He eventually placed my order on the counter and walked away without any apology for the delay, no explanation, and no basic courtesy such as "thank you" or "have a good day." The food was warm and on par for McDonald's. Mobile ordering is meant to save time, but this experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and poorly managed.
