Keith and Jeff are VERY trustworthy. I bring my Audi SQ5 there, my company Ford van, as well as several of my employees bring their vehicles there for repairs and general maintenance. On top of that, they're just really nice guys. Auto repairs are expensive, and at 61 years of age, I've needed them a lot over the years. Brought my vehicle in the week of 3/24/25, to get the brake pads changed. AutoMedics changed the front 2 brake pads and charged $570. After picking my car up, a slight scraping noise continued. I took it as it is, I had trust they did the job right. Simultaneously, my partner told me her brakes were squeaking (she had gotten hers changed a month prior at another automotive care). I recommended AutoMedics because they got the job done the same day. The week of 3/31/25, she brought in her vehicle and AutoMedics charged $100 to throw lube on her brake pads. The squeaking stopped, but no she's experiencing problems with her backing plate. I believe that is 1 too many coincidences. DO NOT COME HERE. Practices are unethical. I believe they're the type of shop to fix your problem but plant another to keep you coming back. Avoid AutoMedics at all costs. Shame on Jeff and Keith, the owners. read more

What an awful experience! From not being able to fix what they said they could, to the dirt and grease on the interior of my car, to overfilling my oil. To be fair, they gave me my money back. That doesn't make up for having to have my interior cleaned and taking car to another shop to have repaired. Took about 3 min for other shop to fix the prob, and at no charge. read more

I initially took my car to another large corporate auto shop prior to coming here and was given a high priced quote for all the repairs needed. So after shopping around, a friend recommended this shop. I'm so grateful for the recommendation and now I know why. Based on the excellent reviews and experience with electrical issues, we brought our old utility vehicle, a 1994 Town & Country to Automedics. They fixed two minor electrical problems at a reasonable cost. They discovered that replacement license plate lamp fixtures were no longer available, so they adapted one from a Chrysler model of similar age. Several months later both the fixed lights failed again. The license plate lamp just needed a bulb replacement, but the fog light needed a new wire strung. Again costs were reasonable. While the van was in their shop, the radiator failed catastrophically, spewing coolant all over their service bay. They replaced the radiator at a reasonable cost. When we got the van back, the oil pressure sensor, which had been intermittent, died completely. Again Automedics replaced it at a very reasonable cost. We are very happy that Automedics was able to repair minor problems on our old van at a cost that allows us to continue to use it as a reliable spare vehicle. read more

I would probably look elsewhere...So far it looks like the work they performed was adequate but the service was not the best. When I showed up to have it diagnosed Keith accidentally broke my side mirror. I'm not exaggerating. They told me they would fix it for free like they were doing me some kind of favor. Ok... I wasn't too worried about it, they were apologetic and promised to take care of it, free of charge. I drop it off in the morning at 8 a.m. to have it fixed. They tell me it will be done by the end of the day. I find out at 3:30 that they have to keep it until the next day (due to an ordering error on their part) and a rental car will be an extra $30. I get the rental car and show up the next day to pay. It's now $900 instead of the originally quoted $700, with no phone call informing me of this! I asked about having them pay for the rental and Keith told me no. That he fixed my side mirror! Seriously? The one that you broke? I asked if he thought this was good business, and he replied: "yes". That was all I needed to know. I was by no means an irate customer and I kept my cool the entire time. Everything typed here is no fabrication, feel free to contact me if you have questions. The owners seemed like great guys and great mechanics, i just don't think they understand the service side of things very well, just my opinion. Not many auto repair places have the skills or are willing to tackle electrical problems. I found that both partners in Automedics, Keith and Jeff, are trained in electrical problem diagnosis and repair, and decided to give them a try. My 27 year old van had two problems that might have been related because they were protected by the same fuse. Keith diagnosed it, and found the problems were unrelated. He had both problems fixed and the car back in our hands the next day, and for a very reasonable cost. They were courteous and professional throughout the process. This place has been phenomenal each time we have been. A great example was that recently the AC had gone out in our case and we had taken it to a Goodyear that quoted us a couple of grand to fix because they no longer made the parts for it. We took it to Keith and he was able to work his magic to fix the issue and needless to say we did not have to pay for the unnecessary quote from the shop before. Keith is very quick and diligent to diagnose any issues and you can tell that he truly is looking to do what is in the best interest of the customer. The best place you can take your car for services on the Eastside. Jeff and Keith provide exemplary service and they really care about the work they provide and the customer. For example I took my daughters volkswagon to a place in Issaquah and after diagnostics they wrote up a list with well over $1500.00 in repairs. I decided we needed a second opinion and took the car to Automedics and after diagnostics they stated nothing was wrong. My out of pocket was $115.00!! This was my first time using AutoMedics. I thought my car needed brakes and they were running a special so I brought my Nissan in for a break job. When I arrived Keith, the owner, came out to greet me. (Ok, how cool is that!) He spent time getting to know me and the particulars of my car. About an hour later I got a call from Keith letting me know that the breaks were fine. The prior owner had used a cheap brand of brake pads and then tend to squeak from time to time. They did a complete inspection and gave me a list of things that I should take care of and about how long I had until these items got serious. Worst company to have fix your car. The owner is extremely rude and talks down to you like your an idiot. They are over priced on fixing your vehicle. Most of all if something goes wrong on your vehicle that they fixed. They don't stand behind the work they do!!! I Would never take my vehicle there every again!!! I wouldn't use them!!!
