The pizza here is good but you have to wait 45 minutes for them to make it (normal). We ordered a deep dish with sausage, pepperoni, mushroom, onion, and jalepenos. The jalepenos were pickped instead of fresh. The calamari & more was also very tasty. Don't order the "oversized skillet cookie" though. The cookie is hard to eat because it was cold and hard. We were expecting something warm and gooey to balance out the cold ice cream. It definitely was not freshly baked in their pizza oven. Kind of disappointed. Everything came out in to go containers/ with paper plates so I think this is more of a take out/for delivery place. read more

This place is great! Just moved here from NC. We had Ginos East a few years ago- didn't like it. This place hits the spot. It's very convenient and the parking is good. They always have it hot and ready to be picked up when we order it, and it's extremely tasty. These pizzas literally put the "pie" in pizza pie. You need a fork to eat it. read more

My friends were visiting from out of town and we wanted pizza so she tried to purchase Giordano's from Logan Square location on her phone, it gave her an error message but yet still charged her credit card. So I called to confirm that the order did indeed go through since it charged her card, the lady on the phone tells me they didn't have her order but she would be refunded is 5 business days. So I then place the order over the phone and walk to the location at the time they told me the food would be ready for pick up. The lady working at the counter can't find my order then she finally does it find it and tells me to have a seat while I wait. The manager approaches me to tell me they gave my pizza to the wrong person but they had my appetizers and I could have those for free. He was very kind but there's really no excuse for giving my pizza to someone else. Then he proceeds to tell me they'll deliver my pizza to my house, I ask if I can just wait for it but he informs me since it's deep dish it will take 45 minutes. The pizza itself was good once we finally managed to receive it but the whole experience was less than easy or delightful. read more

Located in a strip mall, adequate parking (COVID19 times, so not much traffic). Loved the dedicated parking spaces just for pickup. I placed an order online and the price and pickup time quoted was accurate. Arrived 10 minutes after the time range and my Chicago Special stuffed pizza was hot and ready for me. Got some plates and cutlery as well as cheese and pepper. The pizza stood up well for the 10 min drive home. Pizza looked incredible and was still nice and hot. One slice will fill you up and satisfy you, but it's so good you WILL eat another slice and then feel stuffed (hahaha). No regrets. read more

Update - The General Manager did reach out to us and was able to take care of the situation. I hope no one ever goes to a Giordano's location and experiences that low level of customer service, but it was nice of him to reach out to try to fix the situation. I've updated from 1/5 stars to 3/5 stars accordingly. We just were at the Logan Square Giordanos and the person at the counter was very rude. We had a coupon that had been emailed to us and he refused to honor it, even though there were several flyers on the counter advertising to get this same coupon. We were ordering $30 worth of pizza and drinks but we ended up leaving because of how rude the man had been. We've eaten at the Irving Park Giordanos for years, but unfortunately they were closed which is what prompted us to try the Logan Square location with a friend. read more

Ordered a sausage deep dish pizza with onion and green peppers, taste wasn't bad or anything special either I've had a better experience with Loumanati's as far as taste and freshness of food goes. The major factor in the two star rating is the fact that I found a pickle slice in my pizza slice. My family and I walked in the restaurant, waiting to be seated. After about a minute, the girl working the register said we could seat ourselves. *Whom ever is at the register should be at their post at all times to receive guest. We felt clueless at that moment* We were then told to scan the QR code to get the menu on our phones. We had to then walk up to the register to order. The food was great, their hospitality was great but my biggest issue was the unorganized refreshment area next to the register. Some straws were wrapped and others weren't. The soda and tea were watered down. We did address it to one of the workers. There were no lids available for the cups. We had to ask for them. Also, when our pizza was brought to us, there was no pepper or Parmesan cheese available. We had to ask for it. It's was kind of a nuisance at that point. We shouldn't have to ask for everything, it should be available to us at that moment. Not sure if I would return to this restaurant but I hope they would use this feedback to correct these issues. read more

They're not consistent with the one in Downtown, its like they use another set of ingredients, if you're going to own/run a franchise you need consistency. I went there for a pizza once with my niece, and after ordering we sat down to wait, 15 minutes later a woman comes in after us, orders a pizza just as we did and her order came out first? when she left I got up and walked over to the counter, the cashier as well as 3 other employees were giggling and looking inside a pizza box, one guy appeared to have a spatula in his hand, when the cashier realized I was standing there she said something in spanish I speak the language little did she know and she stated "thats her pizza" to the others, What apparently happened was someone either dropped my pizza or layed something on top of it because as everyone walked away I could see that ALL the cheese was stuck on top of the box, the guy with the spatula was trying to scrap it off, I asked the cashier was that "my" pizza, after looking down and then turning around to look at everyone she said "yes" , I told her I wanted a refund...she had the nerve to utter "so you dont want the pizza" ..I was like....Um, no! Aside from that I can tell a huge difference in the taste and flavors of the food from this location and the downtown location which is so much better, thats my experience with this location. My pregnant wife and I received a very severe case of FOOD POISONING from this location on October 10th 2015 (Saturday) at around 9:45ish. I will never revisit this location and I also make sure to inform all other potential patrons to avoid this location at all cost. That night and the following day, we were so sick throwing up chunks of deep dish pizza non-stop and unable to take care of our 1 year old daughter. I love Giordano's, but I've tried to order pizza from this location twice, and both times there was a screw up. First attempt at ordering delivery: I go on the website. The website recommends this store. I put in an order, put in my credit card info, get a confirmation email saying the pizza is on its way. An hour and half later - no pizza. I check my credit card - no charge. I call the location, and they told me there was no record of my order. *sigh* I thank them an we decide to eat at home. Second attempt, almost a year later: I go on the website. I place an order. This time I check my credit card, and yes, I was charged. I called the pizza place to ask a question, and they answered it for me. Five minutes later, I have a missed call from Giordano's, but no voicemail. I call them back just in case, to make sure there isn't a problem with my order. I'm placed on hold for three minutes, only to have an employee say that they have no idea who called me or why. An hour and a half later, no pizza. I call them again, and behold! no record of my order. They told me that they tried to call me to tell me, but they had left no voicemail and didn't know what I was talking about when I called them back the first time. Disappointed, I say "well, I guess I'll order it now, over the phone," and was abruptly told I should call another Giordano's - the one on Montrose. Two screw ups. No pizza. Their pizza is soooooo good. Deep dish is a Chicago staple. I get Giordanos quite a bit, but the past two times the service has been awful. Like, noteworthy. Delivery time for a pizza on a Monday in the middle of the the day shouldn't be 1.15 hours. But, they say it on the phone, so I accept. Nearly 2 hours later when my hunger pains are going strong and I haven't heard the door ring or my phone go off--I'm confused. I call and the hostess says oh they left more than half an hour ago (it was supposed to be here 30 mins ago!!!) and still aren't close.... No traffic, didn't really care. I'll hit up rush st instead. They have a few tables for sit in customers but they are geared more to delivery & carry out. I called in for take out about an hour before closing. I ordered a large stuffed pizza with ground beef and tomatoes. Don't judge me! I know it sounds weird but you need to experience it. Anywhoo, I felt bad because I used to work at pizza joint for 2 years and stuffed pizza takes a long time and I ordered right before closing. Well... Sure enough that made it within 35 minutes! BOOM! I went to Blockbuster down the street picked out two blu-rays, made fun of some hipsters on the street and came back down milwaukee to pick up my pie. When I got home I stuffed my face. Having grown up in Wisconsin, the closest thing I got to deep dish pizza was some Domino's with cheese stuffed in the crust. However, after living in Chicago for several years, I can happily say that Giordano's has the best pizza I have ever eaten. I can't speak for other locations, but this one always prepares a thoroughly cooked pizza with fresh ingredients that my taste buds go wild for. My favorite is any type of deep dish pie - meat lovers, veggie lovers, pepperoni... anything. The crust, sauce, cheese and toppings always taste great and it's hard to resist coming back the next day for more. Now, I like pizza more than the average person, but Giordano's has definitely earned a 5/5 rating! read more

I ordered online the other day from this location. I ordered a few weeks ago by phone. I am glad this tech-savvy location is near my place. Food has been excellent, typical Giordano's, great pizza, good pasta dishes. Orders were on time, accurate and still hot. Service was friendly and late night hours are a plus.
