The staff is always friendly and helpful, they have quite a few washing machines though there are a few broken ones and at least one that can't get hot water but works otherwise. The whole back wall is dryers which seems like plenty and would be if it were not for inconsiderate people. Most days I have gone managed to be a weekday so no bad. This last visit was on a Sunday afternoon and it was packed. Barely found a parking spot, but my big issue was the dryers. So many had clothes sitting in them, the cycle done but no one taking care of it. Not a great look when it is not busy but when it is so busy there are no open ones do better. I wish the laundromat had some kind of rule or did something if it is sitting there too long, at least when it is this busy. But otherwise it was fine. None of the TV's have ever been on, though that is one of the selling points on the wall. The first visit back in 2019 had one of them going. Since then not at all. They do sell cans of soda, water, and chips if you are going to be there for a while.

I come here frequently because of their big machines but now some of the same machines week after week have the same issue with no hot water or only can run on the light cycle. The customer service has not changed, it is still top notch. Bottom line, weekends are messy. I'll try to stick to during the week and that might help.

The machines, the clean space and the ample folding stations sell themselves...you couldn't convince me that there is a better laundromat in Austin!

Just don't come hungry, because the vending machines are way way WAY overpriced. Like predatory levels of overpriced on some items, several dollars for a tiny bag of chips that would cost $0.50-$1.50 at a grocery store or convenience store is sold for up to $5.00 sometimes. Not sure if this if the owner's doing or if they are renting that space to a vending vendor, but it's really off-putting in a world filled with shrinflation and ever-present corporate corruption.

Yes, the shop is a bit dumpy...but to me, that doesn't matter. Working as counter staff seems like maybe not the best job in tbe world, but the staff is friendly and helpful and most have been hete a long time. I'll continue to bring my business here.

I've only been able to get a cart not in use half the time. With a bad back and hip, transferring to either a low or high dryer bending so frequently from my own laundry basket, kills my back. Hopefully they get at least double the carts very soon. Been 2 months since they last said they were working on it.

Horrible business owner…read more I would give ZERO stars if I could. Brandon the owner is an unreasonable person and should not be in business with his attitude. I will admit that I have been satisfied with this dry cleaner for well over a decade until this week. I took pants in there to get laundered, I did not ask for a crease to be put into my pants yet it came back with one. I asked them to redo it without the crease. I came back again but the crease is still there and the owner, who said that the pants were made that way and there is nothing he can do. I told him I bought them without a crease- He still argued with me. When I asked him to reimburse me for a new pair he said no. I cannot believe how he can run a business like this and his customer is never right. I would highly suggest that you DO NOT do business with them knowing that if they destroy your clothing that it is not their fault and will not pay damages. I'm highly disappointed and will never speak highly of them again.

They must have read the reviews about mold in the washers because someone was going around and scrubbing each one with a cleaning solution. I was able to do three loads in a little over an hour.
