However, I'm rating them a three because unlike most moving companies I encountered, they did not include wrapping. Normally when you have a mirror or any furniture with screws, they wrap your items or put your screws in a baggy. In this place, I was told that would be extra for each item wrapped and they did not put my screws in a bag. This was the first time I heard of something like this. They also told me to put some items in my car because they couldn't do it. For example, my computer items, such as my screens. That was very odd. The movers were just doing there job so I can't say they were doing anything wrong. I will say, my bed frame feels wobbly so something is off there. In my opinion, I should have just hired someone from Facebook if I would have know I wasn't going to get a full on professional mover experience. I paid 238 cash or so for 2 hours. I think the price was the most competitive but the service was not what I expected.

We lived in a pretty difficult place to access and they were able to accomodate us without up-charging even after encountering some last-minute surprises. Incredibly reasonable rates as well. Moving all day from job to job has to be exhausting, and they still showed up ready to work. They were efficient, professional, and very careful with all of my belongings throughout the entire move. Nothing felt rushed or careless. We didn't finish until around 10pm, and despite how long the day must have been for them, they kept a great attitude and stayed focused until everything was done properly. But here is a list of pro's and con's: Pro's: Team showed up promptly on time Wrapped furniture Moved quickly Cost effective Con's: Dinged/knicked some furniture pieces (dresser, fridge) Was unable to relocate washer and gas dryer for liability reasons, so I had to hire an additional mover for those appliances Place the furniture every which way and whatever at the new rental Conclusion: I appreciated their honesty and straightforward answers when it came to moving/relocating certain items.
