I received great service plus the food was delicious and the restaurant was very clean and nice looking. We ordered shrimp with green beans and had them add mushrooms for a small fee (well worth it) we also ordered beef and green beans with the extra mushrooms and the house chow mein

6 Piece Crabmeat Cheese Puffs (we eat 4 of them before I remember to take picture.)

Service on point! Delivery of food after ordering was amazing! The food we order was beyond what I would have imagined of what it would be. Food tasted fresh and had fantastic flavor! I say they have the BEST Hot and Sour Soup around!! We got the crabmeat puffs Lemon chicken combo Beef ginger sauce combo Curry vegetables Hot Sour Soup We spent $68

What might have been 6 full shrimp...is now 3 cut in half!!

I like the food here. I do believe the restaurant itself is a bit outdated, but the food has been consistently good.

The place is clean and everybody was friendly. The food is on a cafeteria type line, you just pick out what you want, and then they serve it to you and you take it to your table. I can't speak to the main dishes, themselves, as I just came in for a Boba tea. I did see that they also had wontons on the line, so I also did an order of wontons as a snack. The wontons were wonderfully crispy, and not greasy at all, and they were very generous with the portion. I liked the sweet-and-sour sauce, it was sweet and just a little bit tangy. I had the Matcha milk tea, it was creamy and had a wonderful flavor. It's hard to describe the flavor of Matcha, but I do like it. It was a bit sweet, and just a bit savory. They asked me if I wanted the Boba pearls, which I did because I like them a lot, and they were very generous with them. A milk tea and an order of wontons was only nine bucks. Extremely reasonable. Thank you for a nice stop.

He was loud and was making odd gestures. The staff seemed unaware. We ended up asking for our food to go. I was not offered any compensation after I explained the situation. The curry was delicious and the fresh rolls were great. I will never eat there again. The inexperienced staff had no idea how to handle the situation.

With how busy it was with diners, our…read moreserver still made time to check on us, ask if we wanted soup and rice, and brought us our bill in a timely manner. Watching the cooks hard at work and mastery of Mongolian bbq was like a well-oiled machine. Watching the cooks and seeing staff continuously refill the food, toppings, and sauce containers for customers, while also putting out more bowls and trays, was like watching a flawless production! As for our food, the price of lunch is bang for buck because of how much you can fill your Mongolian BBQ bowl and the soup, rice, and addicting wonton chips with sweet and sour dipping sauce that come with your lunch meal. I gave 4 stars because the garlic and potato soup was super salty. My friends and I agreed this soup would have been perfect if it didn't taste like salt was poured into it. In addition, watching the cross contamination of some diners touching the raw meat in their bowls then touching the next tongs, like for the veggies, was a big health risk concern for me. With this, I keep in mind that I don't even know if this can be prevented due to the way Mongolian BBQ works with customers serving themselves, like a buffet. I understand it would be hard to control and prevent the cross contamination from touching the meat, especially as customers try to make room in their big bowl. In the end, the number of people dining, then seeing more people entering, shows how popular Hula's is!
