Christian louie karrie jason are amazing! Huge fan of the pelissa family & ghost block wines! Dont sleep on this winery, family owned! Outstanding cabs, rosè syrah and zinfandel! Right next to super high end wineries without the big price tag. Down to earth. Super friendly staff. Great ambience!

Very good tasting. Great service. Would have joined wine club but it's not the best deal I can get. I can buy their wine cheaper at AJ's 25% sales.

Cecilia was amazing today. Not only was she so welcoming, she made us feel like family. We had the best time here and we will for sure be back! Cannot wait for our next trip!

Their recently renovated tasting room is invitingly intimate, bright, modern & eclectic. It shows its roots in style. From the significance of the blue barn doors, to the popping water bottles and mysteriously jumping mini pumpkins, and the friendly staff, this was definitely a memorable experience! Thanks to Louis, who was our host, we not only tasted wine, we had it with a side of Yountville history. I just had to ask the significance of the name. The Ghost Block name was inspired by the Ghost Block Single Vineyard which overlooks the 165 year old George C. Yount Pioneer Cemetery at the north end of Yountville. Make an appointment online or give them a ring, ask for Louis.

Really nice tasting room and area outside in the back to accommodate our group. We had our lunch and picnic back there with a wine tasting and it was beautiful. Loved the gardens and the wine was delicious too.

First time in Oakville, and visited Ghost Block Winery! Harry was our host and he provided my family and I with such an intimate and educational experience! He explained each wine in an understandable way, with both passion and humor! The best customer service I've ever experienced at a winery. We were able to try a variety of wines, and they all tasted delicious. My favorite was their Zinfandel (tannin, but still an easy sip from the sweetness of the grapes). If I'm ever back in the area, I'll definitely have to pay a visit again!

Our tour guide, Oscar, was super knowledgable and gave us a lot of good information not only on the wine, but the differences between French and American Oak, as well as the toasting process, how it imparts flavors into the wine, and how to read the different stamps on the oak casks. It's a beautiful grounds and a great tour, and would highly recommend, specially since it comes with a snack at the end. We were able to do half and half pepperoni and mushroom pizza, and the tots were crispy, crunchy and hot. Easy check-in with a welcome drink and friendly service once seated. Even in the rain, the outdoor patio with warmers was beautiful and very comfortable.

I am a white wine connoisseur because of my dietary restrictions with most ingredients in red wines, especially cherries and plum, that trigger my stomach pain and headaches. I have missed enjoying red wine because of this. I was hoping and praying that when my friends who are members of PEJU planned this wine tasting treat, that my stomach and head would be fine and to my surprise, my palate, tongue, stomach and heart were pleased with the Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Fifty/Fifty, and more, including reserve reds Todd served and educated us about! I have NEVER enjoyed red wines like these I tasted at PEJU. Since the time of our outstanding wine tasting experience, I have recommended and raved about Todd and PEJU winery to friends and family who appreciate and value high quality wines and winery experiences. It felt like a vacation getaway being in the tasting room building, admiring the breathtaking stained glass art, all of the art inside and the beautiful art and nature views outside. I appreciate the PEJU staff and management team who welcomed us and were kind to us all the way to the end of our wine tasting experience when we left. This is the kind of treatment that makes us want to return. Napa is a special place for friends, family, and me, and PEJU is now an indelible memory in my Napa adventures! Todd clearly enjoys his important professional position, is passionate about wine and the wine experience, and brings so much joy to customers! I can't recommend him and PEJU enough! Todd went above and beyond to give us a VIP experience and even gave me a bag full of wine corks for my art project after I told him about this and asked for some of their wine corks we saw lined up in their wine uncorking and pouring area. Thank you, Todd!

The grounds are gorgeous inside and out, and I really enjoyed the stained glass, large open windows, and the statues and the koi pond area outside. The service was extraordinary, and I had a great time learning a bit about the different wines PEJU offers from Joseph. I tried quite a few different wines, and really liked how there are a few unique offerings here that you can't find elsewhere - I ended up getting a bottle of their Province, the Farm, and their late harvest orange muscat. PEJU is also one of the few wineries with a permit to serve food. If I had known ahead of time, I would've planned to eat here! The rilettes were super tempting, but Joseph advised that if I was planning to eat a meal afterward to stick to the chips and dip - this ended up being quite a generous portion as well, and I really enjoyed the goat cheese truffle dip alongside the wine tasting :) Overall, PEJU is definitely a beautiful winery to visit with excellent service, and I'll definitely be back!

I came here with a large group of ladies and we really enjoyed ourselves. Antoine was our host and we had so much fun with him! He kept us on our toes during our entire tasting. He made us laugh, told us interesting stories, and also explained each wine that we were tasting. I wouldn't say that our group was rowdy.... but we were drankin'. And you know what happens when the gals be drinkin'! Mm hmm... we got a bit excited and little loud. However, Antoine handled our large party well and we so appreciated him for it. Speaking of rowdy; this is definitely a tasting room with a youthful glow. There aren't crazy drunks and it's not super loud, but it seems like this is where the larger groups like to hang out and truly have a kick back time. It's just fun! It's a fun time. Their patio is all the rave. There were several other large parties tasting out on the patio as well that day. Their indoor tasting room is really cute. There's a smallish tasting bar inside, but the patio area is nestled amongst their lovely vineyards. The photo opportunities are endless, and Antoine was nice enough to snap some photos of us during our visit. When it comes to the wines, I definitely enjoyed their white wines more than their reds. I loved their Gewurtztraminer and their Sauvignon Blanc was tasty too. The red wines that we tasted were just okay. Even their $150 Cab Sauv tasted a bit young, but just my personal opinion. My group and I really had a blast tasting here. I will definitely come back for a future tasting when I'm back in Yountville.
