Customer service was trash! It felt like it was an inconvenience for to them to take my order. I used to work at the same location years ago and our manager would NEVER allow us to be rude to customers. The person that took our order was either the team leader or some type of management. I would provide his name but he DIDN'T have a name tag. We were the only vehicle in the drive thru and they didn't have anyone in the lobby. My family and I went to the drive-through and we were the only car there. We placed an order for several items, including a popcorn chicken meal that we saw for 5.99. When we got to the window cashier LESLIE, who appeared irritated and annoyed to be at work, rang me up and assistant manager decided to help her out and give us our drinks. I realize we were missing a drink and the system manager said that apparently look like LESLIE did not ring me up correctly she look like she was not attempting to correct it or even apologize so we decided to leave. As we left, we noticed that we were awesome missing food including fries, so we went back to the drive-through and once again there was not a long line or anything to justify why LESLIE was in such a nasty attitude. When I went to the window, I showed her a photo that I took of the combo meal that I had requested and she took my credit card and just ring me up for fries. I told her that this was not what I ordered and she got irritated and I told her that I was going to do a survey at that point. She had me my card without the receipt and threw the bag of fries at me and my family. And begin walking away from us. I yelled back that I demand my receipt so I can have my opportunity to do my survey. I worked in drive-through myself for several years when I was putting myself through college so I know what drive-through behavior is supposed to be. When I yelled back to get back my receipt, she opened the window and threw it at me and slam the window back again, walking away, which infuriated me. With our first order that she messed up on, she handed me the receipt with my credit card but this time because she was still in a bad mood, and did not want to correct the order for us. She refused to give me my receipt as if she is trying to make sure that she can get away with having a nasty attitude towards customers. What's worse is that the receipt paperwork is really poor and I can't even do a survey from the receipt. Thankfully I was able to see her name on the receipt. This is a very nasty, unprofessional, unethical, horrible representation of Jack in the box to the public. I will be encouraging my friends and family to never go to that Jack in the box again. The way she walked away as if she knew she was going to get away with this behavior makes me feel like the management team there does not discipline or discourage this nasty representation of Jack-in-the-Box. I have already contacted corporate headquarters as well as "heyjackbox" but I doubt they will do anything. read more

I just bought some food and they literally have cold bread and barely warm meat it's obviously been waiting around for a while. Tacos are also old *facepalm* and they forgot an order of fries.
