First off we were given a quote for a deep clean of our carpets of $165 for 3 rooms, stairs and hallway. When they showed up and assessed the job all of the sudden it was $80 more. It's been 10 days since they "cleaned" and it looks like all they did was vacuum. They did not get a single stain out of the carpet. The company I used the previous 2 times made the carpet look like new. Not sure what process they use here, but it isn't nearly as effective as Aqua Cleanse (the company I used previously). Regardless, I definitely won't be recommending Genesis Pro to any friends or family. read more

I wanted to leave a review for staff member, Abel. I had him come out for a dryer vent cleaning, as my dry time had recently tripped in duration, and I was concerned that a build up of lint could cause a fire. Friendly booking, and once at my house, he went above and beyond to help me, and provided fantastic customer service, and was knowledgeable. He showed me that my tubing had been crushed at the connection to the wall, and was no longer hooked up properly, and wasn't effective at blowing the hot air from the machine to the outside of the home. No wonder it was taking so long to dry! And not only did he tell me what replacement part I would need, but he never tried to upsell me (which I'm always leery of when booking), and offered to even install it for me, if my husband could grab the part. Since he couldn't make it back in time, Abel repaired my crushed venting tube, and secured it back into place, as a stable temporary fix! He also showed me how to care for the lint build up in the future, and how to properly clean for maintenance. I have never called a company for a lint dryer clean out before, yet next time I'm in need, I'll be coming back. Abel worked hard, and was friendly and respectful. Definitely recommend him. Thanks for being a light at a time that we all need it! :) read more

Antonio promised me that they will do a good job on cleaning my carpet and he didn't disappoint me. My carpet is old but it looks very clean. His technician was very careful as well. The spots and smell of my dog pee was gone too. Highly recommend this company and will surely book them again next time. read more

Genesis Pro, Phenomenal job today! How I wish I would of taken a before and after pictures. After getting the carpet cleaned, my house is ready for the holiday gatherings :). What service! Lalo, the technician called me when he was 20 minutes away, and showed up right on time, how refreshing. He came on in and we surveyed the carpeted areas I wanted to be cleaned. Right then and there we discussed options including deep cleaning and enzymes (for pet accident areas) and he had clear pricing and a total, no hidden charges. He got right to work, and tirelessly worked his way all through the house. Man, what a difference! I had forgotten that the carpet was originally a light tan color, as more recently it was a dark beige color. I would definitely recommend Genesis, ask for Lalo. I will be using them again! read more

They were fantastic!!!!!! Quick, clean, professional and a good price. My son got orange Gatorade on our light cream carpet. They were recommended by a friend as the best and they were right!!!! I'll get them again. read more

This was the first time I had my carpets cleaned in my rental apartment after nearly 2 years of living here . SHOCKING how filthy carpets can get even with only 1 person and a cat !! Abel did a wonderful job in less than 1 hour (1 bedroom apt) ... The cost is also very affordable and appropriate ! The rooms look terrific -- should have had sofa & area rugs done too. ...next time ! read more

We had an emergency that needed immediate attention. Antonio responded to my Yelp quote right away and was able to squeeze me in the same day. The rate he gave me was about 20 to 30% less than the competitors. I was worried at first, but I'm so glad I went with Antonio. He did a fantastic job that we ended up doing our living room too. His prices are very reasonable and for the work performed, I'm extremely satisfied. Thank you, Antonio read more

Great service! Antonio was very fast with communications and Able was fast and efficient in cleaning the carpet. Price was also very reasonable with a fast payment through Venmo. read more

I talked to Antonio over the phone after I did a Yelp scan for quotes for businesses in my area. (cool feature btw) Antonio was very professional and polite. Even texted me back when he was on a call and said he would call me back..which he did. Very cool. I like businesses that have integrated texting to reach out to customers. They said they would be here between 8am-10am. It was like 8:05am and I got a call from them about being late due to the winds and debris around their office. They said they would be on their way and would be there in about 30 min. This was the best communication I've had from any service of this kind. Great communication! When they finally came over, they were masked up and very professional. We looked at what was needed, Antonio's brother Danial came and prepared everything by putting down protectors that would not let the hose rub on corner tables and walls. Very cool! They did a quick and thorough job. Explained things and answered my questions. I was very happy with this company. Daniel explained what their company is and how it came together. I love family run businesses. When it came to payment, I got a receipt and was able to pay via Venmo! This gets freaking brownie points ya'll. Texting, Open Communications, Variable Payments accepted. Very convenient and modern approach to this type of business. I love it. Both Antonio and Daniel were amazing and the work they did reflects that as well. I will definitely use their services again. Oh, in case you were wondering...their quote beat out 3 other companies that called me. They price their service very competitively and provide top notch quality work and service when do a job. Thanks guys. See you next time. read more

Used this company before to clean my couch & paid $150ish. They quoted me a $180 flat fee estimate to clean again & I agreed. They were to come out next Tuesday & showed up on Friday; when I was not home. My husband was home so we just let them in. The cleaner looked at the couch & stated that it was going to be over $700. I told him the estimate was 1/3 the price of what he's saying it is now. He informed me that that estimate was based on specifications that were not correct about my couch. Out of need, I just said do it even though the cleaner would not call his supervisor. Kept telling me what a deal I was getting from him, how great he was at his job & that he was using a $20,000 machine to clean. While he was cleaning, he began saying to my husband that our couch was the dirtiest he's ever seen because there were crumbs & pet hairs under the cushions; that's why we wanted it cleaned! He also sent me pictures via text at work to tell me how dirty it was. I have a toddler & pets, so it's not too unusual to find this under a couch. The cleaner came off as rude & condescending that was not appreciated when his company gave us the estimate. I gave 2 stars because the work was done well but I'm extremely frustrated with the 3x's price increase, attitude of the cleaner & coming on a day & time not agreed upon. read more

Thorough job done! We used Genesis Carpet Care for the first time, and it was well worth it! The price was reasonable and John, the technician, knew his stuff and was meticulous in his cleaning. We could not have asked for a better technician and cleaning. Two rugs and one couch were thoroughly and carefully cleaned. We highly recommend! read more

Genesis Pro - Fully cleaned couch! - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

I've used this company twice, and up until I decided to gift a friend a Groupon for this company, I thought I was dealing with a reputable company. The Groupon I purchased was for up to five rooms. Both my rental and the gift I purchased for a friend was multi level, so I expected to pay a little extra. I was up charged $35 for a deeper cleaning on my home, and when I told my friend that there was going to be an up charge for a 2nd floor and a deep cleaning which should be around $65 dollars, they were ok with it. It's the day of the appointment, and I get a call from my friend who's frantic. He said they were going to charge them almost $300 in addition to the Groupon. I got on the phone with the Genesis Carpet Care and he said he couldn't clean the place with the Groupon. My friend is not a slob, and the carpet wasn't dirty to the eye. He goes on to try and justify that the Groupon only applies to 1 in 40 people. And it's typically for a little old lady who vacuum's excessively and takes her shoes off and gets her carpets professionally cleaned twice a year. I confronted his statement based off the warranty with my new carpet purchase, and the manufacturer said carpets should be professionally cleaned once in 12-18 months. Then he pivoted to his gear is $20,000, and I told him the last guy from his company who did my rentals used the same equipment and I was charged $65 more than the Groupon for the whole place, and not the $285 he was attempting to charge my friend. We went round in circles, and he called his boss for a resolution. Eventually we ended on $220 with a refund on my Groupon. He apologized for the misunderstanding, and I reminded him I didn't misunderstand anything. That I had worked with his company twice before, and I was aware of the upgrade price. The representative at Genesis Carpet Care did a bate a switch on me. My friend spent all weekend prepping his house getting things off the floor. I had no choice but to pay the additional money so he could get his carpets cleaned as a gift. Be prepared to pay for more than what they advertise. Will not do business with this company again. read more

I highly recommend Genesis Pro, they are reliable and does a good job. More importantly lots of these carpet cleaning companies give you a low ball estimate then come to the house and say you need this and that then tell you the price is double what they quoted -total waste of time. So after quarantine my wife and I got tired of looking at our dirty carpets. So we started looking on Groupon and found Genesis. They answered the phone right away and was very easy to book.
