The workers were efficient, personable, and handled my items with care. However, this business is in violation of state and LA County law to provide workers with masks and require them to wear it on the job (https://lasd.org/face-covering-is-now-law/). I provided my own disposable masks to two workers because they did not have any available when asked. When I contacted the owner with feedback to provide PPE, they were incredibly rude. Great move today. Used MP Moving Professionals through uhaul helpers. Andy and his crew was awesome. They were on time and efficient. I had them booked for 2 hours, but we went over by 30 min. Not their fault. I had to make a couple of stops. The best thing was the disassembly of my Ikea bed. Amazing Andy took it completely apart(every single screw) and reassembled it at my new place. Andy and his crew are fantastic- everyone who worked with my possessions was careful and everything came through the move perfectly. Andy helped me move out of a house I was selling and took everything to my storage locker in Glendale. He was 15 minutes early and the crew moved all of my furniture and even help me empty a smaller locker in the storage facility to consolidate my things. A month later I called Andy again to move me out of my locker and into my new home. As before, he was early and incredibly helpful- he even drove the U-Haul truck for me! (17' trucks freak me out a little) His prices are reasonable and he was flexible when my two hour move extended to three hours. Used Moving Professionals for the first time today to complete a bedroom/studio move from Rancho Cucamonga to Chino Hills. It was my first time using a moving helper through Uhaul, and I was curious to see how well things would turn out. Andy and his helper arrived to home fifteen minutes early, which allowed for the move to get done before the hot afternoon sun came out. I had to move an antique cherry desk from a second story, and the team took great care in carrying down the desk without scratching or banging it against the wall. The two member team worked very efficiently, and ended up taking care of the move from start to finish a half hour earlier than expected. I was much more comfortable driving the truck on my own rather than putting everything I own in the hands of a moving company and their truck. This team arrived on time, in clean uniforms, and were ready to get to work right away, which unfortunately does not seem to be a characteristic shared by other movers. I will absolutely be contacting Moving Professionals again next year when I plan on moving again. With all of the stress related to the reason for my move, it was a big help to have a smooth experience working with Moving Professionals to get the actual moving itself taken care of. read more

I contacted Moving "Professionals" through the Contact Us form on their website to inquire about their hourly rate. I was initially impressed to receive a response within a couple of hours. That's where the "professionalism" ends... I responded to their email with an additional question regarding their availability, so I could schedule my move. I didn't hear back, so I called their telephone number, but it went straight to voicemail. I left a message with my call back phone number...no returned phone call. I called 2 times on the following day, and again no return call. This is completely UN-Professional behavior. read more

I hired Moving Professionals via a Moving Help website recommended by U-Haul in Arizona. I drove a 15-foot U-Haul truck and car trailer out to CA from AZ a few months ago. When I arrived at our agreed upon time time, Andy and his assistant were already there and waiting, and were both very professional and friendly. I ran up to my new apartment, located on the third floor, to unlock the door, and when I got back they already had my car off the trailer - Initiative - I knew these guys were going to be good! I then backed the truck up close to the gate, and in less than an hour Andy and his assistant had moved all my belongings (including a fulled assembled elliptical machine, 8-foot wood desk, 7-foot couch, and a bunch of very heavy plastic containers full of books), into my apartment without a scratch on any of my belongings or in my apartment, as well as had all 12 of the moving pads folded up and put back in the U-Haul truck!!! Did I mention my apartment was on the third floor! Outstanding service - thank you! Would I recommend Moving Professionals? Absolutely!!! read more
