Love it here. Ann is amazing and best in the industry. Such a cute place and decent pricing. My husband always gets his eyebrows done here and we will go out of the way to come here.

I came here because my normal salon was closed and I had 1 nail on the edge of coming off and everything I hit it it would hurt lol. I was charged $70 for a fill and a French tip.... now the Nail tech was very nice and polite. However she made a few comments about how long my nails are, she kept looking over at the clock and every second I could feel the rushing (I got there around 520pm they closed at 7) I could see all the little cut marks in my acrylic from her rushing, I had to ask for the shape to be fixed and they still aren't the best (shape is everything) the color is a little weird not what I expect. I don't think this is worth $70. I understand time and product trust me. My French isn't even cleaned up and detailed.

I really do think that the pricing is very reasonable, however every time I come here once they are done my nails always looks already two weeks outgrown...

I LOVE this salon. By far the best place in Mesa, AZ that I have been to. The workers are all super friendly, quick, and efficient. I was on this side of town this weekend so I decided to stop at L'Mour Nails and give them a try. Everyone there seems very professional and they are really welcoming. My nail tech suggested I go with gel instead of regular polish due to it lasting much longer and is a lot shinier. I had a bad experience with gel in the past but I decided to give it another try. I went with a black gel because Ive always wanted to try this color on my nails. WOW! Not only was the manicure amazing but the gel looks perfect and very clean. It's been a few days now and I've washed a lot of dishes and my nails are still super fresh and very shiny. I was told the shop is under new management now and I thought I would take some time to leave a review since I was really pleased with gel manicure. Definitely will be going back and will be referring my friends and family!

Who you get here is key. My sisters both had awesome experiences, mine wasn't so great. I think the girl I had was new to acrylics but I can't be sure. I have been getting fills and full sets for almost 10 years now so I know the process pretty well. I watched in horror as she soaked the acrylic powder and piled it higher and higher on my nails. I let it go thinking she'd file and sand it down. Nope. I had gigantic, lumpy globs of acrylic. Only made worse by more gel later. She also didn't shave down my nail underneath so it started lifting almost immediately. I had to replace them after 1.5 weeks when usually they could easily last a month. So disappointed and so expensive! I spent $45 on a FILL. yikes.

The whole time I felt confused and frustrated. I asked her to fix my nails multiple times and it wasn't until I got my friend involved that she decided to fix them. The quality was absolutely horrible. They didn't tell us they charged an extra $7 for FRENCH TIPS. Which as you can tell in the picture were just god awful. I just gave up on her fixing them because at the point we were at she was just ruining them. She even butchered my third toe and didn't say anything to me when I flinched and took it out of her hand. The lack of professionalism and respect for their guest was just upsetting. It was overpriced and absolute shit work. Never would recommend nor would I be coming back to a place like this. read more

If I could I would give it 0 stars. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this nail salon. Despite showing them a clear picture of what I wanted, they did a terrible job that looked nothing like what I requested. The quality of work was subpar, and I left the salon feeling very frustrated. To make matters worse, I had to go to another salon and spend more money to get my nails fixed. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

This is a 5 Star rating for KIM who provided me with excellent professional service for a much needed manicure. As a walk in the price was right, the spa was spotless and smelled great. I came here because my normal salon was closed and I had 1 nail on the edge of coming off and everything I hit it it would hurt lol. I was charged $70 for a fill and a French tip.... now the Nail tech was very nice and polite. My daughter and I came here for mani and pedi's. I asked for a SNS dip powder and my tech did an excellent job. The person who did my Pedi was rough and rushed and ignored me when I told her how sensitive my diabetic feet are. Afterwards, she brought us up the counter to pay and charged us an automatic 25% tip for each service since i paid with a debit card. But there was no sign posted stating this she just took it upon herself to tip herself. I was going to give her less and my fingernail tech more. But she didn't give a choice. 2nd visit nail tech great! No issue. 3rd time different nail tech. She was super rough and I actually had cuts on all my fingers from the nail file. Since I'm diabetic they were open cuts for a week! Also the dip is already coming off after a week in half. Looks terrible and hurt! read more

I was really pleased with their availability when my friend and I went in for a pedicure. They didn't make me feel like I was getting squeezed in or guilty for basically ignoring them and chatting with my friend. I got the special which included an extended massage though, and I gave them three stars since the woman I had didn't do the paid upon length which I just happened to noticed since I had my phone in a timer to take some medication. It also kinda felt like she was just rubbing her hands down with no specific pressure, so that was a huge disappointment. My nail polish I picked out was either almost expired or not a very good brand and it kinda looked meh. Overall, willing to give this place another try since they were pretty reasonable if you get actually good nail polish and a good massage. I'll be sure to update if I go in again. :) read more

My first time. Nice and clean and friendly girl that checked me in. But the man who did my pedicure never spoke to me or said hello. I felt he was rushed. My toes look pretty but it was not a great massage so I will be looking for another salon. And just something that bugs me is if my total is $28 and I give you $30 dont assume that you get to keep the change. Of course I added more but I prefer to make it my decision. I wish I had the nerve to just walk out. read more

I went in over a week ago and got SNS on my nails. They turned out okay, but unfortunately they did not last me for more than one week. One nail peeled off 4 days after and I went to get it fixed. When I was getting it fixed, I noticed the owner speaking to the original nail tech that did my nails. She was telling him stuff in there language and pulling my hand to show him something. I thought this was very unprofessional and rude. SNS is expensive and is supposed to last for weeks but this salon did not prep the nail correct or use the right supplies to do so. $40 down the drain. read more

Absolutely loved this salon. Very nice layout with a lot of foot spas. We made appointments for 3 pedicures and were welcomed right away and all worked on at the same time. The staff was so friendly, they even took a picture of the three of us on my phone for memories. The salon was very clean and the tools they used seem sanitary. I really liked how they took their time with our pedicures and did not rush through it to go work on other people. All of our pedicures came out super cute and one even got a festive snowflake design on her toes! Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely be coming back. read more

I went in to get my nails done before I go to Disney World and already had a picture of what I wanted. My nail technician Kyle was awesome! He was able to do the design perfectly! I have slight OCD, so when I saw him redo to design on my nail to make the dots just right I was extremely pleased. As well I have horrible nail beds, so he went over them multiple times just to make sure it all looked perfect for my trip. I'm from San Tan Valley so it was a bit of a drive, but completely worth it! read more

Overall it was a good visit and I love my nails. Very professional and clean job. They didn't greet me at the front like other reviews have said. I heard someone from the back of the room so that's better than nothing. The lady however did an amazing job. I love my nails. They prefer CASH tips so make sure to bring cash. This would have been good to know before so that I could have been more prepared but I am glad I found this place. Definitely going again! :) read more

Gave this place 3 tries! Would not recommend! Went there for a fill and pedicure and this is what I got: paid extra for pedicure did not get the services I paid for. I had a broken nail that I glued back on until I could get a fill. They didn't replace the broken nail only did a fill over it. Got gel polish and it started peeling off the next day. The polish I chose for my pedicure ended up being thick from usage, but they used it anyway and my bill was $70. I had to go to another shop the next day to fix! read more

Honestly, I'm very unsatisfied with my service. I got my gel nail polish soaked off and they hurt my nails forcing/scraping the polish off with the instrument. He was very aggressive and unfriendly. My nails look terrible so thin and fragile!! Also I was overcharged for my procedure! $17 for gel soak off and cuticle trim. Please do not waste your time or money! No wonder they do not have customers. I do not recommend this place. read more

Went there for the first time. People were very friendly. Place was clean. Pedicure was very good. Why the one star? This place is perfect if you are homophobic or intolerant to others of a sexual nature other than yours. Unfortunately I witnessed one of the male techs making fun of another male employee who clearly was not of the same sexual orientation. This tech was actually engaging in the ridicule with a customer. I find this behavior extremely abhorrent and will not visit this establishment again. Which is too bad because the pedicure was quite good. read more

I was also surprised by the $2 sanitation fee. It's not the amount that bothers me it's the principle. Maintaining clean, sanitized tools and equipment should be a standard part of doing business, not an extra charge passed on to customers. To me, that's simply part of the service I'm already paying for. The quality of the pedicure was great, but the wait and additional fee left me with mixed feelings about the experience. I don't believe I will be back.

I will say though, my assigned nail technician, Cindy, was very lovely and unproblematic. Unlike the other workers, they would try to pressure you and upsale to get services that you never intended to get. Plus, I had a feeling the lady that ran the front desk, her name is Kim, I believe, she made it clear that she disliked me every time I came by for an appointment. Mind you, I came with decency and kindness, because that's how I naturally am as a person, but something told me that she does not really like Black people or people of color; so definitely didn't feel welcomed. Ever since I had the last encounter, last summer, I have not been back. I would definitely think twice about going there, especially considering if you don't feel like being annoyed or antagonized by the employees.

The new owner of this shop is someone that I have followed for almost 3 years. I tried the acrylic nails and gel and nothing ever lasted on my nails. I was at the point that I just resolved myself that it wasn't worth wasting the money and then I met Ann. She convinced me to use the gel on my nails and assured me that she knew how to help. I was skeptical because isn't this what you hear at every salon? I was impressed, not only did it look great but it lasted over two weeks. Gel polish would last maybe 1 week from other salons or other techs and then peel off, but not this time. I started going in and asking for Ann or Kyle and I would get great results time after time. I have been seeing them every two weeks for almost 3 years. I have followed them to different salons and now I can settle in because Ann is now the owner. I'm so happy for her and I truly feel like they have become part of my family. I now take my mom with me and have recommended them to everyone I know. I know that Ann now runs her shop with the same quality that she provides to all her customers so I am certain that you will have an excellent experience no matter who helps you. I have never been to salon where the folks truly care about your experience but I can assure you that Ann and her crew will take great care in providing excellent customer care and they are interested in your thoughts. I've been to dozens and dozens of nail salons over the 30 years I've been getting my nails done. Then, because I hadn't found that end all and be all in any one particular salon, I decided to go to the salon at Higley and Baseline near Safeway since my daughters' friend had gone there and I thought her nails were pretty. WOW...was I taken aback!!! I was greeted by a salon full of workers with smiles on their faces that all looked up as I walked through the door. I was immediately asked how I could be helped. What a refreshing and surprising change from what I'd experienced in the past. While Anh, one of the new owners of salon, did my nails she and I carried on a lengthy conversation. (She even offered me a bottle of water). I could go on and on, but the bonus to it all was that she did a beautiful job on my nails. Why did it take 30 years to find a salon where I could go for a great experience and leave with beautiful nails at the same time. Do I recommend L'Mour? ABSOLUTELY!!!! read more

Been coming here almost 3 years now and I won't go anywhere else. Anh is the only one I'll go to!! She always takes care of me and makes sure my nails look PERFECT!!! She takes her time and has amazing conversations with me. She always perfects my nails and makes sure they're perfect and even. Amazing customer service at this salon as well. I know almost everyone there and they always are very friendly to me and catch up with me. They are all good hearted people and I always leave in a better mood!!!! Go see ANH! You won't regret it. My nails would NEVER grow but ever since I went to Anh, my Nails have gotten as long as they are in the photo and people never believe they are my real nails. read more

I was recently in desperate need of help with my nails. I decided to stop by L'Mour because a few of my close girlfriends recommended them. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the nails techs friendly faces. Anh helped me with decide what to do with my nails, she recommended the pink and white full set. She was very detailed and gentle. I was very satisfied by my experience and also the ambiance of the shop. Anh also waxed my eyebrows and my lip. I was extremely satisfied by the waxing (the last person who waxed my brows did not do me any justice). I have been recommending my friends and family to go to L'Mour and I plan on continuing! They just got under new management and it was quite literally the best pedicure I've ever gotten. The pedicure was heavenly (pick the middle organic option....completely worth the extra money) and then the massage chairs were the icing on the cake. The most relaxing thing I've done in a long time. Plus, the beauticians (?) did such a great job and were so sweet to chat with. They were happy to let my friend and I chat with each other or if we wanted to include them they were great. Not awkward at all! I will definitely be going back! read more

I was by the area and in desperate need to get my nails done, and didnt want to drive to the salon nail i normally go to which made me a little nervous to try a new nail salon. As soon as i walked in to this nail salon i was greeted, and everyone was very nice! They made me feel so comfortable. I got a full set with gel, and the gel just looked absolutely perfect and well done!!! My friend recently told me about this place and her nails came out amazing. I made an appointment an hour before and upon arriving only waited about 5 minutes... Went here once before back for my friends wedding and all the bridesmaids wanted their nails done. It was perfect, fast, nails came out nice and clean. Very friendly. Came here once again yesterday afternoon. Same service, quick, friendly, the guy who did my nails seemed that he enjoyed having us. That's always the best feeling. Did a phenomenal job. I absolutely love this nail salon! I can bring in photos and they will do whatever you ask to perfection! The new owners have updated the place and it's even nicer than before! They take their time and I never feel like I'm not getting the attention I'm paying for even when they are busy. They are also always updating their gel and regular polish colors. This place was cute. There are different pedicures you can get. I love the Organic pedicure, they have two awesome sugar scrubs to choose from, all of which smell great. I will be a regular here, I would suggest an appointment, but I walked in the first time and only waited for a few minutes! I came here to visit my friend. She took me to this Nail salon to get a pedicure and nails done. Anh give me the best pedicure. She took her time message and it was really good. The pedicure is awsome, with organic stuff, we can pick different flavor. I love the hydrating mask wrap and therapeutic massage with herbal oil and butter cream and hot stone, so relaxing. Good place to come to enjoy a pedicure. read more
