Topped with (which I got on the side) diced white onions, chopped cilantro, pickled red onions and drizzled with a vibrant "green sauce" which was creamy (an emulsified salsa verde taquera) and a fiery red sauce which was significantly spicer than the green and limes on the side. And the consume to dip your pizza birria in. The consume is served piping hot and is so flavorful. This is the broth in which the birria was cooked in. This is my favorite thing to order at Tacos Humildes. 2. Mexican Rice (roughly $4.50). Rice was pretty standard, nothing memorable. But I definitely felt the price-point was off. I received about 9 oz of rice. A bit overpriced for an inexpensive food item. Rice is a few cents on the dollar and really inexpensive to prepare, so almost $5.00 is ridiculous.
