Quality of my lash lift and tint is terrible. The lash technician had to try to curl my lashes twice (which I have never needed before, I have gotten multiple lash lifts before) and my lashes were still barely lifted. I do have long eyelashes which is why I choose the lash lift over extensions. My lashes were barely lifted after her applying the curl twice and the tint was not evenly dispersed so my corner lashes have chunks of tint. I was told I could come back after a week if they were still not lifted enough. I do not want to go back and I am so disappointed in the results of my lashes. I do not want to over do the chemicals so my lashes stay healthy. I am disappointed that I choose this studio. Since there are other lash studios that charge less and you get the perfect result the first time, not the third. read more

while traveling, i came in for a foreign fill, saw that Garner had great reviews but i'm extremely disappointed. several things occurred that i am not thrilled with. - lash tech attempted to reschedule at least four times (but that didn't bother me, but after the fact, it seems a tad unprofessional). i understand suggesting a time change, but four times? - she mentioned i had L curls on, but she only had C curls. no problem. i kindly asked if it was possible to mix them or not, she never gave me a straight answer. that said, she instead offered a new hybrid set. me not being the lash professional, i trusted her expertise thinking maybe we couldn't mix them. now i'm unsure if she just suggested a complete set for more money. - i have been a lash consumer for several years and this is the WORST retention ever. - the lashes didn't even last a full week, they popped up like popcorn - sad thing is, $350 worth of poor quality. UPDATE: i went back to my home lash tech and told her about this experience. she was shocked that the lash tech at Garnet said I had 'L' curls, because she uses 'C' curls. now it makes me question the new hybrid set even more vs. a foreign fill. read more
