having a hint of gaminess, but had they been cooked to the requested temp they would have been way better and so probably would have been the review. Neither of us finished our burgers due to being way undercooked. The server did not return to our table for sometime after we received our meal, and we had to flag down someone for the requested extra ketchup and salt. The fries were excellent and seemed to hold their heat much longer than expected. The onion rings were good, but the addition of chives along with shredded Parmesan atop did nothing to enhance the flavor profile. The batter consistency was perfect, but it needed more umph (seasoning) and neither ranch dressing or chipotle ketchup provided this. We were not a fan of either. the unisex restrooms and the entire place was so clean-which would make Mr. Ramsey proud. Service was generally good but it seemed long lag times, especially to get the check. Glad to try but not looking to return. read more

We came in a Sunday noon. The restaurant is neat and quiet. The server was nice and attentive. We were seated right away and our food was served quickly too. We tried the monthly special birria lamb burger and hell kitchen burger. Both were fantastic. The hell burger had jalapeños, avocado, and tomato in it, which was perfectly balanced giving rich flavor. The lamb burger was delicious and juicy and not greasy, cooked to my liking too. The fries were cooked perfectly too. All in all, we enjoyed our meal and concluded Gordon Ramsey knows how to make burgers :) we would definitely come back. read more

Always been a big fan of Gordon Ramsey, so was so excited to try his burger place. We had reservations and even though we were early they seated us right away. Waitress was very friendly and attentive. Wife had the brunch burger- a nice patty with a fried egg, caramelized bacon and a Siracusa sauce. It was cooked to a perfect medium rare. I had the French onion burger-another perfectly cooked burger with onions, Swiss cheese and a side of au jus. The truffle fries will cost me a week at the gym, but are amazing. The downstairs dining area of the restaurant feels more like a diner to me. The lighting was super bright and tables were awkwardly far apart. The customer service left something to be desired. No one seemed to be providing stellar attention nor energy. I thought the kettle nachos were delicious. The burgers were super juicy and yummy, but they were priced high for not coming with a side. I don't think I'd return unless I was checking out the roof deck which seemed cool! read more

Gordon Ramsay Burger is a lovely restaurant! The service is great and there are many seating options. They have many drink options and even some good non-alcoholic options too! There wasn't much on the menu, but that made sense because it was only really a burger place. We started off with the absolutely amazing corn dip. I eat a lot of corn dip and I must say, this is some good corn dip! Then I got the Backyard Burger, just a regular burger but it had some great tastes! We also got the regular fry's and the spicy ketchup was a very different taste. I didn't try the shakes but they looked very good. Overall i would recommend this place for a nice dining experience. We checked out the recently open Gordon Ramsey Burger and it was awesome! It is great for kids because it is more casual than Ramsey's other Boston restaurant. FYI, it wasn't offered to us without asking, but later on we heard another table with kids ask and there seems to be a kids menu, at least a plain burger, and they also had lemonade for the kids that wasn't on the menu. We started with the street corn dip. It was fantastic. Everyone liked it, even our toddler. The blue corn chips were kid approved! As was the Oreo shake! We each tried a different burger to sample. The Farmhouse Burger, Blue Cheese Burger and burger-of-the-month Philly Style were all great. They were huge and very filling. Fries are separate, and we tried the plain "just fries" and also the truffle fries. The sauces with the truffle fries were good, as was the ketchups. The service was great and very friendly. We highly recommend checking this place out! read more

The rooftop is so adorable here. We were able to do walk in without a wait for a rooftop table for 2 at 9pm on a beautiful Friday. The cocktails were unique and tasty, and the ambiance is so cute on the roof. My friend and I were hoping to just get drinks upstairs, but there is no bar in roof part of the restaurant and you have to order at least one food item if you sit at a table. So we just got the sweet potato fries and they ended up being really yummy so we weren't complaining. The prices are pretty reasonable for an upscale patio restaurant. The waitress was also super nice. Overall, I loved it here! read more

My husband, myself, and our daughter stopped here for lunch this weekend. We were seated right at our reservation time by the sweetest host. Our waitress was MIA for the first 15ish minutes we were seated. When she finally came to take our order she seemed less than impressed to be working. We gave our order, and then had to wait an additional 20 minutes for our drinks (a soda and a water). When the food came out the fries were nice and hot, but the burgers seemed to have been sitting for a little bit - they were room temp. The burgers were fine, nothing to write home about. My husband got a milkshake which was awesome. The fries were fine, but it's a pretty small serving for the price. Not wowed by the place. There's lots of local places close by that are preferable. read more

After coming from the Gordon Ramsay Burgers in Las Vegas I had high expectations, it was the best burger and fries I've ever had. And to say I was disappointed was an understatement, when we walked in we were expecting it to be packed, it was almost completely empty apart from a few tables. We sat down and went over the menu and while multiple staff went back and forth calling and texting on their phone for roughly 10 minutes before I had to raise my voice and ask to be served. After receiving our drinks our server forgot to give us straws. We overheard one of the workers complaining about cutting strawberries. The burger was alright, nowhere near as good as Las Vegas location, the ingredients are less fresh, the brioche bun was soggy and not toasted, the meat itself lacked seasoning. The truffle fries were almost as good as I remember but could've had been more crispy with more salt. If you are looking to experience a Gordon Ramsay restaurant I strongly suggest Las Vegas as their ingredients are more fresh, staff are very professional, restaurants are clean, and the food is 10x better for the same price. read more

The place is giving a burger diner vibe is cute very original, we say at our table very clean but no napkins utensils or sauce so it was different. The server came twice to ask what we wanted but didn't stop by during the meal to ask if I needed anymore drinks or refill on my water. But the burgers, which is what we came for, met the expectation for a restaurant that carries the name Gordon Ramsay. I am not a big bugger fan but I did really like my burger. Compared to the Gordon Ramsay Burger restaurant in Las Vegas, this is subpar. The one in Vegas had much thicker patties and was perfectly cooked medium rare; it was one of the best burgers, if not the best burger, I've ever had. This location was unfortunately just an average burger. I also had the truffle fries and while the fries were nicely cooked -- nice and crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside -- I felt the flavor on the fries and truffle aioli was lacking. As for service, it was fine, nothing to complain about. Their beer selection on tap is very minimal (four) and they were out of the one I wanted. The ambiance was fine but honestly the place was rather dead, although it was a Sunday night during a Pats game. Overall, I don't think I'd come back. read more

Unfortunately a disappointing experience at Gordon Ramsay Burger. Service was arduously slow and the staff seemed to struggle with basics like bringing drink orders and it seemed like 50% plus of orders were sent back due to being wrong in some way or another. Bussing of vacated tables also seemed to be a low priority. The ambiance is comfortable at least. Unless you are walking by and in dire need of a place to eat this place is absolutely not worth stopping by. read more

Reservations weren't too hard to get and I think they take walk ins as well. We had reservations at 7pm on a Friday and were seated immediately The staff were super friendly from host to our waitress. The interior was nice, not super busy even at peak times, and not too loud of an atmosphere either. Ordered the farmhouse and a Philly burger which was a specialty monthly special. Fries were an additional side item so we ordered regular fries and sweet potato fries. The farmhouse was pretty good. Bun was soft, patty had a nice char which I personally like. It was a solid burger. The Philly burger not the biggest fan of. Pretzel bun was super dense and heavy. Didn't really taste like a cheese steak. Cons: asked for medium on both and one was most definitely medium well and the Philly burger was cold as well as the sweet potato fries. read more

We had a reservation, although not needed. Two story restaurant with a roof top deck, fire pit, nice ambiance and a nice place to escape the busyness of Little Italy for a quicker bite. Staff was friendly, seated us right away at a nice table. Ordered our food and sides, onion rings were brought out as an appetizer so we ate it before our burgers arrived because well, we were hungry. Sweet potato side was a rather small side, maybe enough for two people to share. Burgers were very good. Salads were not. Don't waste your time trying to eat salad here, mostly lettuce with a few pieces of a topping, blue cheese, bacon, and not enough dressing. I'd say here it depends on what you order, had we gotten burgers with onion rings we would have been more happy, but minus the weak salads and small portion of sweet potatoes it left us a bit hungry. read more
