They were apparently a little worse than I realized because now that I've had them done, I've received so many compliments from coworkers that it's embarrassing. Many of my coworkers already get their brows done elsewhere, but they've ALL asked me for Jen's information. As for the eyeliner, I've been wanting to get that done for at least 10 years, but after seeing some bad eyeliner jobs, I've always been too scared to do it. After seeing Jen's pictures online, I decided to go for it! I couldn't be happier with the results, and wish I had found Jen years ago. I've actually had coworkers come up to me and stare at my eyes, not believing it's permanent eyeliner. Everyone agrees that my eyeliner looks so natural. A few of my coworkers have already made appointments with Jen. One had her eyebrows done by Jen, and after seeing my eyeliner, she's now planning to do that as well. She was scared it would hurt, but Jen numbs you beforehand. My next step is to move on to lip blushing. I will post pics soon! :)

I called and texted with this business for services a bit ago and they basically made me feel completely stupid for contacting them at all. I was asking about micro blading and what times they had available and there was a struggle to figure out availability as well as slow replies. I ended up booking with someone else, I told them so and they started offering discounts for me to book with them rather aggressively, they wouldn't stop texting me. I believe I blocked them for a while. Also their site is horrible to navigate through or find any information - it barely works on mobile.

My previous Dazzle Dry manicure, done while on vacation, lasted 10 days without chipping because it was properly applied. Even after being fixed once for free, two more nails broke off in less than 3 days. For $80, I expected my nails to last much longer. I won't be returning, but I do really appreciate the staff's kindness and trying to fix it. And hope they can improve their technique.
