My question was how did this happen! All three waitresses stated it was not them and that the machine did this! How was this possible? Not one of them took responsibility for the discrepancies! Had I not looked at my bank statement then I would never have known that I would be tipping her twice! I then decided to leave to explain to my mom! I stepped away to go to the washroom after paying the bill, which was incorrect. I even questioned it and was reassured that it was correct. To only have my child questioned about something they would know nothing about. Teach your staff about approaching children about adult matters. The setting was ok.
