I've been looking to get my lashes done for the last few months and while I was getting my eyebrows done by Daisy at The Refinery, she recommended that I look into Decerry who recently started doing lashes at The Refinery. I was a bit nervous as the last lash technician I saw did not do the best job so I made sure I looked into Decerry's instagram and when I saw her amazing work I knew I had to book an appointment. She recently started a promotion for a full set of lashes for $100 so I thought what better time than now. I came into my appointment a little nervous, but I let Decerry work her magic and I could not be any happier! I didn't know what I wanted coming in and I let her decide what to do. My lashes are full, fluffy, long, and best yet they look natural all at the same time. I felt completely comfortable while she was doing them which only took two hours and she was incredibly sweet to my friend who waited with me the entire time. Julissa microbladed my brows and she is the sweetest most understanding person. She really listened to my likes/dislikes about my brows and asked questions too. She also provided me information about the healing process especially about how my skin would heal over the existing work someone else did (previous work had faded). Super bummed! Went for a lash lift & brows with Daisy and woke up the next day with my skin totally peeled and scabbing on my lid!! I felt a burning sensation during the lash lift and I think inevitably that's what it was that left the my skin peeled and cut looking, saw her account all over ig & it looked great but this was awful, I sent her pics of what happened and she didn't seem phased by it, how it looked on my eye looked worse than how I'm describing it, I feel like I really should've gotten a refund for the service, maybe I'm the only one who's experienced this but it was such a bad outcome considering how much I paid, she also does charge quite a large price for a lash lift($125) I've gotten them for as low as $60 with a better service then I did here & my lashes looking way better than the lift I got here!! So disappointed!!! read more
