If you ever need threading done this is the place to go! Everyone is always very kind and we are always satisfied with the service.

DONT GO HERE!!!! The lady was so rough and very rude. A lot more rough than other places. She also didn't give me or my man what we wanted. I couldn't understand her with her heavy accent and when I asked her to repeat herself she started raising her voice all crazy. I also showed her reference pictures of how my eyebrows were before and she just did what she wanted instead. read more

I'm giving it a 3 because I went on a Friday during my lunch . Zero wait . I think her prices are pretty cheap . The location is also Perfect. read more

I was going here for awhile but seems like i went on a bad day for the owner she did my brows very quickly & was hurting me so much, i stood up & realized she cut my eyelid w the thread multiple times! Very stupid attitude she has pretending she didn't realize it read more

If it was up to me I would give a zero. She messed up my eyebrows. She left them so uneven. When I told her about it she told me my brows were like that. As a person with think eye brows I never had to filled them in. I do not recommend this place at all. read more

Perfect Brow deserves more stars! I was a little hesitant because of the current 3 star rating but I left with beautiful eyebrows and plan to go back. I didn't make an appointment but the wait was short. Preet, who threaded my eyebrows, is efficient and kind. Two weeks later, I'm just starting to see some re-growth. There are signs for a weekly/bi-weekly membership if you pay in advance. read more

**updated below Overall nice people. Have been happy with their work. But they are LATE opening all the time. Almost every Sunday that we have come they open late. I see the woman pull up well after 11 because I am sitting in my car waiting. This time I called and the excuse is they have no power. "Only have lights in the back". ????? Both stores on either side have power. And there is no one inside the store at all!! She said it would be 15 minutes. I waited because I don't live in Salinas. And guess what. 20+ minutes late she finally pulls up and unlocks the front door and flips the light switch on. LIAR! **no longer go here. Last straw... walked up around 7pm, posted hours are till 7:30, turned away. One customer in the chair and 2 of the ladies were working that night. It takes less than 5 minutes!?? Apparently they don't like business. read more

The absolute sweetest lady! Me, my mom, and my sisters have been coming to her for over a year now and she's the best. Recommend to all my friends read more

This review is only about their mehendi/henna. They may claim to use all natural paste but it is not. It contains harmful chemicals, possibly P.P.D. (found in hair dye) that can cause severe reactions and scarring. Real all natural henna paste should not have a reddish tinge & should not look like gel. The quality of work is very poor. They advertise very nice designs but I have yet to see them reproduce anything that even resembles the pictures they have on their flyers. That seems like false advertising to me. The ladies are very nice but after learning more about mehendi/henna and attending conferences solely about the art of mehendi/henna, I came to realize the paste they use is harmful and they should practice a whole lot more if they're going to be charging for this service. read more

Perfect Brow Threading - This is NOT all natural mehendi/henna paste. The designs were nothing like we had asked for. Poor work. - Eyelash Service Near Me - Salinas, California

Dont recommend. Lady doesn't take her time. She was talking to someone on the phone the entire time that she was doing my eyebrow and was basically yelling in my face. Extremely unpleasant experience! read more

I truly love going to this eyebrow salon, service is always very good and she really takes her time to shape your brow, and recommends ideas on how to grow them out. I love how she treats me as a friend and I can take all my kids there with me and it's never a problem! And her daughter is super sweet I really don't trust anyone else I rather wait till she's back thank you again! read more

She does a great job, always come out satisfied, the only thing is the membership, you need to come exactly every 2 weeks, if your busy and time schedule changes often where you can't come every 2 weeks exact like me, I would not recommend getting the membership, save yourself some money, she's didn't want to extend my membership read more

They lady does good job on eyebrows but she always comments on my weight which is not appreciated at all and I find it extremely rude . I only remain going for my eyebrows but as a customer that is not appreciated. I will no longer be continuing to go because of the rude customer service. You should keep comments to yourself about customers or you'll continue to lose them . read more

Perfect Brow Threading - Sandy is sweet and she did what I asked, she's a little rough, but did a great job on my brows. I'll be back - Eyelash Service Near Me - Salinas, California

I came in to get my brows threaded, and I was very pleased with the way they turned out. The setup and environment of the place is what threw me off. Not very professional and I felt a bit awkward as there was a loud tv playing, and a screaming child being babysat. I might give the place another go since I was happy with my brows after! read more

Prefer always does a great job and gets people in and out pretty quick (if everyone is just going for eyebrows only of course) she's always super nice and is someone I totally trust with my eyebrows read more

Decided to give this place another try, she had me sit and was done in less than two minutes then tried to tell me I had to keep coming back to clean it up & talked me into buying the membership. The other place I go to doesn't take less than 5 minutes & she takes her time trimming and tweezing my brows. She did none of that, I wasn't that upset til I got home because I had to trim and tweeze the rest of my brows myself. She just cleaned up my brows didn't bother to shape them. Never coming back here again, I gave it one last chance read more

I love coming here. I was excited when the woman who did my eye brows offered the membership to me, not only did she remember me from the past which was nice but also the fact that she wanted me to get a better deal. The membership is the way to go especially if you like maintaining clean cut eyebrows. The location is also great! You don't have to walk through the mall like the rest of the places, and the hours of operation are amazing! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. read more

dont ever go here for eyelash extensions . the lady ariana doing them is not a professional she glued my bottom and top lashes together and used tweezers to separate them it was so painful and was a waste of money they are so ugly and now im having to go a professional to get them removed asap. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGIAN AND I HOPE YOU DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID read more

I went in for major help with my eyebrows and let me say they're very friendly. I walked in and she was helping someone else but acknowledge the fact I was there letting me know she would be with me soon. After five minutes she got done and started to help me. She was very nice and did an awesome job. When it came to paying I had a 100 dollar bill which I felt bad since she had no change but was very nice to let me go change it myself next door which surprise me bc ppl don't usually let you run off like that. I would defiantly come here again when I'm in town. read more

I love this place! The owner Preet always does an amazing job with my eye brows. Definitely would recommend this place!

Great place--Preet is so friendly and professional--my daughter and I love going to her!

I've been a loyal customer for at least a year & a half. The business first started in Gilroy where I would commute from Salinas bi-weekly to get threaded. Once they opened up a new shop in Salinas, I was ecstatic. I only trust the two owners with my brows. They are kind, personable, & know what they're doing. They are aware of how the shape of an eyebrow should look so I'm not at all worried about them leaving my brows bushy, or pencil thin! Threading stings a bit, for those who have yet to try it, but it's much healthier for the hair follicles than wax. You eventually get used to it & the hair becomes lighter & thinner making the sting easier to deal with each time. What I love most about Perfect Brow is that they offer memberships so you're welcome to come as many times as you want in the span of 3 months for one flat rate depending on what you get threaded most (ie: eyebrows, upper-lip, full face, etc.) I absolutely love this place & would not dream of going anywhere else. read more

Preet the owner did an awesome job. My eyebrows came out beautiful. She gave me advice on how to help my eyebrows grow. She even was careful to make sure both sides were the same even though one side had less hair. I will definitely go back to Preet when I am in Salinas. read more

Preet does an amazing job with threading my eyebrows. From when I first began coming to now, they look so much better and I'm so happy my eyebrow shape. If it weren't for her, they wouldn't look as good as they do. Thank you, Preet! read more

Been coming here for 4 years. Definately the best place for eyebrow threading. I usually go to Preet, she is so nice and friendly and has been doing a great job on my eyebrows since I first started going. She gets them clean and on point every time. Not expensive at all. I highly recommend them. read more

This is a very unprofessional studio the worker was on the phone making a personal call while threading me brows and was distracted. She left a huge gap on my eyebrows that just needed cleaning no shape at all. Would not recommend it, this has happened several times and I know several people who have stated the same thing definitely does not live up to its name "perfect brow" . read more

I bought membership. Two sessions so far. First lady told me one thing about growing them out, today diff lady said something else. The lady cleaning up my brows took off more than I wanted, since I'm growing eyebrows out. But I have two more months to see what shape my eyebrows can change to. The lady that just had baby is better than the pregnant lady, in my opinion. read more
