Genesis Pro - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

I contacted Genesis regarding their Groupon deal and left a brief message regarding their services offered. I was surprised the Owner (Antonio) had returned my phone call as promptly as he did. He was so friendly and informative. I scheduled an appointment for the next day. Antonio and his brother were punctual as they arrived as indicated. He and his brother were very customer service oriented and followed the necessary guidelines by wearing face masks. Too my surprise, our carpets looked absolutely AMAZING and the best part? It literally took them no more than 35 minutes to clean my living room, staircase and hallway. I expected them to be here for at least a couple of hours. I'm so happy with the service received. I highly recommend Genesis Pros for all of your household carpet needs. I'm still blown away by how phenomenal our carpets look and of the impeccable service we received from beginning to end. Again, thank you Antonio and your brother for doing what you do and know, you'll always be our go-to carpet cleaning company. read more

Antonio and Daniel did an amazing job with our wool rugs and sectional couch! One of our rugs was embarrassingly saturated with dog urine, and they did a great job removing the smell. Expect to pay about $250.00 instead of the $39.00 advertised. My carpet had to be redone because the first time it wasn't clean. Many spots were still there, The second time my rug looked a little better but not much. Nothing smelled nice and clean like I was hoping. The people were very nice to work with. I felt like I had wasted $250 though. read more

This was first time we have used this company and it was a great experience. We had two large rugs cleaned, one nylon and one silk/wool. Initially we reached out on Yelp asking for quotes from any company in the area. I liked their quote and Antonio asked the right questions so we went with them. The technician texted me his exact time of arrival on the day of service which I really appreciated. John was very friendly and knowledgeable. He moved our furniture with care and cleaned the carpets efficiently. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Genesis Pro. Ask for John. read more

We had an accidental spill of milk on one of our loveseats. The stain and smell were getting bad. A call to Antonio and we had an appointment. Abel arrived on time and got right to work on our two matching loveseats. They looked so great that we asked if he could also clean our downstairs carpets. No problem; need anything else? A great experience; professional, polite, efficient, effective and all at a very reasonable cost. We will bringing them back to do our upstairs carpets and anything else on our list. Antonio and Abel are a great team. The best! read more

Definitely recommend, very friendly and fast , I used them for a couch cleaning , couches look and smell like new. Good price read more

Genesis was GREAT! I felt confident it would go well seeing the 5-star reviews even though there were only 5 reviews. It all started well with the scheduling: they provided options that were flexible and were very accommodating. Daniel showed up on time (at my preferred part of the window provided), was very polite, very informative, took lots of precautions (they placed protectors at each doorway to ensure that their hoses would not rub/damage the doors/door frames), and parked the vehicle far enough that there would not be fumes entering the house. Their equipment was very good. You can tell by the clips they use on the hoses (best way to extend hoses safely), and their truck-mounted equipment which is the type that provides the best cleaning. Daniel did a very thorough job. Huge difference between before and after (see before and after pics). Very happy with the job. I will hire them again for my next cleaning. read more

Antonio and Daniel were friendly, efficient and professional throughout their time in our home. I found Genesis Carpet Cate through a Groupon. After contacting them, I received a call back quickly and scheduled an appointment. There was a confirmation call prior and then again day of reminding me of their arrival time. When they arrived, we walked the house to confirm the work needed. There were some changes to the quote, but that was based on services I added. The cleaning done was great. I don't recognize the carpet because it is so clean! And it feels clean too! It dried completely within 8-10 hours, except the stairs which took another day (they were really dirty!). Covid-19 precautions: Face coverings were worn the entire time We will use this service again. read more

I made an appointment with Antonio through Yelp. He responded quickly and gave me an accurate and reasonable estimate. We set up an appointment. The day before the job he followed up and confirmed the appointment with me. He kept me updated of the time they were coming. I truly appreciate the communication. When they arrived they did a quick assessment of the carpet and travertine floors. He immediately knows what needs to be done - based on job experience. In 3 hours they've deep- cleaned my carpet, made it smell a thousand times better, cleaned and sealed the tile floors/grout. Thank you guys! read more

First impressions determines a lot on how any task is going to be handled. Not one interaction did I have with these gentlemen were negative. It started off with fitting me in for the next day to have my couches and rug to be cleaned, then they showed up promptly, introduced themselves professionally and without hesitation, started to get to work. There was no short cutting involved. They made sure every corner and edge of the rug and couches where taken care of. Without a doubt, I'll definitely be using their services again as well as spreading the word. If you're deciding between this company or another, don't hesitate, and book your appointment with these fine gentlemen. You won't be disappointed. I promise you that. read more
