Yummy!! Love this place - food is fresh and tasty! I've been here three times, once for take out and twice to eat in and will be back. They are so accommodating and the food is delicious. I haven't tried the Pho so that will be a must on a rainy day! I'm not a huge soup fan unless it's the right weather! Banh Mi is good I asked for extra cilantro and jalapeño- love the roll tasty! Larb - wow that was him great flavor little spicy and to kick it up a notch we asked for an extra roll and stuff it with the rest of the larb!! Great sandwich option for real! They should offer it as a menu item it was bomb and helped with the spice. The winner is the mango sticky rice! I've had some amazing mango sticky rice in LA but this one is on point and delicious. P1 Combination Pho Large. Broth didn't have enough of the pho spices flavor of anise, cloves, or cinnamon. I mostly just tasted a general savory taste and it wasn't really beefy either. The pho also came out with only been sprouts, basil, and lime. I had to ask for extra cilantro otherwise there would have been none in the soup? Pho without cilantro or rau răm just feels lacking. On top of all this, the combination pho should come with tripe and tendon, I only found a few measly pieces of tripe and tendon (see pictures). The brisket and beef slices were a bit dry. I think I would have preferred it to be a bit more rare when coming out rather than tough and over cooked. Seems not many places in Chico do that. Now some of the good. The beef they do give is plentiful and I didn't really feel like it needed more. There was a good amount of brisket slices and beef balls. The pho noodles were cooked and not clumpy. read more

I gotta say, one of the best sandwich and soup, shops in the Chico area. Typically on lunch I will come here when I go out. Twice now I've walked into Jersey Mike's, looked at their pricing and their offerings and walked next door into noodle house to order a BANH MI instead. I've tried their curry, their pho, and of course their sandwiches!! Their teas are also really good too and not as pricey as tea bar. The restaurant itself is always quiet and cool, and the staff is very pleasant. Lastly, one of the things my dad taught me was to rate places on the cleanliness of their bathroom. Very nice place to eat. The staff were very nice and accommodating. I walked in to make a to go order as my family were eating elsewhere. After checking the other spot it was super busy so I asked if I could dine in instead. They had no problem making room for me. I ordered the pad Thai with shrimp mild spicy with a large Thai tea. The spice level was well controlled with still having a kick. Super yum. Stop by if you are in Chico. They also have pho. Gonna try it if I'm ever back in the fall/winter. read more

We went to Noodle house for dinner. The new owners are nice , however our dinner was horrible. The pineapple fried rice had zero flavor , the chicken was raw in the middle. I had to send it back . It seems as if they forgot to add any seasoning, it was missing onion and golden raisins . We were so disappointed. Hopefully they get better . read more

Got a pork banh mi, pork crunch rolls, and an iced Vietnamese coffee. I'm living here temporarily from the Bay Area, so I have high standards for Vietnamese food. Overall, thought the sandwich and egg rolls were good for the area. However, the bread wasn't really a traditional baguette you'd find with banh mis. I really enjoyed the egg rolls and liked how they were filled with so much veggies! The viet coffee left me a little underwhelmed and it didn't quite taste like viet coffee to me. I'm definitely coming back though because all the workers were so nice and loved chatting with one of the owners! The excellent workers and friendly environment brought my overall star rating up. read more

I hate giving anything in my hometown a bad review but wouldn't want anyone else to experience this. I have no idea how they're open as a business/ restaurant. Pot stickers were fine. Dry chicken and dry beef lunch entrees over dry rice were awful. Service sub par. Asked for any type of sauce and told fish sauce was all they had. Soy sauce did arrive later however. I was in a mood of a Sandwich but not your everyday avg., sandwich, I opted to go to the Noodle House and ordered one of their grilled pork Vietnamese Sandwiches, it comes w pickled carrots/daikon radish, cilantro and a few slices of jalapeño for kick, I also added some of their egg rolls to my late lunch and topped it off w their lime aid to drink. I have been to the Noodle House many times over the years and the food has been consistently delicious, the sandwich was yummy and the egg roll was crunchy and just way yummy, make sure you dip the egg roll in their sweet/savory dipping sauce, the lime aid was the perfect pairing to wash everything down, I took my food to bidwell park, everything was still warm when I arrived, if you have never tried a Vietnamese sandwich I highly recommend you give them a try. read more

We came for lunch. There was only one other table occupied. Ordered a summer roll, crunch roll and a combo plate. I was nearly done with my summer roll by the time my husband's combo plate came. He said his plate wasn't very good. The server seemed very inexperienced, bringing only one thing at a time. I had to ask for napkins and silverware.
