I visited this salon yesterday, I very rarely get my nails done and I was delightfully surprised by the amount of services they offer! The space seemed clean and I noticed a lot of single-use items - good sign. I checked in on the kiosk a few minutes before my appointment, I was finally seated 15 minutes later. Luckily I was in no rush, but it is something I noticed. The techs (didn't catch their names) were nice, I mostly stared into the abyss while they did their work. Both my mani and pedi were painless (I've had issues before) and the massages were quite nice! My toes look PERFECT, and I love the way my fingernails turned out too. If I did my math right, the design ended up costing about $30. The only issue I have is that the middle of one of my nails chipped overnight and I can see another bubble (I indented in the pic) ready to pop. I've been super careful with them, since I don't usually get my nails done I've been very gentle with my hands because I'm getting used to the gel feeling, so I'm not sure why they're chipping less than 24 hours in. I decided on gel vs. polish once I arrived since I knew they'd last longer. Unfortunately I don't live in the area so I won't be able to get them fixed, I'm also not sure if that's something that they offer. Overall, I'm happy with the experience. As I sat enjoying a beautiful nature scene with music on their big screen I her colleague started to do an Amazing job on a crazy fancy set of nails with metallic swirls that turned to a point and lacey hints of sparkle. I honestly had high hopes for this place based on the reviews and how nice the salon looked. I called ahead and made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. The older lady was the one who did both my mani and pedi. Pedicure was alright. Not the most relaxing as she kept putting pressure on my knee bone in a painful way during the massage. She did not communicate when she was done and abruptly put my sandals back on my feet. I wasn't aware/prepared for this and my big toe got smudged at the tip. I didn't see this until I left the salon because she rushed me to the manicure area as soon as she put my sandals on. The manicure was so much worse. I showed her my inspiration picture which was a light blue chrome. I spent a lot of time trying to find the right shade but then she strongly suggested a completely different color than what I originally wanted. She was very insistent that that color would match my inspiration picture. I was still optimistic about this place so I decided to just trust the process, especially since she was so sure that it would be the right color. When she started working on my hands, she was very quick and aggressive with how she was using the cuticle and nail clippers. She cut my nails way too close on the sides and left my nails looking and feeling way worse than before the service. I have never felt so much pain after a manicure. Multiple fingers feel like they were chopped off on the sides. It hurts and stings to touch anything or to do anything with my hands. This pain has made me very irritable on my current trip and I keep feeling pissed off that I paid $100 + tip to feel this way. I wish I saw the other reviews with her because it seems like this has happened with other clients as well. tl;dr: worst manicure experience because older lady was careless and caused pain from cutting too much skin and nails on the sides. read more

Was excited to try this place out due to the reviews. The lady who I was with did a great job at trying to accommodate my requests. At first I wanted a black chrome that I saw on pinterest. When the black polish was laid and the white chrome was put on top it turned out to be like a metal grey color. So we changed it and I opted to go with this glitter gel over my acrylic. I wasn't too happy about the shape and lack of sharp corners. Yes I wanted a short coffin but I think these are too short and therefore have lost their shape. As seen on my right hand, she flied it way to low on the side and it looks funny. I tipped over 25% because of my lack of knowledge that Pinterest pictures aren't always going to turn out the way I wanted. I'll probably try them again in the future. read more

I always get the Spa Pedicure and they know how to treat you like royalty with a long massage, paraffin wax, hot stones, scented salts and ultimate relaxation . The salon is always clean and tidy which obviously a huge green flag. They are willing to accommodate whatever style or nail shape I request. Most importantly, my nails are PERFECT for up to a month after my appointment. I am constantly getting compliments. They will be grown out and still look amazing. They have taken extraordinary measures to ensure that their services are safe and top notch, and I despite the circumstances, they provided the most exemplary results I have ever had. My gel manicure is actually holding up and still rock solid for longer than three days, and I now finally understand what the upgrade is worth! Previously, I had always just preferred doing a basic mani for the savings because I found the performance to be similar with the handful of other gel manis I've had; after 3-5 days corners were lifting/easily chipping and once they go, there's no coming back. I'm a perfectionist when it comes to the actual polish, and this place gets it right every time. I feel like some places skimp on the polishes, and dilute them, because they don't stick.
