I've been going to flawless beauty for more than 10 years and the level of quality and customer service is unmatched. I've had my eyebrows and facials done by both Liz and Bo and both have a gift for bringing out the best look in each individual. The location is near oldtown Salinas with plenty of parking on the street and in the parking lot. The interior of the salon is warm and inviting and gives you a sense of relaxation. On any given day the salon will have cucumber iced water, candy to snack on, and one of the ladies will pamper you with a warm neck wrap while you wait for your appointment. Currently I see Bo. She is timely, professional, and does an outstanding job making sure your eyebrows look their best. She is flexible with her schedule, easy to contact, and has late afternoon appointments available. Her warm greeting and calm demeanor help to carry the feeling of relaxation through the whole experience at Flawless Beauty. I highly recommend her. Make sure you sign up for their text/email distribution a they have fun events throughout the year with freebies, discounts, and classes to take advantage of. Today was my first time visiting flawless beauty and I was very satisfied with the outcome . Bo did such an amazing job and really went out of her way to attend me on last minute call I really appreciated that and she is a sweet and very kind lady. The other place I was going to had left my eyebrows a bit uneven but Bo did a great job and honestly told me that my eyebrows were a bit different but that with a couple of visits my eyebrows would be even again . went in to flawless beauty for a facial and beard treatment for the first time. i set it up with Priscilla. ( I.G. skinbycilla ). it was my first time so i dont really know what to expect. she makes you feel comfortable the minute you walk in. while in the room she expains exactly whats gonna happen and what she will be using. i got an alge mask that made my face feel really refreshed and used a high frequency comb to exfoliate with follicles and all the dry hair in my beard, it kills the bacteria made it feel alive. my beard felt so smooth. my experience was great. after she was finished my face felt hydrated, refreshed and glowing. ive never glew before. not only can you see a big difference, i felt like the pours on my face could breathe. thank you again. read more

I went to Liz on the advice of a friend who I trust completely. On my first visit I got my eyebrows shaped. Liz took her time and made them look the best that I've ever seen. Not like the nail places that wax you in 5 seconds flat. On Tuesday I went and had a spa facial with Mandelic Acid 30%. (Mandelic Acid is an AHA that helps promote new collagen and elastin. Also great for acne and hyperpigmentation.) I tell you what.....it was so wonderful and I enjoyed that 90 minutes of pampering. I already have my next visit scheduled! read more
