My daughter had her soccer team party here and they had a great time. My son and his friends have gone several times, but on the last occasion, someone stole his iphone from the area where you store shoes and clothes. Get Air has security cameras all over the place, except in this area apparently. Very disappointed. read more

TERRIBLE experience!!! Would not honor Local Flavor coupons, although there were NO exclusion dates, not listed on the website they require a special sock, only socks. Charge $3 extra for socks we had at home and would have brought if easily seen on the website. Unprofessional teens running the floor and front desk, large adults being allowed to jump and knock over small kids. Unclean, overall a terrible experience, I called customer service to tell them of our experiences and they denied responsibility, blaming Local Flavor for not writing what they told them to. Over crowded, understaffed, unprofessional. There are many other tramp parks in San Diego, AVOID Get Air Poway if you value your child's safety and also a company that values customers and transparency. read more

The crew working to enforce the rules and keep everyone safe are either too afraid to say anything or are hanging out with their friends. Today there are a group of 7 teenagers having a wrestling match in the middle of the trampolines and the kid working is staring at the ceiling. All he had to do is blow his whistle or act as if he's the least bit concerned. No rules and no safety. read more

Just left and unfortunely won't be coming back. This place is so unorganized. We waited 25 minutes in the long line with only one register operator working. Finally got to the front only to be pointed to an ipad station to fill out a waiver then to wait back in line for 10 more minutes. We got blue wrist bands and went in after ten minutes they say "all blue wrist bands please exit your time is up" ugh we paid for an hour so we exit and tell them and get new wrist bands. So I'm jumping with my 5 year old and they blow the whistle at us ever 5 minutes for the silliest of things. "You can't hold hands and jump" dude my kid is 5.... it's just crowded and understaffed and they enforce the silliest rules. There's too many other parks to chose from to come back here read more

This place is amazing. They two trampolines that lead to a foam pit, a jungle gym course over a foam pit, basketball hoop, dodgeball area, massage chairs, massive area with trampolines, a couple long strip trampolines (around forty feet long and ten feet wide), and a small kid area. They have speakers that are built underneath the trampoline, which is great when you're playing and feel the music. The staff is absolutely amazing (special shout out to Bre). read more

We had our daughter's party at the Poway location yesterday, and all the kids had a great time. Just have to add how awesome Evan was as our host! He was very busy with other customers, but he stayed on track and was patient with everyone. The perfect place to take your kids to tire them out! A bit pricey, but very fun for the kids. The trampoline park is pretty clean, but the women's restroom needs some attending to. The parking lot is very tiny & tight. Overall, the trampoline park is very nice & my kids really enjoy it. They even have a section for younger infants, which my daughter really enjoys. They have a little obstacle course, and even foam pits for the kids to do tricks and land in safely. They have dodgeball games which are really funny to watch the kids play. You can even have birthday parties here, where you can get a room for your family/friends. I highly suggest filling out the waiver online before you arrive because it is a bit time consuming especially if you come in a big group like we did. I enjoyed coming here for the first time! I will definitely be coming back soon. read more

Such a fun place to come with friends and it's always and Theo is the best worker here such a nice guy!!

This place does not deserve its lower rating. Let me say that it is primarily for older kids. Most of the bad ratings were from parents of little kids. I took 8 eleven year olds for a birthday party last weekend and they had a great time. read more

So disappointed that they would not take my groupon. When I bought it I looked for blackout dates and could not find any during the kids February break from school or I would not have purchased it. When I printed it, the week was blacked out. Many disappointed parents and children. Bad for business if you ask me. I won't be back. read more

We just had my kids' joint birthday party there. It was horrible. Staff was completely disorganized. We had to get our own metal carts and label them for guests to put birthday presents on; none of this was waiting for us when we arrived. Check-in was complicated. The worst part of it was that we paid extra money to have a private banquet room since we had a large party. They made a big deal about charging us extra for this room when I booked the party. We loaded all of our party stuff in that room; food, drinks, etc., while the kids jumped. I went up to the room at least 3 times to get water bottles to bring down to the kids while they were jumping. The 3rd time I went in there, there was a party of 25-30 people, complete strangers in our party room. I looked around really confused because I didn't think another party (especially one that small, that could have easily fit in one of their standard-sized party rooms) was supposed to be in the room before my party. These people were eating ALL OF OUR FOOD. I bought multiple fruit bowls, a veggie platter, apple slices, liters of soda, bottled water, juice boxes, etc. from Costco a couple of days before the party. This red neck, hill billy group decided to help themselves to all of our food. By the time I caught them, they had eaten half of it! When I asked them what the heck was going on, they said that a Get Air employee put them in that room; our private banquet room that I paid extra $$ for. I was beside myself. Staff came up to me and told me that the dad from the other party "offered to pay us for the food they ate." How about driving to Costco and buying us more food for my party! And how about Get Air reimbursing me for the money I spent on that banquet room??? My husband spent the rest of the party arguing with management about compensating us. Then he spent more time arguing on the phone with the owner of the facility. Gee, it would have been nice for us to enjoy our kids' party! Then when it came time for us to use our private room, for the 30 minutes allotted to us, this group was STILL in our room. They were in there for over an hour; Get Air staff didn't bother to clear them out or pick up trash or wipe down any tables. I had 80 guests hanging outside our party room, waiting for this group to leave, cutting into our 30 minutes. The room was trashed and filthy; literally. They are clueless at Get Air. Poor management, poor staff. They don't care about creating a nice party environment for their guests; they are just interested in nickel and diming you for every little thing. $3 for socks per guest is ridiculous. Other places like Pump It Up, just across the street know how to throw parties and treat their guests. I will never have a party here again. I don't think that they even cared that our party was ruined. HORRIBLE experience. RUN; do not go here. read more

I've heard about this place for a while and finally decided to check it out. Came here with my 7 and 8 year olds the other day and will not be coming back. It's a bit pricey for one hour, but $15 is approximately comparable to other trampoline parks. However, it gets super pricey for more time. It's $20 for 1.5hrs, $25 for 2 hours. We were told over the phone that we had to buy their $2.75 socks, so we did. Then as we were jumping, I noticed that half of the customers there were either wearing their own socks or none at all. Total rip off. There were evidently no staff members on duty other than the two people at front desk. Nobody at all watching the kids and making sure everyone was following the rules. So the apparent consensus among most of the kids and adults was that there were no rules at all. Upon stepping onto the platform, we noticed a smell that was unpleasant and seemed to get stronger the longer we were there. The smell was, of course, an exotic blend of dirty feet, sweat, and maybe a hint of febreeze. The trampolines were bouncy, but I learned the hard way that it was extremely painful to land or step on the pads separating the trampolines. The dodgeball court is tiny compared to other trampoline parks. I also felt it was very unsafe, given that there was nobody watching or refereeing the games. The foam pit is disgusting. The smell I mentioned earlier is most strongly concentrated in this area. Although they do have a slack line and a couple other cool things to do in this area, I refused because of the disgusting condition it was in, and the absence of an employee to at least attempt to prevent kids from jumping on top of each other. The basketball hoop was a total disappointment because it's very high up and the trampoline is on an incline, making it incredibly dangerous to even attempt to dunk on. Now for the review on the food...there is none! That's right: no snack bar, no pizza, no nachos, nothing! Of course, I already knew this before coming in because the person on the phone had to put me on hold to "check" when I asked if they served food. The only drinks they have are from the various vending machines in the building. The only thing I found moderately appealing about this place (hence 2 stars instead of just 1) is the little raised platforms to jump onto and off of in the middle of their trampoline court. Overall, terrible experience and we will never return. read more

I went to get air today at 430pm. My wife and I brought our 4 year old autistic daughter to meet her therapist there. This was. The second time going there. Th He re computers were down so we had to use the atm to get cash. After paying the 3 dollar fee and paying for us to jump and socks; we were told that she had to stay in the tiny little kid area. This was a huge change from the last time we were there. My daughter is non verbal and immediately became very upset. When we asked she couldn't jump in the rest of the place, we were told their insurance changed and it didn't cover her. The funny thing was that there was only one older kid jumping. Even though it was dead by they wouldn't budge. I got my money back minus sock fee and atm fee. I cant believe they didnt tell us before we paid or when my wife called the day before. We live in normal heights. It took 40 minutes to drive there and almost 2 hours to get home due to an accident on the i15 close to the i8. The whole experience was so frustrating. I will say the staff tried to be nice and I didnt lose my temper with them but sadly I will never return. we will be going to sky zone in chula vista from now on. My wife had a good experience there recently. We only went to get air because our therapist's company Aces uses that place. I will be writing them to complain next. Dont bring any kids under 46 inches there, especialy after 4. read more

Heres the realest review yet. Dont go here to this location. The two front desk boys are rude and not welcoming at all. After almost over 20 mins trying to sign the agreement on the outdated ipads the two front desk boys were just on their phone recording videos on their phone. I had to ask for help just to complete the agreement. After completing that finally, one man that works here his name is Casey is definitely not doing his job and was just talking inappropriately with a looked to be underaged girl the whole time. He is supposed to be supervising the kids and wasn't. I sat there watching him not even catch these boys climbing on a rock climbing wall on top where it is not foamed or protected. He didn't notice at all. All of his attention is still with the looked to be underage girl. He definitely does not look like he takes his job seriously or does he looks like he cares what the kids do or if they injure themselves. Overall, this place is pretty unprofessional and I definitely would not recommend dropping your kid off here expecting them to be supervised and in good hands. TWO THUMBS DOWN!! read more

What a fun place!!! I take my kids there every couple of months. It's really great because they have a toddler time M-F from 10-12. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because my kids are in preschool and that time doesn't work for me unless I take them out of school. And the biggest bummer is the toddler time doesn't happen during holidays or when school is not in session. Wish they just kept that time for the little ones. Other than that, it's a great way to tire out kids with a lot of energy. read more

Worst place ever! My niece had a group of friends here! What a miserable place. Overcrowded, smelly, dirty, rundown. Staff is awful. Food was horrible and cold. Overpriced. So not worth it! Take my advice.. go elsewhere! read more

Super fun place to take active kids. if you want to jump with your kids, go during the day on a weekday and pay for the large area since grown-ups aren't allowed to jump in the kid area. it's more expensive but more fun. There is a lot more to do in the large area- basketball, dodgeball, slides, foam pits, balance rope and of course tons of trampolines. My son was in heaven. The staff were friendly. This place is also a great non traditional workout- especially the foam pits. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because it is pricey for the big room. 1 hour in the big room for me and my 4 year old was $30. The place was not crowded in the middle of the week so it would be a great idea to offer a special weekday price- at least for young children... I will say that it did seem like they gave us longer than an hour. I didn't look at the clock but it sure felt like a long time. I've seen offers for similar places on daily deal websites so I will keep an eye out for the future. It's been 2 weeks and my son keeps talking about how much fun he had. We will definitely be back. read more

My son just celebrated his 10th birthday here today. He and his friends had a blast! We had the basic birthday party package with food/beverage. Pizzas are available through their preferred vendor (Pizza Hut) and sodas/juice through GetAir. Our host, Ryan and the party team were attentive to our needs and requests. Even got a tip from the staff to check out the magazines at the entrance for coupons and was able to save an extra $50 off the party package price. Thanks, Christian! Happy kids, happy mom, and overall a very happy birthday experience! read more

We just had my daughter's (Madison) 3rd bday here and booked the banquet room. We really liked that we had the flexibility of having guests lounge at the room and kids go wild at the trampoline park. Today was a crazy busy Saturday with multiple parties, packed parking lots, and up beat trampoline park. The staff were very helpful and made sure everything was going well. Our daughter had a blast at this venue it was very lively! Even though we were very happy with accommodations I do have a single suggestion. Its to find a check-in process that is efficient and a website or server that has no delays in processing waivers. It looked like 60+ people standing at the front desk area waiting in a very long line, and I did have a few guests complain about this 15min process. Again thanks to the staff for making things go smooth Deb, Amanda, Christian, Miles, and everyone else. Good job! And also allowing Maddie additional jump time after her time-slot...meaning being lenient and not so strict about your services! read more

This place is a great place to take your kids to get a break from the sun and still get their energy out. I have two boys and they love it here! The staff is young and friendly and they connect with the kids. There are trampolines everywhere, yet plenty of spaces for parents on onlookers to sit. There is a dodgeball station (my kids' favorite place), foam pits and a balance ladder station. I wish they had more staff stationed at the ladder station and foam pits and that they regulated the dodgeball area a little more, but other than that, it's a fun time! read more

I took my two year old twin girls here today for a play date with two friends. We went during the week day mommy/daddy and me time (10-12). So we received the special $6/person and the girls were able to jump anywhere in the park. There were a lot of people but the trampoline park is quite big so we just moved around. There always seemed to be an open space. I liked that I could jump with the girls so I could teach them how to climb the ramps and slide down. At one point a bigger kid (maybe about age five) was jumping really close to my girls and being a little rough. I kept looking for his mom/dad but I didn't see anyone nearby. I kept reminding the boy to be gentle and back up a little. The manager happened to be walking by and she came over and showed the boy how far to stand away from someone younger than himself. She made a comment that the kids are learning while they play. I really felt like she took an interest in keeping everyone safe while understanding these are children who are still learning. My girls jumped for an hour and were thoroughly exhausted. I will definitely be back for another mommy and me session. read more

This place was extremely upsetting. All websites state that "Get Air" closes at 10pm. However upon arrival at 9pm we were turned away by a rude cashier saying we close at 9. So clearly we didn't get any air. Disappointed in the customer service and unreliability of get air as an establishment. Mmmmmmmmhmmmmmmmmmmmm. read more

My son and I have been coming here for the last 3 years for toddler time on Tuesday's and Thursday's. It's close to our home and he always has a blast. Well today something happened that really really made me upset and now has me willing to just stop coming to this get air altogether and just make the drive over to sky zone. Toddler time is from 10 -12 which is great. Sometimes the referees are strict with the rules but I have always been willing to live with it because I know it's for the safety of the little ones. Well today we arrived at 11:15. I knew we would have 45 minutes on the big jumpers side before we would have to move into the toddler area. Also totally understandable, in fact, for the last 3 years that's just what we've done. At 12:00 the little jumpers are prompted to move into the toddler area so that the bigger kids may begin their jump time. So just like always we promptly got off the big floor and moved into the gated off section. Next thing I know, one of the referees begins singling out parents and their little ones in the toddler area telling them that they need to leave and their time is up! At first I assumed she meant our time was up on the big jumper side so I told her oh yes yes I know that's why we're just staying over here now. She proceeded to say that no we needed to go. I told her in all my 3 years coming here we've never been told to leave the toddler area come 12 o clock, in fact it's been quite the opposite. We've been told that time time was now 12:00 and could all little jumpers please move into the gated off area. She told me that I could take it up with the front desk if I had a problem. I told her we haven't even been here for an hour! All the while our poor little ones are confused and saying why do we have to go? We are being made to leave and we've never been made to leave like this. So if this is how get air Poway wants to treat its long time customers then unfortunately I will have to stop coming here read more

Purchased groupon special and took my younger siblings ages 8 and 10. They had a blast and got a great work out in. They also have a section for little ones which is nice because older kids can get pretty wild. I went on a Monday and it wasn't very busy but enough kids to play around and make new friends! We will definitely return! read more

Ridiculously overpriced! There are plenty of things to do in San Diego that don't cost $50 (2 8-year olds) for one hour!

Kids are expensive. So it's nice when you hear about a good deal. But that makes it more disappointing when it's taken away. That's the case with Get Air's school break policy of pulling their 2 for 1 deal. They take advantage of higher demand to sock to us when we need them the most. Not nice. I'm sure they have their "reasons" but to me, any excuse you use "works". read more

My kids had fun. However, lots of rules concerning safety. I understand a lot of rules, but if they were so concerned with safety they would have more than one staff member watching 25+ kids in the main room. Bring water and snacks because the ones they stick are overpriced. There are chairs and messaging chairs for the non jumpers/parents to sit. Slightly over priced compared to other trampoline places. read more

We went the other day. Super packed, multiple kids on each trampoline. Kids running into each other. The monkey bar rope area had kids falling onto kids in the foam pit. There were TWO people working the room, walking around and basically doing nothing. I would NEVER bring my children to a place this crowded again. They should have said: We've reached capacity and that would have been more impressive. Safety first? Um, NO. Clearly not. read more

A very fun place that does a great birthday party. Very clean and a nice staff.

The owners, managers, and staff lack customer service skills. They are unfriendly and not helpful. Your items are not safe here. They have open cubes to leave your bags. Etc. No safety at all. My son went there after school and his backpack was stolen from the cube in front of staff. This is the second time his stuff were stollen. Never go there if you have anything beside your inexpensive shoes. They know what the problem is and do nothing to fix it. A locking locker, etc. I will not do business with this place until they fix their safety and management problems. read more

No safety measures whatsoever. The "referees" who are supposed to be monitoring the children are children themselves. I went to attend a birthday party and was there for two hours. I did not ONCE see an adult who was in charge. It looked like teenagers were running the place. They let the other teenage patrons run and jump with no regards to the elementary age kids who were also running and jumping. Completely unsafe. What looked like to be a 13-year old boy flipped off the top of the climbing wall, didn't even to bother to look to see if anyone was at the bottom, despite the long line of children not 10 feet away, and landed on my 9-year daughter's back as she was trying to crawl out of the way. Praise the Lord she wasn't paralyzed or seriously injured. Did any of the "referees" see or do anything? Of course not. For your children's safety, and their lack thereof, do not go here. read more
