Update, wow. You call my wife to bribe us to honor the original offer if we remove the yelp review, and then when we refuse, you just make stuff up here? I stand by my original review, which details the events. They promised us one price, showed up and refused to give that service. The carpets were NOT that bad, because I had another company come after and do a 'light' cleaning, and they looked great. I never asked anyone to lie on an invoice, I just wanted your company to do the job it said it would do. I never threatened to post on yelp if you wouldn't lie, I actually said I would go to the Contractor State License Board if you were engaging in false advertising, but I opted to just post what happened on Yelp. Did you prefer I go through CSLB? At the end of the day, when other customers experience your bait & switch gambit, your M.O. will be apparent. I hope other customers know there are other companies that don't try to pull this stuff. read more
