My order was taken by Tanya (according to the receipt) and she was very polite and patient as always. I think her great customer service was the best part of my experience this evening. I ordered a taquito combo and a pastrami sandwich. Taquitos were good, avocado sauce was okay. I opened my pastrami sandwich and was hesitant to bite into it. The meat was gray with very few pink spots and was pretty flavorless; think roast beef in terms of appearance and flavor. The bread was soggy on the inside and falling apart which meant the meat was falling out. Needless to say, I didn't finish it. The fries were tasty thanks to their saving grace, the seasoning salt. However, basically all my fries were undercooked, evidenced by their mushiness and the fact that they emulated oil sponges. I literally picked through them to find the ones good enough to eat, which were few and far between. I typically don't use the restroom here unless I absolutely need to. It is small and usually not too clean. When you try to wash your hands, you can end up with water all over your shirt if you're not careful. Water literally sprays out of the faucet instead of streaming out at a steady pace. I want to like this place, I really do. I have to say that the owner is a very nice man although I did not interact with him this evening as he was not there. However, I feel that it has slowly declined in quality over time (I have been coming here since about 2009). I think I will stick to Frosty King in Wasco when I want this kind of food. Not to mention, I had a pastrami sandwich from there the day before that was on the complete other end of the spectrum from the one I had from here. I just went yesterday and it was awesome!! Crispy fresh fries, delicious juicy cheeseburger. My kids ordered nachos, pastrami sandwich and taquitos with milk shakes. We all were more than satisfied. This joint has a mom and pop feel. Food is always fresh and service is always friendly. I tried a few items off the menu and they were all delicious. It's not very spacious, they have limited seating, about 5 tables inside and maybe 2 or 3 outdoor tables. You can have the option to call in your order for pickup, order inside or with the outside order window. This place does get busy with the lunch hours "11am to 1pm" but it usually takes 10 minutes to get your food. read more

The owner is a very nice man that is passionate about customer service and food quality. The employees are a great group of people that work hard and love to serve. I was pretty excited to try this out place as the menu looked good. I ordered the bacon avocado burger, which implies there is avocado on the burger. However, when I got home and checked there was a thin layer of avocado SPREAD on the burger. NOT avocado. Who do they think they are? Subway? The avocado SPREAD was such a thin layer you could not taste it. The bacon was rubbery, not crisp, and the burger overall was underwhelming. So much so, I did not finish it. I ate about half and felt there was no reason to keep eating something that wasn't satisfying. I would not return. read more

This is one place that doesn't need Yelp reviews to succeed. Most of its customers have been coming here since they were kids. Previous owner switched it from Foster's Freeze so that he could keep his unusually large menu. He named it after the local High School's mascot. Great people, great food. Let me start off by saying that I have been trying to come here more often lately being it's right by my parents, the past few time I've came have been TERRIBLE! The younger girls are RUDE! They don't put a happy face on when I walk up to order or pick up.
