Overall it appears to be a pretty good spot to do your laundry. For the most part it's clean and welcoming. At times there are homeless people who are sleeping in this place.. Not what isn't good, is the change machine. Three times I have used that machine and all three times I was shorted change.. one example I put in $10.00 dollars and when I went to use the $9.75 washer I was short $1.50.. Another example I put eight 1.00 bills in, to use the $7.75 washer and I was still needing a $1.75. No one was there to address the concern, it was only a small amount but everyone don't have extra change to get shorted. Washers and dryers wash and dry efficiently, I can get my laundry done in about an hour. Only big problem is there are not enough carts to transfer from washer to dryer and I usually have at minimum 4 loads worth of clothes to transfer. There's only 4 for the whole store. I've only been able to get a cart not in use half the time. With a bad back and hip, transferring to either a low or high dryer bending so frequently from my own laundry basket, kills my back. Hopefully they get at least double the carts very soon. Been 2 months since they last said they were working on it. read more

Clean facilities right next to a tea shop if you get thirsty. I think the washers wash better than the broken washer in my apartment ever did. The App is the way to go for paying and getting a receipt to keep track of spending. The only thing I would say is don't like is the price. read more

So my dryer broke and I didn't have time to get it fixed same day. While my daughter was at volleyball practice I actually found this place from Yelp reviews and swung by to give them a try. This has to be the cleanest laundry mat I've ever been in. I had cash but was impressed that they had countless options such as card or pay in their app. I also had my youngest who was entertained by the cartoon selections on the tv. The cost to dry out clothes was affordable and didn't take much time. Will def give this place another try if I'm ever without a dryer and near by. read more

Dropped by for the First time today after my regular laundry was super busy. This facility is about 20 min away however from the pictures and reviews I gave it a try. After moving to north Austin last July I realized my laundry situation was not going to be very fun without an in-unit washer dryer and the fact that our laundry room for our apartment consisted of 2 washers and 2 dryers (that don't work very well) for the whole unit. I would try out new laundromats on my days off to find which one would be the cleanest, best value, and make me feel safe. They were all just sort of.. fine. Just very typical sort of run down which I expected. Let me be clear that clean laundry on Parmer is the best laundromat I've ever been to. It's so CLEAN, there's always machines available, and it just has a very nice presence inside. Most of all, the attendant here is the nicest man. EVERY TIME I come in, he greets me with "good morning! How are you?", followed later with a "see you next week, have a good day!"... i'm going to be honest: I really don't like doing laundry, especially on my days off. This man is the sole reason i'm able to enjoy going to do my laundry because I know wether i'm feeling terrible or wonderful, he will give me the most genuine greeting. I found this laundry mat by where my daughter works and after I dropped her off I decided to give them a try. I have to say it was a great experience. The place is super clean and the person attending the laundry mat Rufus was beyond helpful, informative, professional and even compassionate. I highly recommend this place. The free laundry bag and change purse gift I received for being new to the business was an unexpected delight. They also have an online app that allows you to pay for the laundry machines use entirely via the app. How cool is that!?!? Okay , I would have gave this place a five star, I've been here a couple time prior to this time. Usually when I came the last few times , there was a nice old guy working here. He was here to help when you need help but now he's not here, I am stuck because the owner decided to keep the restroom locked ... I understand why , because he doesn't want anyone to use it that's not using the laundromat. I am just very upset that I can't use the restroom . When you gotta go you gotta go.. and I can't go because the restroom is locked . When the nice old man was here , he would have had it open. Please keep your restroom open at least . The place is super clean! And super nice ! I would recommend it!! BUT don't come if you might have to do your business! read more

Horrible washing service and customer service. I dropped off my clothes for wash and fold. First, they are not set up for this service yet, but the guy there weighted my clothes by picking them up and said a price. Then he said I would have to pay cash. Fine, when I came back to pick the clothes up, he goes we do not keep change in the store. To top all of this, the clothes look like they are 10 years old. I don't know if he used bleach on EVERYTHING, but four pairs of BRAND NEW JEANS look older than any cloth I own. The place is new, so yeah, all washers and dryers are clean and all that. read more

The cleaning lady is EXTREMELY RUDE! She was cleaning and said we couldn't use the washers because... she was cleaning. It was 6pm, they close at 10pm - why would we not be able to wash our clothes?! Also of note, I went to the bathroom and I noticed someone else had thrown their paper towels on the floor because there's not a trash can in there, I took my paper towel out and threw it away in the trash cans out by the washing machines and the cleaning lady went in the bathroom and came out and yelled "who put their paper on the floor? That's a No-No..." of course that made everyone look at me since I was the last one out of there, but it def WAS NOT me. She needs better customer service skills and to not stare and give people ugly looks. If you don't like your job with the public, find another one. Oh the outside trash in the parking lot of this place is atrocious- garbage and litter EVERYWHERE. read more

I absolutely love this laundromat! It is one of the cleanest laundromats I have ever been to. There's plenty of carts, folding tables and paper towel dispensers throughout. Every time I go, everything is so simple and easy to use. I don't have to bring a credit card or any change due to the fact that you can download their app on your phone and pay for all your laundry needs through Google pay. Doing laundry has never been easier and more convenient. Also, they use soft water and I have noticed that their washers and dryers are considerably cheaper than other laundry mats that I have gone to in the area. I highly recommend this laundromat to anyone who has to go out to wash your clothes. read more

Nice and clean and cool. The layout of the washers,dyers and the folding tables is great. The table are place mostly way from the dryers so you can get to the dryers without being in other people way. The staff was nice and friendly and I got a l laundry bag that was put to use. I thought I could pay with just a credit card, so I was a little annoyed when I got there and found out my options were either plugging quarters (change machines are available) or downloading an app called Dexter Pay. But the app is actually pretty cool -- the washers and dryers are smart machines and the app displays the progress of your laundry load so you can leave and come back exactly when your machine finishes. The place is clean and has machines of many different sizes. I used two big washers to wash three sleeping bags, then threw them all into one dryer. The washes were $8.75 each and 36 minutes of tumble dry low cost me $1.50, so I got three sleeping bags washed and dried in about an hour for $19.
