After about 5 minutes, staff finally came out but immediately began preparing drive-thru orders instead of addressing the customers waiting inside. During this time, the manager walked past me at least four times while on his cell phone and never once acknowledged me or offered assistance. To make matters worse, he got into a shouting match with a young female employee directly in front of me, which was highly unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness. At the 10-minute mark, I finally asked the manager if my mobile order was ready. He simply said they were "working on it." He eventually placed my order on the counter and walked away without any apology for the delay, no explanation, and no basic courtesy such as "thank you" or "have a good day." The food was warm and on par for McDonald's. Mobile ordering is meant to save time, but this experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and poorly managed. I hope this location addresses its customer service standards and managerial conduct moving forward. Side note: the outside of the restaurant was clean as someone was out there sweeping.
