Jay handled everything for us! Delivery and pick up. Quote was spot on for the prices we were charges. We have a lot less stress not having to drive a huge truck. Cheaper then the truck rental and fuel. Jay was the best!

I rented the Uhaul for a couple of hours and filled it back with fuel to what is was prior to driving it off the lot. I took photos of the gas gauge and mileage just in case. I get home and check my email for a receipt and now they are charging me for 2 gallons of fuel claiming I didn't put gas in it. I called and tried explain it to the guy at the counter where I rented it from that I took a picture of the gas gauge prior so I knew exactly what to put it back to. He didn't want hear any of it. I said so basically you're charging me for two extra gallons of fuel @$5.25 a gallon that we didn't use? He said, Yep but I can't do anything about it you'll have to dispute it with uhaul and he hung up the phone on me. I continued to call back and he would pick it up and hang up. As a small business owner in the area I find it completely out of line and unethical the way they are practicing business thinking someone is not going to notice when they scam you. I would highly suggest anyone wanting to rent a uhaul do it somewhere other than Uncle Johns.

We returned it over what it was when we got it and didn't get our $10 credit, but we're charged another $10. Then basically was told where I could shove it and I had to contact Uhaul to get the refund. I am a business owner and never want a customer to leave unhappy... this place cares more about $10 than customer service. Make sure you're there when they check it in.

Normally, they're all the same with the a similar level of apathy and borderline unhelpfulness, but this was actually a nice experience. The move we did was in Seattle, but my brother helping me was in Enumclaw so in retrospect, we added about 60-70 miles of charged miles that were really unnecessary, but you know....after not having to deal with the sour workers in Seattle, I think it might have been worth it.
