I've been looking to get my lashes done for the last few months and while I was getting my eyebrows done by Daisy at The Refinery, she recommended that I look into Decerry who recently started doing lashes at The Refinery. I was a bit nervous as the last lash technician I saw did not do the best job so I made sure I looked into Decerry's instagram and when I saw her amazing work I knew I had to book an appointment. She recently started a promotion for a full set of lashes for $100 so I thought what better time than now. I came into my appointment a little nervous, but I let Decerry work her magic and I could not be any happier! I didn't know what I wanted coming in and I let her decide what to do. My lashes are full, fluffy, long, and best yet they look natural all at the same time. I felt completely comfortable while she was doing them which only took two hours and she was incredibly sweet to my friend who waited with me the entire time. Decerry was incredibly personable and I can't wait to come back for my two week fill! Everybody is complimenting my lashes which is obvious since her work is impeccable. Long story short, anybody in this area who is looking for lash extensions NEEDS to book with Decerry. She is reliable, affordable, and does an amazing job. Thank you so much, Decerry!! read more

Julissa microbladed my brows and she is the sweetest most understanding person. She really listened to my likes/dislikes about my brows and asked questions too. She also provided me information about the healing process especially about how my skin would heal over the existing work someone else did (previous work had faded). She is really easy to talk to and has awesome music playing in the background. Her office space where we did my microblading was super cute and just made me feel comfortable. Can't wait for my final look after they completely heal (after my Perfecting touch-up appt). My brows look great now! I highly recommend Julissa, she does great work and is worth every penny. Love love love Julissa and the Refinery! I have been wanting to do micro blading for a long time and couldn't find a place that I trusted. I was recommended The Refinery and Julissa from a very reliable source and they were spot on! I even drove to Salinas and I live in San Francisco. Julissa has an amazing background in different areas, along with her microblading training makes her the perfect microblader. In fact she is even now training others to meet her skill level. Her attention to detail and precision is unmatched! I love how much of a perfectionist she is. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire procedure, explaining every little detail before, during and after. She is also great with responding to my questions after the fact and the customer service is wonderful. I HIGHLY recommend going to Julissa at the Refinery for your microblading. read more

I waited at least two years to get my eyebrows done; I asked around and spent time analyzing who I wanted to work on my eyebrows. When I chose Julissa I knew I made the right choice. I walked in and she made me feel completely comfortable. Julissa spent three hours on them and they turned out perfect. She is extremely clean, precise and explained everything to me. I have seen others work and either the color is off or they are just a touch uneven. I am completely satisfied with Julissa no regrets and worth every penny thank you read more

THIS IS THE PLACE FOR MICROBLADING! I waited 2 years to have my brows microbladed. I had done plenty of research and am very OCD, so I did not want to go to just anyone. I was recommended to go to Julissa by a dear friend and am SO GLAD I did! I am now 5 days out from my microbladed brows and LOVE LOVE LOVE the results. The salon is decorated very nicely and it is clean! The experience was fantastic from how easy it was to book the appointment, to how warm Julissa was when she greeted me at the salon, to how gentle she is with the procedure (she told me everything to expect), and how complete the after care instructions were. I highly recommend her to everyone (and I have!) and am so in love with my brows. I know I waited 2 years, but she was worth the wait. read more

Super bummed! Went for a lash lift & brows with Daisy and woke up the next day with my skin totally peeled and scabbing on my lid!! I felt a burning sensation during the lash lift and I think inevitably that's what it was that left the my skin peeled and cut looking, saw her account all over ig & it looked great but this was awful, I sent her pics of what happened and she didn't seem phased by it, how it looked on my eye looked worse than how I'm describing it, I feel like I really should've gotten a refund for the service, maybe I'm the only one who's experienced this but it was such a bad outcome considering how much I paid, she also does charge quite a large price for a lash lift($125) I've gotten them for as low as $60 with a better service then I did here & my lashes looking way better than the lift I got here!! So disappointed!!! read more
