I got a sample plate which came with a soft taco (suave), hard taco (dorado), and a soft taco with cheese (quesi taco) in addition to an 8oz consommé (broth). The tortillas are made fresh by hand, and the birria always tastes like it was prepared that day. While it can take a little time to receive your order, that's part of what makes the food so good--you can tell everything is made fresh rather than sitting under a heat lamp. We've tried a variety of menu items over the years, including the asada tacos, goat birria, beef birria, birria ramen, and even the chicken quesadillas . Everything we've ordered has been flavorful and well-prepared. They recently started offering aguas frescas, which are delicious and pair perfectly with the food. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they're generous with the salsas, letting you choose whichever sauces you prefer with your tacos. Don't skip dessert, either. There are more than 30 food trucks to choose from. Come early though because long lines form easily and favorites might run out early. Businesses remain open during the event and offer specials such as discounts and free samplings of their products. Lots of free private and street parking. People walk up and down the boulevard browsing stores, avail of samples and discounts, buy food and desserts from the trucks, etc. They come in groups, either with family members or circle of friends. A lot of people also bring their dogs along with them for a good walk. This is a fantastic event to attend to so if you are interested, mark your calendars every last Friday of each month and enjoy one fantastic evening along the boulevard.

The Mandarin salad contained lettuce, green onions, cilantro, avocado, crispy noodles, & Mandarin oranges. It was tossed in a sweet & spicy sauce dressing. The lettuce was crisp, avocado was fresh, the noodles were crunchy, and the Mandarin slices were thick, fat, & juicy! Everything together was tasty, but the dressing took it to the next level! It was so different and amazing! The homemade tortilla chips were also delish. They were topped with their secret Go Fusion Seasoning and a hint of lime. So yummy!
