My friend lost his house key when he was drunk and we desperately needed a copy of the house key to the house and we found this place on yelp. Its very convenient that Gokey is opened 24hrs and was able to help us out in our time of need. The guy was very helpful and very informative when we asked. Very chill guy and made us the house keys really quickly. Giving him 5 stars doesnt even do him justice, he really came in clutch and everyone should check Gokey if they ever need a locksmith. read more

Outstanding service from my inquiry until completion of the job. I liked best that I could request an accurate quote online. No call the business and leaving a voicemail and praying you are called back. All communication was done online including setting up the appointment. The locksmith called to let me know he was running a few minutes late and when he arrived - he got right to work. I would not hesitate for a second to rehire their services when I need a locksmith. Great job. read more

GoKey has the best costumer service!! They showed up at my place within 15 minutes around 3:30am to unlock a simple door. The man that helped me, Alex, was very kind and respectful. I also called back 15 minutes after Alex left to ask about a situation and they weren't rude or disrespectful in any way considering it was almost 4am. It is VERY obvious this company cares about their costumers. 100% would recommend them!! read more

In a business where locksmiths skrew consumers over every day, Matt does a great job keeping his business ethical. I searched Yelp for help and the rest of the reviews led me here. I couldn't have had a better experience. Keep up the good work matt! read more

I called GoKey because of the 5 Star Reviews and received top-shelf service. I called and Matt answered, he came out earlier than expected, which was great for me, and did an excellent job installing locks. He is professional, pleasant, timely, and worked very swiftly to make sure the locks were installed properly in old doors that had not been cut properly. We got a military discount because of a veteran in the family. He showed me his license and ID, and told me to make sure that any locksmith I use has a real credential. I would call him again if I need a locksmith. Great work, above and beyond. 5 stars all around. You know I keep it real...so if I say 5 Stars it's because they deserve it. Give him a call! read more

I'm not usually one to write reviews, this is in fact my first one, but GoKey Locksmiths deserve it! We were pretty desperate "late" on a Friday night with a very sleepy baby when our front door lock broke as we put the key in. (Late is relative when you have a baby! Haha) They were so responsive and helped get us into the house quickly! I am so grateful and have nothing but good things to say about this business.
