I was told they "couldn't do that" and someone else they could not get me in contact with would do that. I had already been told 3 times things that were supposed to happen that did not. I wanted to speak with someone who would get my refund reprocessed and they called the police on me. Police came and told them to get someone to get a hold of me. So I tell the kid I want to pay my storage I get my cash out and hes says" we dont take cash " im like what what do you mean you dont cash ? Then hes says were closing . Im like so . Now today I cant today because of some kid is lazy .. he says we dont take cash 10min before closing .. but youll help the other chick get a storage unit. Seems like that would take a lot longer then just opening up the till and taking my money . Just saying . So I leave with out complaing . Thats when I discovered they locked me out of my unit .. my contract says till the 10th before they lock you out.. today is the 8th . We also discovered upon grabbing our stuff an abundance of mice feces all over our unit. We told the front desk and they acted like they had no idea. After doing some research later that day, we realized they lied to our face as this has been an ongoing problem with public storage for the last few years at least. Do NOT rent here and go elsewhere. I will say the blondish(?)lady up front was helpful and tried to get us a rate decrease for our troubles. BUT avoid this place at all costs!
