When I walk in the line moves quick and they take care of all of my weird request like extra mayo, more seasoning etc. When ordering on line it is fast and easy and they have always had my food ready when I walk in. They are fast. Think sub shops, think fast and yes they are that fast. They do a good job of keeping the place clean in order and making it comfortable to be there and eat there. I gave four stars because I saw unwrapped meat in the cooler lying on other wrapped meats. I don't think that is the us it is suppose to be. Clean that up and you will be back to five stars soon.

Contacted corporate to get a future order comped, they sent my info on to the manager (Jackie). She said she'd prefer me not to contact corporate and she'd replace my one large with two larges in the future, to be used at separate times if chosen. I called back to get one of the redemptions and the worker told that they didn't have past history of these things from that manager. She contacted the new manager and they said that I would need to have a receipt with that noted on it (umm, who returns to a business to fix something when they live 15 mins away? How does this make sense?) I've since contacted Firehouse corporate multiple times since and nothing has happened. Y'all are supposed to be supporting Fire Fighters? Or is it a money grab with your corporation that is extremely difficult to contact? Need a phone number for corporate office? Good luck finding one. Chat Bot? Laughable. They also operate 3 other locations out of Summit Grill restaurants. We tried this Door Dash lunch today. If you like spicy Nashville chicken it's perfect. Not hot is still spicier than Popeye's spicy If you like a good old fashioned burger it's delicious. The fries don't deliver well... You'll have to reheat in an air fryer. It's a pretty massive size and the amount of vegetables they put on the pizza is pretty generous for an individual pizza. I would definitely recommend trying the vegetable pizza, the workers were very friendly and there were a bunch of different condiments you can put on your sandwich/pizza inside.

It's also a bonus that it's within walking distance from where we live right now, which makes it an easy go-to spot. I don't really like french fries so she gave us another choice or two for the combo meal, which was lovely. I ordered a medium spiced chicken, tender, and a hot one. The medium was tolerable for my wife and a little light on the spice for me and the hot one was way too hot for her and perfect for me after I got used to the heat. I'm not sure I could eat anything hotter than that on the menu. I would definitely return as the chicken was great quality. The breading was not too thick. And Dave's sauce is nice and a little bit cooling if things get too spicy. This is a good location and they keep it very nice and clean and the staff is helpful as mentioned previously.

This Subway is on the corner Todd George Parkway and Langston Drive, with great access from either. Ample parking is available in front, and the drive through is easily accessible. The interior was clean and neat, while the service was fast and efficient. Chips are name brand and displayed in a rack near where you order. Back to the quick and easy, I ordered two sandwiches: a loaded up Tuna Salad and a bare bones Steak & Cheese. The tuna sandwich had three scoops of tuna salad heavy loaded with just about everything they had. My steak & cheese was a bit weak. While the flavor was good, there really was not as much as I had remembered getting at other locations. My advice is to order double meat in the future. Prices were acceptable, and sandwiches were marked on the wrappers (something I really appreciate). I hadn't heard about it, but after checking out their menu, I was game. Our server, Kaylee was great. It took her a bit to get to our table, but she had a lot of tables and not much help. She was very kind and knew the menu well. My wife had the fettuccine Alfredo with blackened chicken, which she liked great deal. I had a small salad add-on to start the meal. And then I ordered the lasagna. The lasagna was fantastic! One of the better lasagnas I have had in the Metro area. Very meaty and a hardy portion. There were a couple of misfires. Service was a bit too quick as we weren't done with our appetizers and I was still eating my salad when all of the entrées came. Just a few minutes early. All of us ordered drinks from the bar and my wife was the only one that enjoyed hers. The rest of them fell short. One was a custom order and two were from the specialty drink menu. 3/4 drinks fell flat. Maybe they had an inexperienced bartender that night. All in all we would return and hope to try other things on the menu, but we would probably only order beer or wine.
