I got horrible food poisoning from this order -- please be more careful about your health and safety protocols, and whatever food care and prep standards you're supposed to be upholding. I can't ever order from a Goop again, and I was a frequent customer.

A very tiny salmon bento box.

I've ordered goop kitchen from a different location in the past. But seriously, this is my first order from Pasadena and the salmon is so tiny. It's $22 with taxes and fees. Include tip and it's almost 30$. This isn't cool. I'm so tired of getting the bare minimum. The salad has more dressing than actual lettuce leaves. It would be nice to have more lettuce. Honestly the best looking item is the egg. But an extra egg is $4 Also rice is cold, it's like the rice has been sitting all morning.

Blackened Salmon Bowl

Goop Kitchen is now open at the Allied Food To Go ghost kitchen located in the City of Pasadena. They offer nutritious meals and a variety of gluten-free options like hearty bowls, salads, and handhelds. Orders can be made online via the Goop app or website at order.goopkitchen.com. For a quick lunch, I got the Blackened Salmon Bowl. A bed of quinoa and brown rice was layered with seared salmon, creamy avocado, and crisp vegetables. Very colorful and tasty dish. I got it with herby aioli which was a nice complement. Salmon was delicious, but I wished it could have been a bit bigger because I love salmon. I would have loved a whole avocado instead of half of one. The vegetables were very fresh and crunchy. Sesame seeds were a nice touch. Overall, it was a wonderful and yummy dish. I would get it again. I look forward to trying their other healthy and nutritious dishes in the near future. Highly recommend Goop Kitchen!

The Goopfellas Pizza

I LOVE Goop Kitchen! The Goopfellas pizza and dairy free ranch are the best!! I also really like the hot Bianca pizza. I've ordered online twice from this location and the pickup process was easy and convenient.

Miso-Glazed Salmon Bento Box

pick up was a new experience, but really easy! when you check in after your food is ready the locker assigned to you opens with your food. we got the rotisserie chicken family meal and the miso salmon bento and everything was good! the salmon could definitely be bigger, the roasted potatoes could use a lot less salt, and they could cut down on the amount of sauces they give--but everything otherwise was tasty!

Fall Harvest Chopped Salad
Luis D.

surprisingly great salads for a ghost kitchen but a bit pricey. The Japanese sweet potatoes were well roasted but could have used a sauce. The blackened salmon came with a great lemon forward aioli. Both the fall chopped salad and Cobb were very good especially with the unique dressings. the added chicken was moist and flavorful. Will definitely order again for a healthy and light dinner.

This has become a weekly order for us! The salads are so good! I've been getting Asian chicken and my husband loves the BBQ Thai with tofu.

Date: September 19, 2026…read more Purchases: Autumn Harvest Bowl - Kale replaced with Spinach Berry Hibiscus mixed with Strawberry Mint and Water Coupons: $5 Welcome Reward off meal with app Experience: Decided to stop here to get some food after coming from the Art Festival close by. This place reminded me of a similar place in Burbank as we all as another place that I went to recently when I was in the UK, so my expectations were slightly high hoping to have a similar experience. I went with a preset limited time salad, which was the Autumn Harvest Bowl and requested for the Kale to be replaced with Spinach after I confirmed that we could make substitutions. The bowl did come with a piece of bread and we paid extra for drinks, but I was able to use a $5 Welcome reward when I downloaded the app and made an account. I like how there were 4 kinds of drinks to select from other than water and ended up sticking with getting the Berry Hibiscus and mixed it with Strawberry Mint and some Water since it was a bit sweet for me. Not going to lie, I struggled getting the lid off the container to the salads. I definitely didn't like the Brussels sprouts cause they weren't crispy and I guess that's the only way I like them. Other than that the rest of the salad was pretty good and I ended up eating half of it there and then having the other half for lunch the next day. I do like that they had both indoor and outdoor seating options with us sitting inside and taking our time to rest up before going to our next stop.

Hit or miss. Tonight the salad tasted unwashed. Felt strange tingly sensation on mouth for an hour…read moreafter. I'm hesitant ordering from this place, you never know what quality you are going to get.

Never had this type of fast-casual meditteranian but it was sooo good. I think this meal is pretty healthy too (from what they say), macro friendly, so no need to worry about being fat. FOOD: Price: Pretty average slightly more expensive ~$15 - $20 per dish Quarter Plate (Dark Meat) - $18.5 (10/10) The first thought was that the dish looked small, with 2 drums and a variety of sides. But! I was actually very full by the end and didnt even finish. I personally LOVE how many different sides are included, so you can make a mini sandwich with the pita for every bite. Every part of this dish was amazing, from the tender drums to the picked vegetables and really good hummus. The wedge of lettuce was actually really good, well seasoned with dressing, and very crunchy. This is such a satisfying meal tbh and the sauces were amazing too. Schmatyzy Potatoes - $7.75 (10/10) These were the best potatoes Ive ever tried holy moly. The potatoes were smashed but inside was so soft and outside was crunchy. BUT what makes the potatoes SOOO good is the GARLIC SAUCE it comes with. IDK HOW THEY MAKE IT but it was AMAZING. This is a MUst get. Fennel Tzatziki Side - $5.75 (10/10) Im a whore for tzatziki and this tzaziki was very well made. Long strips of cucumber, but the texture was great for pairing with the potatoes and the plate. Some tzatzikis from other restaraunts can be questionable but this is a 10/19 tzatziki. Hibiscus Cooler - $5 (0/10) Ts was not good lol VIBES: AMAZING service. The people in the front are ALWAYS so friendly. I came here twice and this kind black gentleman helped me out with PURE JOY. Oh I wish I loved my job as much as he does. He made this experience very fun though, he came up with our table with a TADAAA!! The parking here can be rough tho, no lot and only street parking. The lot is a bit away i tink but its not tooo bad. The restaurant was pretty empty during lunch time, so no wait and food came out quick too. I definetely come back here and refer all my freinds hehe

I loved the jazzy music playing in the background, which made the vibe perfect. Our server, Julian, was incredibly welcoming and gave us amazing customer service. The food was fresh and delicious. I ordered the dark meat rotisserie chicken quarter plate with hummus, a wedge salad, pickles, pita, and a side of avocado. The chili oil and garlic sauce added great flavor. My friend really enjoyed her big green salad, packed with fresh market greens, veggies, and a miso poppy dressing, along with a side of rich schmaltzy potatoes. We had a wonderful time catching up over a fantastic meal. I will definitely be back!

Takes reservations

We found ourselves in Pasadena in the middle of a heat wave so decided to check out True Food…read morekitchen for lunch. As we didn't have reservations, we waited a bit in the shade for a table to open. Note to self, next time make reservations! The hostess came to seat us and we found ourselves in a cool although somewhat loud room . There was a large party sitting behind us as I also noticed every table in the room was now full and music loudly playing. Our friendly server Sofia took our orders promptly. Talking was challenging as the noise level was quite high. I ordered the grain bowl while my hubby ordered a turkey burger with air fries. I love the fact that no seed oils are used here. My grain bowl was delicious with one exception..,the roasted sweet potatoes were hot as in majorly spicy. Spicy is good for most and I'm sure they would have been delicious however, spicy gives me headaches. Our kind understanding server Sofia brought plain roasted sweet potatoes which by the way were outstanding! Yes, I would return and yes, I recommend this restaurant. You'll love the varied menu and the service, just hope the room is quieter and not as crowded. And remember your reservations. Street parking is available by App or paid boxes,

It took the waiter a while to take our orders which even if we wanted to order earlier there weren't any staff to wave down. We got our drinks first. I ordered the tulsi drink that only listed honey, Basil, and ginger. However I looked at it and thought it didn't look right. I have a lemon allergy and I usually check the description and never order anything that has lemon in it. So I thought the tea would be fine but it turns out they use a lemon tea for the base which I'm confused why it wasn't listed on the menu. I know I should be telling the waiter about my allergy but I usually don't have a problem when I check the listed ingredients and description. It not super sever so I forget to tell them sometimes but I just think it's a little weird to not have a main ingredient listed on the menu. After receiving our food, I was immediately disappointed since I got the sourdough chicken panini but it looked nothing like a panini. The fries also looked really sad and also not as full as other places that will just give a mountain of fries or a smaller plate to make it look more full. But these had multiple gaps where I could see the plate under it. Anyways, I was starving at this point so I picked it up and immediately thought wow this is really hard. And it was. It was so crunchy and dry. There was also no sauce. The bread part doesn't taste like sourdough either. The chicken tasted like plain boiled chicken and it was just covered in mozzarella and tomatoes and a bit of arugula on top. It was more similar to a pizza that was folded in half than a panini. In the end, since I was hungry I ate what I could but the chicken was so bad that I had to pick them out. And my friend who got the veggie burger barely around a few bites around the edges because it was way too salty for her. We both killed our water and we never got a refill and we didn't know what to do about our food cause the waiter never came to check on us. Finally he came and asked if we wanted a box and we said no it was way too salty and he just said oh and left. Then he came back with our check and we really sat there and felt so bad. We were still hungry but we could eat the food and we just didn't feel happy paying for something we forced bites of cause we were hungry. We told another staff, a kind lady and she gave us a 15% discount and when our waiter came back we told him about the discount and he made a comment like oh I was going to do that and we were like no you would've before when we told you it was salty. We both left feeling bad and hungry and writing about how we felt right now just sounds so sad.

It's tangy and savory and balances the salad perfectly. The cafe is super clean, there's plenty of parking in the back, and the staff is always so nice and welcoming.
