Arline always goes above and beyond. She makes you feel so comfortable and like you've known her forever. Additionally, she's beyond talented- for a Brazillian and eyebrows, I'm usually out in under 20 minutes (including parking, paying, etc.) She can do a 10/10 Brazillian in 6 minutes and works miracles when it comes to shaping brows.
