Andre was absolutely wonderful, and took great care of me. He got my car in right away after I blew a tire on the freeway, diagnosed the issue quickly on what happened, and showed me the cracks in the 3 remaining tires that would have also blown upon enough impact. I also added on a few more things while I was there like an oil change, new wipers, etc. He was super helpful and kind along the way, and I didn't feel at all like he was trying to give me an unfair price. He walked me through each item, and also explained carefully why he suggested the tires I ended up going with. I hope to come back to Future as my main auto shop, it's always so refreshing to get such great customer service especially in a field where so often that isn't the case! Andre was very helpful and made the whole experience a great one. I had originally come in with some issues that a different mechanic had brought up and I needed a second opinion. I learned that Future Auto Service was part of CarMax's MaxCare authorized repair shops and since I have the warranty coverage I decided to come by. Andre and the team had gone over it and verified that the original issue was actually perfectly fine and instead found another problem with the car that they fully examined and made sure that everything was working fine. Charlard's works on Japanese cars as well as European cars. He has been doing it for years and runs the shop himself with a few other techs. Mr. Charlard is always in. Don't let his non-emotional demeanor deter you, he is all business at work. The man is an awesome guy and will explain what is wrong with your car to you. He will also save you some money. My highest praise to Future Auto Service in Burbank! Went to see them to replace my Honda Accord's battery which was under AAA warranty. Not only did they take care of that easily, but they discovered I had a leaking power steering high pressure hose. There was power steering fluid, sprayed all over the side of my engine and even pooling in some areas. I had literally just picked up my car from a major service at the Honda dealership. How my mechanic missed that is beyond me. The guys at Future helped me understand what was happening with my car and gave me some quotes for some other service that I'll need to be doing. Oh and because I didn't have my radio code handy, they even retrieved it and texted it to me, called and walked me through how to do it. Talk about above and beyond! I took my car in for an inspection to pinpoint the cause of my squealing brakes. I just moved to Burbank, Ca and was apprehensive about price gouging and having my car naivety preyed upon, but Future Auto Service didn't charge me for the inspection and Tico called me to explain what part was causing the squealing. My vehicle needed 4 tires and an alignment. I shopped with around with Costco and other nearby shops and no even got close to the price and convenience of Future Auto Service. The shop and waiting area is super clean and most importantly the staff is attentive. Tires were ordered and within 1 hour they were delivered and installed. The equipment they used for alignment and tires is top notch and I felt comfortable through out the whole process. They do regular scheduled maintenance also, I will be returning for my services on my Mercedes-Benz. I am so glad I found Future Auto Service! I expected that I would have to leave my car at the shop for a few days to get it fixed, but it was done within a few hours and I got my car back on the same day! Went in for a clogged catalytic converter. The customer service at Future was fantastic. Excellent communication and Tiko was able to expedite the parts I needed. The original estimate was extremely high, which scared me, but after discussing all the alternatives and discounts, we were able to get the repair into a more affordable range. They never fast-talk or rush me. Carlos walked me through the process to contact my car warranty company so they would cover the cost of a replaced engine mount.
