They propel the mix the taro and the milk so that the combination of the two are even throughout your drink. You're never drinking a ton of milk or a ton of taro at once. One of my favorite boba places for sure. LOVE the panda milk tea which has black and white boba. The white boba has a different texture and is more gelatin like and less chewy. It's also less sweet, which I really like. I also really love their brown sugar milk tea! I've tried it at other places and none compare to the one here. Definitely try it! And if you like earl grey tea, their earl grey milk tea is also one of my go tos that you can't get at many places. 10/10 would recommend! read more

Got the taro milk tea with boba and milk cap. Got small minced meat rice as a snack. The minced meat rice was very good, although I wish there was a bit more meat. It was still delicious though. Taro milk tea was also pretty good. I got that with no sugar and pearls (boba). I thought it was perfectly sweet, not overly sweet at all. I would say, compared to Kung Fu Tea the tea here is not as creamy but the taro flavor is a bit stronger. The boba tastes older than KFT, a little too firm. I would say that this location is good, but I would prefer a tea from KFT as I prefer creamier drinks, but the fact that Gong Cha has food items makes up for it. read more

I love Gong Cha teas and drinks (best coffee milk tea in the area), and even the food is good--try the grilled squid. The problem that I have is that things are always too loud. Sometimes the music, sometimes the people. Today I had trouble hearing the cashier 3 feet away and am still having trouble hearing my friend at our table because of the music which is an easy fix. Pearl Milk tea $5.50 (L) - has a good amount of nice chewy soft boba and 70% was not too sweet. Cheers is closed at the time because of Covid. I think their boba is way better than kungfu tea. Kung Fu tea scross the Street is great efficient and honest and not confusing and good tea adoesn't cheat you! The price showing on the menu board is different from their register. I ordered 2 large Honey Lemon Green Tea which show $5.50 each on the top menu board screen. The screen on the register shown Honey Green Tea $5.25 and $0.75 for Lemon =$6.00. They are over charging customer $0.50 per cup. I asked the cashier but all he said was the price on the system is up to date and the price on the menu board is old and still over charge me without fixing the price. I told him this is the third time I am seeing this and I don't mind talking to a manager if he or she is available. And i don't mind paying for the drinks if they really updated the price. Imagine if people are being over charged $0.50 a cup and they sold 100 cup a day, that is $50 day and that could be $1500 a month.
