I was fine with the dog at first when it was just barking at us but what crossed the line is when it lunged and bit my partners leg as we left. They are located in a great part of town. John is the best example of great customer service. He took all the time needed to answer all of my questions. He was also available to give my husband a tour of what he had available on his lot. They provide 24/7 security which was one of the main reasons why we chose to store with them. Sure, there are cheaper places to rent from, but no other lot out there could provide the type of service and security that John does over at Cobalt!

I asked them if it was possible to fix the door because it was very hard to open and close and it didn't want to lock. I was told no, that I just needed to deal with it. When I let them know that this was not going to work for me, they did not make any suggestion for fixing the situation. I felt like the did not value me as a customer. I was also in formed that I would not et my money back even though it was the same day that I opened the unit. So two days later I closed it and told I would no longer be using the unit. Apparently I am supposed to file an insurance claim every time somebody decides to vandalize my RV on their property. I would not recommend this place if you value your toys.
