My husband has been raving about this place... coffee AND beer?!? This makes him very happy! Today, my daughter and I came for coffee and wifi to do some work. Being from LB I know there is always the big debate over who has THE best breakfast burrito and when I saw the reviews I had to have one from here. I had a Chorizo Breakfast burrito and oh man...! Not only was this massive but it was ON POINT! The potatoes had the right amount of crisp, holding up all throughout the burrito even with the chorizo and cheese... the taste and texture, so good! Servers were super nice and helpful. I love the music played (and volume) and all the plants make the environment fresh and productive. Yes, we'll be back! No pictures. We just devoured everything. $16.50 for a blueberry muffin and a mediocre iced coffee?? in this economy?? no thank you what makes it worse is that i got regular milk too it would've been $1 more for oat milk insane read more

Came here on a Wednesday around 9:40am. No wait to order enough seating many people were on their laptops. Free wifi and water cup station. Parking in the rear. Service was friendly and quick. We ordered the ice americano it was nice and bitter, vanilla iced coffee latte was sweet and good. Burritos was a big size I added chorizo which was flavorful. The breakfast sandwich was good with a runny egg. Overall, a bit pricy but taste is good would come again. read more

Absolutely DELICIOUS breakfast burritos! And loved the atmosphere. A genuine good-vibe kind of place. Highly recommend it!

Great location, atmosphere, and staff friendliness, but... When my signalling beeper went off after waiting 20 minutes for my breakfast burrito and coffee, there was no coffee. Staff pointed to a cup that had been sitting on the counter for 15 minutes as mine, but the name on the coffee wasn't mine. They said take it anyway, and I did (It was still reasonably warm). As for the coffee, honestly the worst cup of filtered/drip coffee in my life...weird vinegar-like flavor. In retrospect I should have asked for a replacement. read more

Drink : 8/10 Food : 8.5/ 10 Ambiance : 9/10 Overall : 8.5/10 "would go back again" First time here. All I can say is, the service is inviting. The interior design is something of my taste. I enjoy the consistency in theming, which is something I love to appreciate. The breakfast burrito I had was delicious and probably one of the better breakfast burritos I've had. It's balanced, doesn't over do it with the potatoes. As far as the coffee goes, I had their champurado latte, which was light and airy. Being used to the heavier, more syrupy type of lattes, this is something that's more my taste. In short, I can see myself coming back and again. read more

my life was changed by the vegan breakfast burrito. I think about it all the time and I will be back soon.

What a refreshing cafe experience I've had at Good Time. It's almost as if they actually live up to their name ! That's about it. Love it there, the workers are friendly, and the menu is extensive (food, drinks). Try the vegan breakfast burrito (you can add avo or soy chorizo for extra) The specialty drinks so far taste great. Highly recommend if you're in Long Beach. read more

I really wanted to love this place -- I drove over an hour and a half just to try it. Their website said the kitchen closes at 3 PM, with the traffic and everything we got there at 2:40. But when we arrived, the kitchen had already closed early. On a Saturday?! We even tried calling ahead to confirm, but no one answered. When I asked why they closed early, the response was vague -- no apology, just that they had decided to close. If you can't handle staying open until your posted time, maybe it's time to update your hours to reflect that. It's not fair to customers who make the effort to come based on what you advertise. To top it off, I went to order a pastry instead, and there was a fly in the pastry case. That was the final straw -- it really showed a lack of attention to detail and care. The customer service just wasn't there, and it felt like my time and effort didn't matter. I could've gone somewhere else if the information online was accurate or if someone had just picked up the phone. Really disappointing experience. read more

This coffee shop is pretty nice. In regard to ambiance the vibes are great. They get pretty full but there are plenty of tables and outlets. We got the ice matcha and chorizo burrito. The matcha was fire for sure but the burrito was lacking chorizo. It had way too much potato but if you don't mind removing some as you go the taste isn't bad at all. They also have a lot of dogs in the shop and we saw a few baristas greet them. I love love dogs but as someone who is allergic I don't really love that the people making the drinks and food were going out to say hello to them. read more

Come for the salted maple latte but stay for the sweeties behind the counter with their good ideas and kind demeanors. It was really nice to find another local cafe that prioritizes the vibes and does not skimp out on craftsmanship of the drinks and food. Definitely will be returning. read more

Hard to find decent filter coffee anywhere. Really good pastries too. Guy at the counter was very helpful and super cheery for 7:30 am! Inside is very cute as well; looks like they have a lot of free events. My new "walk to coffee" shop in my new neighborhood! read more

Honestly the food and drinks are really great. I've had both the vegan and regular breakfast burrito, and IMO the vegan is superior. The bread for the breakfast sandwich is also very good. The only mild request is if they served salsa or pico with the burritos it would really take them a step above. read more

I've been coming to Good Time at least 3 times a week for the past 3 months now. So this review is long overdue! To start off, they have hands down one of the best breakfast burritos I've had. Their coffee is also really good. Having worked in cafes most of my young adult life, you can tell that the staff/management really care about the craft. This is evident in the types of drinks on their seasonal menus, the type of beans they use, and the knowledge the staff has. No complaints about the staff, they're all super nice and helpful. As far as the location, they have tons of seating, outlets, and parking. This is definitely one of the community hangout spots in the area and always has a warm and welcoming environment. I highly recommend! read more

Incredible coffee, their breakfast collabs and their in house breakfast is amazing, ambiance is a mix between calm study space but with great music loud enough so you can chat with a friend and don't feel like your disturbing anyone. The employees are so kind and helpful. They greet everyone so warmly and makes me feel as if I'm walking in to a friends home. I would rate them 10/10 stars if I could! read more

I've been coming to Good Time for years, both as a customer and as a vendor, and I honestly can't say enough good things about this place. It is hands-down one of the most inclusive, creative, and kind-hearted spaces I've ever been part of. The owners and staff are truly some of the warmest people you'll meet; they foster a community that feels safe, joyful, and welcoming to everyone. I've also seen how deeply they show up for marginalized communities in real and meaningful ways. Beyond the vibes: the food and coffee are incredible. The breakfast burritos are legendary, the drinks are consistently great, and they're always trying fun, creative new things. It's a place with heart, humor, and integrity. If you're looking for a space that actually cares about people, not just profit, this is it. Long Beach is lucky to have Good Time. read more

Best coffee ever! I and two of my daughters work together. Due to the nature of my daughter's business we are on the go, all the time. Being coffee and tea drinkers we hit many beverage and food shops while in the process of working. Maybe we have not tried each and every coffee place but from all the ones we've tried (too many to count), this one has magical tasting coffee ( other non- coffee drinks too). I don't know how they do it! And wonderful, warm friendly staff. We three are so grateful we discovered this oasis. Even when a line to order exists, we realize others also know. My hats off to the owner and staff!!!! read more

This is the perfect spot to if you want a place to work and great coffee! I love how open and spacious it is, there's plenty of seating. I ordered an iced lavender latte with almond milk which was soooo good! I also ordered their breakfast burrito. It's cooked fresh right on the grill with potatoes eggs cheese and peppers. The burrito was simple, flavorful, and filling. They have WiFi so you can set up shop here to work. Only downside is parking is horrible. You may have to walk a bit. The second best thing at a kids birthday party besides alcohol is coffee. With neither one available my friend and I took a party break and walked over to Good Times from the park. Very beautiful location, with a striking facade. Love the bold hand painted sign out front. I ordered a latte nothing crazy and waited by all the merch, shopped with my eyes and gossiped about life. The vibe inside is very calm and quite spacious. I didn't wait long for the goods and went on my merry way back to the festivities pleasantly satisfied with my coffee. read more

From the outside you'll never know how "deep" this interior extends! The place is rumbling with energy! Went around 12:30p to pick my friend up and the place was just simply bubbling with energy! This is definitely a place to get some work done if you're a laptop worker or a digital nomad. I also heard their burritos and quesadillas are authentic and delicious. Not sure where everyone parks, but street parking on Coronado is a bit tight. read more

Kinda rude service and hecka loud music but the coffee was good. Parking was not great either, but I know that's not their fault.

I had been wanting to try this spot for a while! Met up with a friend for brunch & coffee. They had a really good Champurrado latte. I got it iced with oat milk & I really enjoyed it! I also got super lucky finding a street spot right by their door but it's super hard to park around there otherwise. read more

I have always had a positive experience ordering their drinks, they are always great. I've ordered food here but it's when Hamburgers Nice is dishing out their breakfast burgers and sandwiches. Excellent stuff! Today, however, was definitely not a positive experience with the food. We waited quite a bit for 2 breakfast burritos and upon unwrapping mine I could feel how crispy the contents were. Not surprising, the inside of the breakfast burrito was full of burnt, inedible potatoes. It was a busy morning and my group already felt the wait was longer than expected. My sister and I hesitated to complain or send them back because it was a busy Sunday. The quality of the burrito was something that anyone in the kitchen should've looked at and said "we can't send this out." I ate what was edible, which was the egg and tortilla. Some serious quality control needs to happen so that others don't experience the total disappointment that was this breakfast burrito. I'd say it was an honest mistake If at least one of them were edible. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case, 2/2 were awful. $40+ total for two matchas and 2 burritos that were difficult to eat. 3 stars because the two seasonal matchas we ordered, honeydew and strawberry basil matcha were great. read more

This. Place. Is. Amazing. My cousin and I wanted to hang with our new friends before their flight and found this place just 10 minutes from the Long Beach cruise port. Upon arrival, staff were so inviting and helpful with the menu and drinks. We opted for the chorizo burritos x 2 and bacon burritos x 2. Our drinks were chai tea, black tea and green tea. Water is available as self serve from a filtered cooler dispenser. While we were waiting for our order we were looking around the area where there are succulents displayed. We didn't take advantage of their WiFi but know it's there. It's a very spacious and open area. The colors are neutral with pops of yellow and of course the succulents. I had the bacon burrito. Now, I've had many breakfast burritos in my life and I'm happy to say....It was pretty good. The burrito came fresh and Hot off the grill. It was pretty hefty and loaded with bacon-wich was nicely chopped...I mean, I really don't like a bacon that I have to pull with my teeth and have it hang from my mouth so I appreciated it was chopped. It had potatoes that were bite sized, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The bacon, eggs and cheese combined well and each bite was a perfect bite. I eat ketchup with everything I just love the stuff but you don't need it on this. After our meal we went to wash up and noticed a free library in wich you're able to leave or take books or food. We thought that was cool. I mean, the way it was displayed, was.....discreet but also welcoming. They also have a place where you can donate clothing items. All in all, Good Time was truly a Good Time read more

Came here for an iced latte and breakfast burrito early on a weekday morning shortly after they opened. I really enjoyed the iced latte with almond milk. It was delicious! I got the breakfast burrito just the way it is without any other additions. It was good, but super loaded with potatoes. That's not a bad thing, but I just wished it had a bit more sauce or cheese to pair with the potatoes. The space is super cute and low-key with easy-going vibes. I definitely see myself coming back here to chill during the daytime/evening. read more

Decided to try one of their seasonal summer drinks, the piñacolatte (base of coconut & oat milk, pineapple syrup, and espresso) and WOW - one of the best lattes I've had in a while. Perfect ratio of milk to espresso + the hint of pineapple combo worked so surprisingly well! It literally tasted like a piñcolada with coffee, so it was pretty refreshing. My only regret was not ordering it in a size large... I wish this was a permanent menu drink item. Definitely would give this drink a 100000000000/10! I came here with my cousin to get some work done and some coffee. We went on a Saturday around 2-3pm and they were packed. We barely were able to get a seat at the bar top to eat our food. The man who rang us up was very nice and welcoming. I got the vegan breakfast burrito and my cousin got the potato tacos. We both enjoyed our food we just wish they put paper in the trays they serve the food on instead of putting the food directly on the tray (for sanitary reasons).
