How does this place have so many good reviews?! My friend and I asked for our eyebrows to just be cleaned up and kept thick, very simple instructions, and somehow they still ended up uneven. One eyebrow was noticeably thinner than the other. The whole appointment also took way too long considering how basic the request was. We were honestly upset about it. We had to grow them out for months just to get them to look even again. DO NOT COME HERE. We seriously regret it. Stick to Aakar Brows instead. read more

I had my first lash lift here which included tint, and also she did some threading and shaped my brows nicely. My eyelashes came out great, I am very happy with the service. Requested an appointment online, got a text very quickly asking for my name and service/time I'd like. I was going to Monterey for the weekend, first stop in Marina to get my brows threaded and tinted. I couldn't pass up a business with 5 star reviews, so this was the place to go. I only had to wait a few minutes after appointment time, owner was finishing up a client, she works super fast. I was greeted warmly, had a nice conversation during my short time there, and my brows turned out very nice. I went to this place and it was "open". The lady comes out and tells me very rudely you have to wait I'm on my lunch break. Proceeds to walk away. I have to ask her how long and yet again rudely responds 30 min and walks away. This was the second time I've experienced rude service from this place. If you're closed for lunch put up a damn sign "closed for lunch". It's not rocket science. I walked out and will never go here again now. The first time I went to this place I waited for 15-20 minutes and no one was in the shop I questioned if the place was closed. The same lady rudely greeted me as giving me a look as if why I'm even there. Another time I called at 6:30 pm to see if they're open because their website says open till 7pm. No one answered and the place was closed. What the heck kind of business is being run here. The threading service is mediocre at best. I will now be going back to Akbars in marina where the service and hours are more consistent. Looks like the person I dealt with was at the grand opening maybe one of the owners. read more

I had another brow specialist cancel and not even send me an email and because I'm going on vacation in two days I was sad my eyebrows were going to look rough!
