Do not let them help you pick colors. Don't trust them with dip either. My nails are uneven, broken in some places and colors that I didn't ask for. It also took 2 hours, of them working on my nails. Three different customers came and left while they were working on my nails. Just save the money and go somewhere else. I was still charged $50 too. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! I'd hate for others to have to waste their money and time to be disappointed with their nails. I went in when they had 20% off services for their grand opening, and they had 3 or 4 employees in there. My mom wanted dip on natural nails and needed a soak off. A lady soaked off her previous dip and was extremely impatient in letting her choose a color after the first color she chose they "didn't have." A brand new salon is out of a dip powder color already...? The tech got up and started on someone else's nails while whispering to her coworker. She then proceeded to say the man working on my nails would do her nails after he did mine. IT GETS WORSE- I originally wanted a full acrylic set with croc print but he told me he couldn't do designs like that and wasn't "a professional." I said okay and chose to do a full set acrylic French with yellow french on the fourth nail. He cut the nails too short and when I asked for coffin shape he proceeded to file them all different shapes and lengths(nothing close to coffin). He also could not do french, it was splotchy and the lines were extremely unclean. I asked him politely to fix the unpainted spots several times, but he was clearly annoyed so I stopped talking. It came time for me to pick the yellow color and he told me he only had one ringlet of gel colors(when I was previously looking through a bucket of them). I now understand it's because he wanted to speed up the process. There wasn't the yellow I wanted on the ringlet he gave me so I began to look for a different color when he looked at me and said "ok you need to hurry up I have customers waiting!" Mind you there was no one waiting except my mom. I got up and told him I would pay for what he did but I was done and didn't want him to do my nails. He wanted to charge me $55 dollars(which included the 20% off) for the horrible work he did on my nails. I told him what he did wasn't worth $55 and he said "ok fine if you not want to pay I will take them off!" I agreed to let him take them off because they were horrible. He then grabbed my hands and with nail clippers raggedly chopped the nails off at an angle and said "you can leave now." I was shocked and immediately walked out, my mom paid for her soak off and we left. If you can't do nails and have no sense of customer service, you should not be running a salon or having clients sit in your chair period. read more

It's really a bummer that in 2023 were there is so much competition and I'm not asking for anything difficult I can't just walk in and walk out with good nails. I asked for a full set with gel polish. I told her multiple times, what I wanted, shorter, thinner, natural look. I get into my car and see my nails in the light, and they are just truly terrible I can't believe they charge 55 for this mess, honestly and at this point I don't have time to go back and get them fixed. I was intrigued when I saw this place popping up in my gym parking lot. The gal that I used for my nails moved out of state so I've been looking for a new person to trust with my nails. there were two females and two males working when I walked in. One of the girls asked me how they could help me and I told her I wanted a dip manicure and a pedicure. She told me to pick out a color and then have a seat. they had a lot of color options so it was difficult to get through all of them. I had to bring the color samples with me to the pedicure chair. When I sat down they just started to work on me rather quickly not really asking me what I was looking for anything like that which is fine I am OK communicating what I need but I just found it to be odd that they didn't ask me. Cindy worked on my toes and she did a decent job. Then they had both of the men start to work on my nails. It was actually kind of bizarre. One of them came over and started to file them and when I was telling him that I wanted to trim my nails he completely ignored me. Then he walked away and went worked on someone else and then the other gentleman came over and started to file my nails. He then did the same thing, walked away and went and worked on someone else. ultimately Cindy ended up doing both my hands and my feet which I was relieved for because it seemed as though the gentleman weren't really interested in helping me and weren't gonna be very communicative. I was struggling finding a good dip color. All of the colors that they had were unattractive. I ended up having to pick gel colors to go on top of a dip base. It is frustrating to me because they still charge me for a dip manicure even though they only used it as base and not dip color. So I don't appreciate being charged for a product that I don't use. The end result of my nails was good they lasted a while but the customer service here was less than satisfactory. Not sure if I'll go back. read more

I always come here and have been for four months now. my nails have never chipped between appointments and haven't ever lifted either. even when I wait 3 weeks between appointments!! this salon is very relaxing and brand new, so often times when I pick a color for dipped nails, it's brand new and hasn't been opened yet. love that!! highly recommend read more

I really really wanted to like this place. I have been twice but I won't go back. But not for anything crazy. The first time I went I wanted a gel polish change only. The mail tech asked me over and over and over again to please upgrade to a manicure I said okay fine. She cut me pretty bad twice. No apology or attempt to clean up the blood. Then they recommended the dip. I said okay! Let's do it. The dip lasted a long time! I don't like having the same nails for more then 2 weeks so it's not ideal for me but it did last and never cracked. I went in this week to go back to gel and get a new color. They denied any design of any sort unless we did acrylic. I have never heard that before and I have done gel every two weeks for the last 7 years. I will never do dip again bc they filed it all down to paper thin : ( and I was cut again. My nails keep breaking and I just got them done a few days ago. My nail tech was super nice! I have no complaints about their customer service. It is beautiful inside. read more

new place, wise nail salon ever!!! i suitors have listened to the reviews i read before going in, but i have them a shot. worse pedi ever, massage lasted 2 minutes. they were out of 5 nail polish colors i asked for. everyone was very rude. promise they will not last here in gilbert for 5 months. if there was a negative 5 start they would have got that. listen to reviews ppl please don't waste your money read more

I came here to get my nails done for once, since I do my own usually. I made an appointment for 3, when I came in they had no idea who I was. The color selection for dip looked like they've had these colors for years. The swatches looked nothing like the actual final product. When I told my nail lady what shape I wanted, she didn't listen to a word I said and made them all round. When I told her I asked for rounded square, she proceeded to lecture me on what to say in the future when I wanted this shape.. when I had said that she just wasn't listening. This salon is dirty, they reuse nail files and buffers. I had to remind my nail tech to cover certain parts of my nail with color that were missed. They used a gel top coat on my nails when I got dip and that has its own top coat. This salon also struggles with cuticle work. I know they cannot trim them but the technician didn't even try to buff it out with the E-file. The nails look okay , but boy am I never coming back to this salon. read more

It was my first time coming in and I will definitely be back! Steven did my nails and I was seriously impressed. I had been up since 3am and just gotten off work and not in a good mood and he completely turned my mood around. He is one of the most genuine, kind and happy go lucky people I have ever met. I downloaded Yelp just to write this review because of how impressed I was. Not only does he have amazing energy, he really took pride in his work and went above and beyond to make my nails perfect.
