Our server, Devin was pretty good despite the place was packed and he had alot of tables to wait on. My food came out pretty quick and he did check up on our table from time to time which is awesome. Never had an issue here service wise. Wednesday nights are always a fun night here with food, singing, and dancing!

Guinness isn't just another draft beer; it needs to settle, and it should be served in a proper tulip or Guinness glass to get that classic presentation. The fix is simple: slow the pour down and train the staff on the traditional method. The pub has the vibe. Now it just needs to respect the pint.

The Quesadilla was amazing: tons of queso, poblano chilis, and the steak was so juicy. You could really taste every ingredient in this thing. If we go back, I would definitely order it again. The ceviche was my fiancé's favorite, tasty shrimp, peppers, and avocado in a bomb orange/lime juice. I had to stop her from straight up slurping it up like a soup. She was a big fan, and she orders ceviche often. This was our first visit to Cha Cha's and we really enjoyed it. We've seen it a bunch of times while in downtown Brea, so we thought we'd give it a try, and I guess we've been missing out! The ambience was nice: not too loud, strong drinks, long menu, friendly staff, sports on the tv, and I was shocked when I saw the bill, very reasonably priced. We'll be back, for sure!

The staff didn't bother coming by to clear up the table at any point through the night which was really weird. The parking lot is pretty big but then again at night only the bar and liquor store are open in that shopping center.
