#16 Minced pork belly on rice combo with popcorn chicken
    Michealea F.

I got the combo for the minced pork belly and popcorn chicken with black tea. I like how the popcorn chicken or the minced pork belly is not too oily. The portion is pretty good as well and it's nice they gave tomato and cucumber too. The bun is ok, just like what you would expect from t&t supermarket. The food court is a pretty good place as well. It's clean and tidy. Overall, this is pretty good for a food court option.

Looks like they moved from Tinseltown to the new Brentwood food court. The Tinseltown location is no more. I felt like a snack, so I got a box of dumplings. Dumplings were tasty, but the portion size was a wee bit small for the price.

I am been eyeing for Glorious Bao to open from the beginning! they just opened 5 days ago and seems to be quite popular They offer Taiwanese snacks, bao (plain steamed bun) and snacks The menu has 18 combos, generally, a protein that comes with fried rice or noodle and a drink for around $14.95- $15.95 (some combos have the option of choice of steamed rice or bao). It does not really have a vegetarian or vegan option, so hopefully they offer that in the future Its nice that they have a variety of fried rice variations: sausage, salmon, or shrimp fried rice, spicy beef For those dumpling & gyoza fans, they also have gyozas and soup dumplings! I finally decided on Combo # 2 - Crispy Chicken with fried rice and black tea The chicken piece was quite crispy, and seasoned well. The fried rice was fried with green onions and egg. The wok aroma "wok hay" was totally there! I was quite impressed with this. FYI, they use a short grain rice for their fried rice, so it an extra chew to it-- a nice bonus! In the same box, they gave a couple pieces of broccoli and marinated seaweed strips, just like side dishes from a Taiwanese meal The black tea was slightly sweetened and hits the spot My meal also came with a mini mango panna cotta as part of a their grand opening sweet treat Overall, a pretty satisfying meal I love rice and I can see myself working my way through the menu

Glorious bao is located at the amazing Brentwood mall food court! When we ordered two combos we got a side of popcorn chicken for free! I like it spicy as they put a powder seasoning onto it. I also like that the combo has drinks you can choose from like a black tea or lemonade drink. For the first combo I got popcorn chicken with fried rice and the second combo was chicken teriyaki with chow mein noodles. These boxes are super filling and great for something quick to eat and grab a bite

Glorious bao is a pretty good taiwanese choice to choose from in brentwood mall's food court. Got the fish bao as well as the chicken nugget and they were both great. I think glorious bao really did a good job for the price. Recommended if you are around brentwood and looking for some good comfort food. Cheers!

Combo #12, combo #3, popcorn chicken

Glorious Bao finally opened at the food court. They had a promotion of free popcorn chicken with the purchase of two entrees. I ordered their soup combo. I really appreciated them backing the noodles separately so that the noodles did not get soggy. The portion size was decent. The lemon drink was alright. I found it a tad watered down. Just a warning, their spicy fried rice is Asian level spicy. The popcorn chicken were also tasty, and nicely seasoned. Overall, nice addition to the food court.

We tried to go to other places around town for dim sum but others were too busy or only took reservations. I'm so glad we ended up here. Portions are huge so be careful when ordering! With about 9-10 people per table, we were treated to what felt like at least ten courses. There wasn't much time for photos, as conversation and catching up naturally took precedence. The standouts were the seafood fried rice and the green onion lobster and crab stir-fry -- rich, comforting, and generously flavoured, the kind of dishes that quietly anchor a long meal. It was a busy holiday weekend, and the restaurant was packed. Our original 7:00 p.m. reservation was delayed until 8:00 p.m., leaving many of us waiting outside in the cold. Once seated, the pacing felt off, with dishes arriving out of sequence, which gave the meal an oddly disjointed rhythm. A small apology or update from the staff would have been welcome, but none came. Overall, the food was very tasty, and I would consider returning -- particularly to explore more of their seafood offerings.

The food court itself is full of different Asian cuisines, and this stall definitely stands out. They offer a wide variety of Shanghai-style dim sum, including dumplings, wontons, rice cake, several meat noodle soups, and some combo rice dishes. I ordered the Sichuan Style beef noodle soup, and it was surprisingly delicious and spicy -- the broth was flavorful, and the beef was incredibly tender. Even though it's just a small food court stall, the quality of the dishes makes it worth a visit. If you're already exploring Crystal Mall or craving some quick and tasty Shanghai-style snacks, this place is a solid choice.

Big size and very delicious. I'd ask for extra dipping sauce (or the chill oil if you like spicy). These can get messy if you don't be careful. Take a small bite of the skin first and sip the soup inside before diving in. The soup is very hot, so I usually pour it onto a spoon and drink it from there. #13 is translated as "Steamed Mini Pork Buns" in English and Shanghai Xiaolongbao in Chinese on the menu, which is misleading. When I ordered it last time, it turned out to be the same buns as #14, just steamed instead of deep-fried. They're large and not mini at all like traditional XLB. Personally, I didn't enjoy them as much as the fried version and wouldn't order them again. They tend to stick together and aren't very to-go friendly. #14 is the star here, and it's absolutely worth coming back for.

We went there for the all you can eat hotpot, which was $43.99 per person for dinner. They were pretty busy on a Friday night, although we were able to get a table because some reservation didn't show up. Medium sized interior with mostly booth seating, and the entrance is narrower and expands to the back. It's a personal hotpot so each person gets their own stove and order their own soup base. Ordering is done via a tablet. They also have cooked dishes like skewers, fried mantou and other things on the menu in addition to the hotpot ingredients. Some of the items cost extra and are labeled with the cost. In the center, they have the sauce bar, desserts bar of mostly Chinese jellos and also an ingredients bar with things like spam and quail eggs. I got the satay broth and it was decent. Ingredients are served reasonably quickly. The quality of the meat is decent. The milk-marinated beef is actually soft, and the usual sliced ribeye, lamb shoulder and pork belly are fine. The cooked dishes are decent as well, as we tried their pork trotters, fried mussels, and lamb skewers. The selection for hotpot ingredient is as you'd expect for an AYCE place, but the cooked food selection is a bonus. Definitely stuffed myself and was a satisfying meal on a cold winter day. Not the cheapest meal, but not a solid value.
