He was so friendly and informative. I scheduled an appointment for the next day. Antonio and his brother were punctual as they arrived as indicated. It all started well with the scheduling: they provided options that were flexible and were very accommodating. Daniel showed up on time (at my preferred part of the window provided), was very polite, very informative, took lots of precautions (they placed protectors at each doorway to ensure that their hoses would not rub/damage the doors/door frames), and parked the vehicle far enough that there would not be fumes entering the house. Their equipment was very good. You can tell by the clips they use on the hoses (best way to extend hoses safely), and their truck-mounted equipment which is the type that provides the best cleaning.
