For starters, parking on the back parking lot due to limited parking in the street didn't make me happy. I don't mind walking, but this place is in such a weird spot, it's kind of hard to get to. The service I received when I was there was impeccable. For that reason, I would go back. Service really matters to. The coffee was just ok and nothing to write home about. My breakfast sandwich was pretty tasty however my soup tasted like a bowl of salt. Again I would be willing to try them again but they are certainly not the best coffee shop/restaurant in town.

Avocado Toast- way too much balsamic, nowhere near enough avocado.

Visited here last weekend and it was really nice inside. Great natural light although very cold even on a 50ish degree day after hiking. I had a pretty good expectation of what kind of food and service I would receive here but unfortunately was kind of let down. Our waitress was not very attentive, yet at the end of the meal had the audacity to remind us what time they closed and was not available for assistance when trying to pay at the end. Regarding the food, the ciabatta club sandwich and chips are pretty darn good. But the avocado toast leaves something to be desired. I would more likely call it bread and arugula toast with dressing, rather than avocado toast. The ratios were extremely off and there was way too much balsamic. It was very messy. I would give this place another try but limited menu and not a lot of things seemed very exciting. Good coffee though!

Came here early on a Sunday morning. When we arrived it was not busy at all. Service was friendly but not exceedingly fast. The coffee was very good, and my bagel with salmon on it was awfully good. The place did start to fill up as we were enjoying our breakfast. A few more servers showed up, and it seemed like they were doing a good job taking care of people.

There's room for improvement on the customer service side, and the food was hit or miss. My aunt and I went here on a Sunday around 11:30. They were busy but there were plenty of empty tables - inside and out. There were several folks waiting to be seated in the entrance. A hostess asked where we would like to sit, and then she grabbed menus and just walked away? She didn't specify to any of the customers to follow her. She walked away and said nothing. So no one followed her and she came back and then asked us to follow her... very odd. Then we sat for a LONG time... she never came back to give us water. It was 90° outside (but still comfortable in the shade). So she came to take our order... but we said we'd like some water first. So she came back dropped off the water and then just ran away again... and didn't ask us what we wanted to eat? Bizarre. Poor customer service. Finally another server came who was very friendly and took our order. The food itself didn't take long and was good but just okay. I got the chickpea salad sandwich which was good but also $13. I found out that the menu only has outdated pricing, which is pretty annoying. My aunt got a breakfast sandwich and the eggs were over cooked. My iced latte was good and I appreciated that they had sugar free vanilla. It was $5.50 for about 12-16oz. Overall, I am not running back. The staff needs training, this was really not an appropriate way to treat paying customers. The food was okay but overpriced for basic sandwiches. Maybe I will give it another shot later in the year.

Beautiful fresh flowers on sale for Valentine's Day.

2'14'2021 I knew this place would be good, but I didn't know it would be good good! I was very hesitant about visiting so soon because they took the place of one of my favorite spots, but as soon as I visited... they climbed their way into my heart as well. Let's talk about the décor. Very inviting dining area. As soon as you walk in, you face the fresh bakery. So many options to choose from. On this lovely Valentine's Day, they had fresh roses for sale that were beautiful. You'll see them in my pictures. Each table had fresh tiny vases of flowers. I love that! I love the open concept dining and the light colors used throughout the dining area that looks great for all 4 seasons. The staff is outstanding! I can identify them by face, but I didn't catch their names. Every single person that I came in contact with was very very nice. I ordered soon arriving and received my food in less than 7 minutes. I ordered a plain croissant, a side of bacon and chamomile hot tea. Everything was perfect. My croissant was so nice, warm and flaky. My bacon was just right, and my tea was light and delicious! The gentleman that assisted me informed me they were working from a small menu and they will add more by the time they host their grand opening on March 15th. This experience was a great Valentine's Day beginning for me. Looking forward to making more positive memories here.

    Expresso with water. Nice.

Lovely coffee shop with good service and nice touches. I'll be back. On falls road across from Princeton sports, another favorite.

On the first day of our Baltimore visit, we experienced a hotel breakfast that included weak coffee, frosted flakes, and little Jimmy Dean sandwiches in plastic pre-sealed bags for microwaving. It was your worst morning nightmare, and we reached out for help. Garden and grounds was recommended as a solution to this problem. On the second day of our Baltimore visit, we were delighted to have this horrible breakfast experience thoroughly reversed. What a breath of fresh air this place was! It started out with excellent coffee. They source their coffee locally, and serve it in artistic and functional cups. We were already 95% of the way to a great experience. The breakfast itself was quite solid. I had the egg and cheese bagel, others had bagel with cream cheese, and lox and cream cheese bagels. Though the chicken and waffle entrée was tempting, we stuck with the bagel theme. By the time we finished, our entire party was thoroughly happy and fully recovered from the hotel breakfast thanks to garden and grounds!

This was the second Açaí bowl on the menu which I had peanut butter added.

Food is always hot and fresh...would like more drink options though. Maybe a spring line of fresh flavored teas and lemonades?

I've recently started working in the area and they are supper close thus I decided to try them out…read more I was very excited when I saw it was Korean owned however their K-food section is only two items; Bulgogi Dupbap & the Bulgogi Sub. The rest of the menu is American stuff. I've as of now tried both of these and very content with the taste and filling of these two, the price is reasonable per the portion and yummyness($12.49) plus tax about $13.25. The only thing I would change a bit is making sure that the juice from the bulgogi doesn't soak the bread too much cuz then it's mushy. I like a crunchy texture to my subs, but the may be just my preference. Both the son and the mom are super nice, if you become a regular it's very nice to have people know what you want right away. The atmosphere is very warm and friendly. I hope that they can incorporate more korean food to their menu, at least 2 more that have a different protein so we have a bit more variety. Though I understand why the options for kfood are limited given the area's population. Things to keep in mind: - When you order let them know if you want it to go or to eat there. Nobody can read minds, but they will do their best to ask you prior to packaging to confirm. - It can get busy so sometimes transaction may take longer because people are multitasking. - - - Don't rip out the receipt, you might be taking the wrong copy. Wait for the cashier to hand it to you or simply ask. -If you have questions about a product, ask them and don't assume. Yes. There is a big menu and pamphlets available and they provide brief item description but if that's not clear, just ask. They also have prepackaged salads, fruit and a few sweet treats, along with MissVickies chips, and bottle drinks. It's a cafe so the basics. Overall, really nice experience. Tots recommended :3

I hope the new management keeps things moving in the right direction. I'll definitely return, but it's just not quite the same without the old vibe.

I had the Southern Slammer Sandwich (with the grits) and my sister had the Fried Chicken, Biscuit and Gravy Omelet (with the hash browns). We couldn't stop saying how good they were! The service was on point, everyone was very nice, and the noise level was fine. Here is something I literally have never experienced anywhere else: My sister has a couple of food allergies and she gave the waitress a piece of paper where she listed out what she can and cannot have. A few minutes later, a lovely young woman (I think she said she was a manager) came out and discussed the list with my sister in detail, just to make sure the restaurant got it exactly right. My sister almost cried! As far as timing goes: They don't take reservations, but they have an efficient system -- when you arrive, they take down your name and phone number, tell you how long the wait will be, and then text you when it's your turn. They told us 40 minutes but it turned out to be only 20, so it's good we hadn't wandered too far away. Next time we're in Baltimore, we'll definitely be back.

Spousal Unit and I took the voracious pack o' GrandKiddies for breakfast after a Wicked-good night on the town in Bawlmer, hon. So we had to cart them all to Blue Moon! Blue Moon was featured on Guy Fieri's DDD show, making it (and it's second location, Blue Moon Too) insanely popular. As a result, it's always busy, and because of it's size, there is no space to wait inside until a table is ready. For a person with knee issues, that meant painfully climbing up and down the steps more than a few times (and did I mention is was windy and cold?). Once inside, it's a quirky place, with interesting art work everywhere - but the main draw is the food. Ah, the food... Blue Moon is well known for it's Sweet Baby Jesus (Hash browns topped with jumbo lump crab, seasoned with Old Bay, fresh diced tomatoes, melted cheddar cheese, 2 eggs and Hollandaise) and Captain Crunch French Toast (crushed Captain Crunch cereal encrusted French toast topped with fresh fruit and cream, served with syrup on the side). They also make a killer Biscuits and Sausage Gravy sized to feed an army, and a wide variety of pancakes, omelettes, and sandwiches. Our vultures overordered (did I say they were hungry?) but left not a scrap of food on their plates, a small wonder given that they are not adventurous eaters. Everything was beautifully cooked, promptly served, and delicious. Our server was a wisecracking joy - friendly, knowledgeable, and really efficient. She provided needed distractions as our GKs gnawed the table waiting for food to arrive. Way cool! Spousal Unit and I have eaten at Blue Moon Too in the past.
