I'm not usually one to leave bad reviews but after the last couple experiences I've had here I thought it was necessary. The service here is just not good. I am a waitress myself so I understand when it's a bit busy it can be somewhat difficult to be completely attentive I totally get it. But it's not excusable when I have to ask 3 servers and the hookah guy for a glass of water.. Not to mention my friend asked for a hot water refill about 6 times for about an hour. Every time I come here I have to walk up to the front to get anyone's attention, its very annoying. If I'm going to go out to relax and spend money, I honestly don't want to get up out of my seat 10 times. read more

UNDERSTAFFED UNDERSTAFFED UNDERSTAFFED! I don't know what or why or even how but it's always understaffed. Got here at 9:50 just got my food now at 10:47 . Got our drinks at 10:30 .. granted it was just a tea and water. 10:48pm now and as of now our hookah isn't here yet. They have two servers working and they are bombarded! Just found out the hookah order wasn't placed. The owner needs to step up and hire more people or at least have people on call that can assist the staff. One of the waitresses is just terribly slow. In the hours now that we've been here. Only came to check up once which we told we were going to put in another order for food but at this point it really doesn't look like it since we have to wait probably another hr just to receive it. We enjoy coming here regularly but it's getting out of hand the amount of times this is happening. The price of the menus doesn't reflect the service you get with it. Pretty sad. I hope you receive this constructively and make some changes to better the customer experience. read more

My fiancé and I have been coming here for years.... We love it! The staff is very nice and personable and always remember us... Which is a huge plus when the place is bumpin which happens a lot. They are fast and courteous and always good w recommendations. The hookah doesn't burn my throat, the drink pours are are generous! The food is fresh and tasty. We will continue to come here, before or after a movie, on a lazy afternoon, etc. read more

I have been disappointed with this place the last few times I've been here. The hookah is good, but their customer service ruins the experience. They are way too understaffed. I went there the other night with a couple of friends, once we sat down it took at least 10-15 minutes for someone to acknowledge that we were there. Once you get your order no one comes by to check on you to see if you need anything, including coals. I finally saw the coal guy walk past me and asked him for new coals, and he very rudely walked back to my table and put new coals, even though that's basically his job. The food isn't too great either. And what made me just as made is that any order over $70 gets an automatic 18% gratuity, which is ridiculous because the service I received was not worth that money AT ALL! ... they probably deserved half of that!! read more

Literally the worst hookah experience.. I've been here a few times and it just gets worse and worse.. service is terrible and took soooo long to flag down a waitress then she was rude and in the end condescending when we had questions about our ridiculous bill.. except for one nice hookah guy who was the only one that checked on us maybe once or twice.. 18% gratuity so that's probably why they don't care to give you ANY customer service Hookahs were okay but never going again I wouldn't recommend this place at all read more

I can't say enough great things about this place.  My friends and I have been coming here daily for a few years now and it's been well worth it.  We are devoted hookah smokers so quality hookah and customer service are vitally important to us.  We've visited most of the hookah lounges in the region and none of them compare to this location. The hookah is awesome but the people that serve us are even better.  Thank you Mike, Abby, Amanda, Jonathan and the rest of the crew for always taking good care of us, even when it's pouring rain like this past Saturday. read more

Decent hookah spot. I like that there is a lot of room - indoor and outdoor seating. If you want to sit on the white couches you need to have girls with you, kind of surprising even when the place is dead. Hookah hit decent prices for Starbuzz and Tangiers were about $21. This place is definitely a chill spot with great hookah. The hookah hits pretty good and the flavors last without burning too fast. My friend and I ordered the soujouk and the chicken shawarma sandwiches. The soujouk was a bit dry but the flavor was there and the chicken shawarma was okay but nothing special. We also ordered the "Starbucks" latte and caramel frap and they were absolutely nothing like Starbucks at all! My latte was way too sweet and my friend's frap tasted like milk with caramel. They barely tasted like coffee, let alone Starbucks. Our waitress was very friendly and nice so that's always a plus. We would come back for the hookah and to try other items on the menu as well as some drinks from their full bar. read more

There's an inside Cons- I had a hookah that tasted like plastic one time, literally burning plastic The drinks are overpriced, even water The service can be terrible sometimes My friend's smoothie had a bug in it The inside lounge has horrible service All in all, this place is just ok. I go here often with friends, the food, drinks and hookah are fine. My issue is primarily with service. It can take a really long time between waitresses coming by to check on you. My last visit our coals for the hookah had almost completely burned out before we got new ones. Also the seating can be a little cramped. I am a regular at this hookah bar/restaurant. By far, it has the most consistent hookahs and I visit this place around twice a week. The waitresses are friendly, they have a full bar, and a 1 drink minimum rule. The hookahs are priced between $18-22 and you can get a glass lavoo hookah with a free refill for $45. The coals are changed regularly without asking. Try taking the Araz Special hookah which is a mix of 3 flavors and lasts long. The food is okay, nothing to rave about. read more
