The first job was helping my dad move from Roy to Maple Valley -- everything went perfectly. The second time, they helped load and drop off a 17ft truck full of donations, which saved us a ton of time and effort. I originally got a 10x15 storage because that's what I had at Public Storage (who are the ABSOLUTE worst to deal with), but as soon as I saw the 10x15 here I knew there was no way it was actually those dimension. So I measured the unit and I was right, it was off my many feet. not only that but the unit sat at a low point on the property and the rain water was just rushing into my uni. I asked about the size and was told those are the outside dimensions of the uni. I explained how the outside dimensions are not useful to any of their customers and asked for the next size up. The helpful woman who worked here that day was let go and she was really the most helpful person here. I started getting notifications that my account was past due and when I called they said not to worry because it was something they did when changing my unit and that the still needed to credit my account for the discount I had come there for which was half off first 2 months and when I showed up the day before I had court to get my nice clothes there was another lock on my unit because of the past due amount they said wouldn't be a problem. to this day I am yet to receive the credit to my account for the move in sale and the new staff isn't as helpful

We had rented a U-Haul truck for our move and needed help with the heavy items from our 3rd story apartment. My daughter informed them at the beginning that it was 3 flights of stairs and no elevator available. CaddyMoving had confirmed our reservation, but their movers never showed up. It almost caused a financial disaster for us. Luckily, CollegeHunks came to our rescue. They were more expensive than CaddyMoving (CaddyMoving had given us a quote for 2 men for 3 hours at $100 an hour which my daughter said was the most cost effective way to go. That's why she decided to choose CaddyMoving.) But CaddyMoving was completely unreliable!!! Yes, CollegeHunks was more, but they showed up (same day) and got the job done! My advice: Don't go with companies like CaddyMoving who quote you a lower price without a guarantee that their movers will show up! Thank You CollegeHunks for coming to our rescue and working hard!

Abraham and Josh helped us with our move this time. Both of them were extremely professional with a great attitude. They're also so efficient! They were very thoughtful as well--throughout the move, they asked us exactly how we wanted the layout of our new place to be. They also took great care of all of our items and everything arrived scratch-free. They completed the job so quickly and it made the experience much less stressful. I used to dread moving days a lot more because of all of the unknowns/things out of your control that may come up, but they made the experience seamless! It's always very easy to schedule with David as well. His prices are very fair and he is always pleasant to speak with. He is also extremely transparent with pricing so we knew exactly what to expect. I've called a lot of movers in the past and in my experience, scheduling can sometimes be a hassle. I'll always rave about this moving company and if we ever have to move again (hopefully not any time soon!), I won't even think twice about hiring these guys again.
