Before moving forward, I decided to get a second opinion through Costco's Auto Repair Program, which led me to LBR. From my very first phone call, I was impressed. They answered right away, were friendly, and made it easy to get my car in the very same day. Josh and Ken were both fantastic to work with--professional, honest, and genuinely interested in helping rather than selling unnecessary repairs. They performed a thorough inspection and, to my surprise, told me that no repairs were needed at this time. Even more impressive, they didn't charge me for the diagnostic inspection. Finding an auto repair shop you can truly trust is rare, and LBR has absolutely earned my confidence. I'll be bringing my Lexus RX 350 here for all of my future service. Thank you, Josh, Ken, and the entire LBR team for your honesty and exceptional customer service!

They were able to fit me in the very same day and even provided a specific appointment time. Since the repair, my tire pressure warning light has not come back on. The staff provided excellent customer service and had great bedside manners throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was their honesty and integrity. Before visiting Tru-Line, another business told me the issue wasn't the tire and claimed I needed to replace the tire pressure sensor instead. I'm glad I trusted my intuition and got a second opinion. Tru-Line correctly identified the problem, repaired the tire, and saved me from an unnecessary sensor replacement. Highly recommend TruLine for their professionalism, integrity, and outstanding customer service.

I usually call and make an appointment and am able to be scheduled on a day and time that works best for me, which is always nice. The oil change usually takes an hour, and I recommend bring a check or cash for payment as there is a 3% credit card charge.
