The meat had a bit of a crunch which I prefer to the non fried carnitas. The tortillas are fresh and soft. The meat is tender and moist with just a bit of the crispy edges. They serve their tacos with red & green sauces and I opted for a third sauce of a citrusy avocado blend. The fillings are generous. They have indoor and patio seating. On chilly days there are heat lamps in the patio area. For a pleasant setting and good food I highly recommend La Imperial.
