Super professional, knowledgeable and kind people! This was my first time there, but definitely won't be my last. Oil change was about an hour and a half wait, waiting room was very nice and clean. They also checked my brakes, filters and the rest of the fluids free of charge. read more

I truly only contacted these guys because my car Prius stopped running on a Saturday afternoon and they were the only ones open. THANK GOD they were. Tiko even told me he would wait for me if the tow truck wouldn't get there before close. Talk about CLASSY! They also delivered when promised. By Monday, late morning, they figured out what made the engine stopped running. By noon on Tuesday, my car was back in my hands. The owner, Aaron, even called me after I picked the car to go over, one more time, what they fixed. Talk about customer service! Hopefully I won't need to, but when my cars needs help, I'm glad Aaron and Tiko will be there to help. Cheers to Future!!! read more

These guys are angels - car broke down on a weekend morning and got it towed here, and once it was there they not only helped me get it parked safely but held it for me until I could come and get it. They were totally understanding of my situation (I couldn't have it looked at right at that exact moment) and said they would keep it, AND checked in with me to make sure I could pick it up on MY schedule AND also updated me that that it could still drive a little. They gave me water and AC on a roasting day as I waited for the tow truck, treated me with amazing customer service and kindness, and overall were really sweet and helpful. Totally recommend, thank you so much Future! Ps I didn't get his name but the young bearded man at the front desk was incredibly helpful and kind, an extra shout out to him. read more

FAS is by far the best! The customer service is amazing and everyone is so honest here and knows what they're doing. Their prices are also affordable, which is always a plus. I always get great service and drive away feeling like my car is back to being in great condition read more

I got to their shop right before closing, but they still managed to get a look at my car, fix the problem, and send me on my way in under 20 minutes. Never have I seen such expedient service and consideration from an an auto repair service shop. I will definitely be coming back to Future Auto Service. Thank you, Andre, for the impeccable work and kindness. read more

Unbelievable integrity, amazing staff, great looking lobby, best place I've been to! THANK YOU, Andre!

Future auto service went above and beyond my expectations! I called them on a relatively short notice with a somewhat complicated issue in regards to my power steering system. The gentleman over the phone was very courteous and allowed me to bring the car the same day I called so they could start inspecting it! They took less than half a week to diagnose, quote get the parts and do the repair. Their operation looks big but they have a great system to treat their clients as quickly as possible according to the repair. They are one of the best places I've worked with as far as communication too. The pricing for their work is fair as well, considering the broad expertise on brands and the cars they work on. I'd definitely look into coming back! Plus the warranty is a big plus for peace of mind during the process. read more

Great and efficient service! Everyone was so kind. I had a car issue and got a detailed estimate the same day. Made everything a smooth process. Thank you! read more

Ashley and Edgar and Andre, play all of their own "parts" ( pun intended ), with courtesy and warmth and conscientiousness. I can count on their time- frames and estimates. Also, I can make a strong of cup of joe while I am there and premises are kept clean and welcoming. Best discovrey I have made in this area in a long while. read more

The service here is unmatched! The issue with my car took more than a day to diagnose, but Andre kept me well-informed throughout the whole process, so I didn't feel like I was waiting that long. Everyone here is so friendly and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommend. read more

My family and I have been coming to Charlard's for manyyyyy years. All of us. There aren't too auto mechanics out there that I trust...Charlard's is one of the two place I do drop off my car at. Charlard's works on Japanese cars as well as European cars. He has been doing it for years and runs the shop himself with a few other techs. Mr. Charlard is always in. Don't let his non-emotional demeanor deter you, he is all business at work. The man is an awesome guy and will explain what is wrong with your car to you. He will also save you some money. I've been coming here for years, he use to scare me when I was little thinking he was mean. He's not!! Lol. Mind you, he is always busy. So call first and plan on leaving your car for a few hours or a day or two. Legit auto mechanic! read more

Future Auto Service - Back end of Charlard's Auto...his place is always packed! - Auto Repair Near Me - Burbank, California

Very professional. Called to keep me informed how my car was being serviced. Have used them several times for auto repairs.

Hands down the best experience I've had at an auto shop...and I've been to quite a few over the years all over CA. Andre and his team are so welcoming, communicative, and were able to get me in last minute for an engine oil change. Fast service, fantastic waiting room, and very reasonable prices. Will be bringing my car in for future services! read more

Andre was absolutely wonderful, and took great care of me. He got my car in right away after I blew a tire on the freeway, diagnosed the issue quickly on what happened, and showed me the cracks in the 3 remaining tires that would have also blown upon enough impact. I also added on a few more things while I was there like an oil change, new wipers, etc. He was super helpful and kind along the way, and I didn't feel at all like he was trying to give me an unfair price. He walked me through each item, and also explained carefully why he suggested the tires I ended up going with. I hope to come back to Future as my main auto shop, it's always so refreshing to get such great customer service especially in a field where so often that isn't the case! Can't recommend this place enough. They took a very stressful situation for me and made it super easy to deal with. Really great experience here! read more

Finally found a great, knowledgeable, affordable, trustworthy auto shop. Its really hard to find these qualities in a mechanic shop. With all the help from the owner, the service advisor, and the mechanic. They made this a quick and cheap experience for me. As soon as i pulled in. The owner greeted me and started helping me right away. The service advisor, Aaron was great. He called me multiple times during my service to update me. AND THEY TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING!!! AND SEND IT TO YOU AS PROOF!! VERY VERY HELPFUL.. and save my old parts for me to see the damaged parts. I got a major service done, fixed oil leak, added coilovers. Car runs great and everything is leak free. Amazing work! read more

Andre was very helpful and made the whole experience a great one. I had originally come in with some issues that a different mechanic had brought up and I needed a second opinion. I learned that Future Auto Service was part of CarMax's MaxCare authorized repair shops and since I have the warranty coverage I decided to come by. Andre and the team had gone over it and verified that the original issue was actually perfectly fine and instead found another problem with the car that they fully examined and made sure that everything was working fine. All in all, it was a great experience and I will return for future maintenance and repairs. read more

I've been taking all of my Mercedes and BMW's here for years and they take such great care of my cars! The best prices, the most detail, and incredible customer service! My experience with Future Auto was exceptional, through and through. They are responsive, provide top notch service, and worked in a time efficient to get my car back to me as soon as they could . They took care of my service needs at less than half the cost of what I was quoted by local competitors and did the job within less than 24 hours. They provided a nice luxury rental car free of charge as well. Artur and Andree were fantastic. I was thrilled with my experience and I can't recommend Future Auto enough for all your car needs . Lastly, more important than anything else, I trusted them. They are an honest and ethical establishment that go above and behind for their clients. read more

Came in for transmission service, for which I was quoted a very competitive price. Everyone was very polite, professional and welcoming. My service agent noticed I was a veteran by my license plate holder and offered me a veteran discount which was unexpected. Overall a great customer service experience and my car drives like when it was newly purchased. read more

Future auto body came in clutch!! They were the only auto body in town that had my battery for my car and they changed it for free! They also are verified by Triple A and unlike even Triple A themselves Future auto body honors their guarantees and warranties! They have the best quality service in the valley from what i've seen and unlike most other body shops they have a nice office space friendly to car fanatics and just people trying to get their car fixed. read more

I recommend highly. They found the problem quickly and could have uncharged it but didn't. They are honest.

TIko offered excellent customer service and replied quickly on an estimate needed for my Toyota Corolla on new brakes / rotor / pads, struts and CV axle replacement. His prices are fair in comparison with others in the area that I called and were highly rated. What really set him apart was how polite, professional, and "no BS" he was. WIll be using FAS in the future! read more

This place really is the best auto shop! Great service, fast work, the guys are all so kind and helpful, explanations are clear, and their prices can't be beat. My vehicle needed 4 tires and an alignment. I shopped with around with Costco and other nearby shops and no even got close to the price and convenience of Future Auto Service. The shop and waiting area is super clean and most importantly the staff is attentive. Tires were ordered and within 1 hour they were delivered and installed. The equipment they used for alignment and tires is top notch and I felt comfortable through out the whole process. They do regular scheduled maintenance also, I will be returning for my services on my Mercedes-Benz. I am happy that there is a local shop that has the knowledge and equipment of a dealership with unbeatable prices and attentive and personal service. Thank you guys for taking care of my car. read more

Trust what the comments say, this is a reliable and responsive mechanic. Needed a mechanic because my dealership was, of course, charging too much. Called F.A.S. and found out everything I needed over the phone. Got my car in the next day, and fixed at a great price. Parts come with a 2 year warranty as well. Thanks Andre! I'll definitely be using F.A.S. For any service needs in the future! read more

My highest praise to Future Auto Service in Burbank! Went to see them to replace my Honda Accord's battery which was under AAA warranty. Not only did they take care of that easily, but they discovered I had a leaking power steering high pressure hose. There was power steering fluid, sprayed all over the side of my engine and even pooling in some areas. I had literally just picked up my car from a major service at the Honda dealership. How my mechanic missed that is beyond me. The guys at Future helped me understand what was happening with my car and gave me some quotes for some other service that I'll need to be doing. Oh and because I didn't have my radio code handy, they even retrieved it and texted it to me, called and walked me through how to do it. Talk about above and beyond! I think I have a new mechanic now. Thank you Future Auto Service! read more

I am so glad I found Future Auto Service! I expected that I would have to leave my car at the shop for a few days to get it fixed, but it was done within a few hours and I got my car back on the same day! I am very satisfied with the speed and quality of service, the professionalism of the staff, and most of all, the great price. Also, they seemed to follow proper social distancing and sanitation/mask protocols for the staff and customers in the shop during COVID-19 so I felt safe throughout my visit. I will be definitely coming back. Highly recommend! read more

I don't leave Yelp reviews often but Future Auto Service really took care of me. I had been calling around to a bunch of shops in Los Angeles trying to find the best deal. I ended up saving $300 going to Future Auto Service because they were straight up and were not trying to get over on me. I also brought it in on a Tuesday evening and they had my radiator completely replaced among some smaller things and I was able to pick it up the next evening. Life Savers ! read more

Had my oil change done at Future Auto Service today and left there completely satisfied. I was searching for an oil change in Burbank with a good price and called about 5 different companies. This company had the most competitive price. Carlos was very pleasant to talk to and helped me make an appointment for the same day. They did a full synthetic oil change and inspected my car. Everything went very smoothly. I'm glad I called this place. I'll definitely come back here again! read more

I've been dealing with Future Auto for some years now from purchasing cars at their Glendale location, and now their "Future Auto Services". I was having an issue with my battery this afternoon so I called and spoke to Carlos whom I have dealt with back in Glendale before and who is a super nice person. Carlos asked us to bring our car in and so we did and the mechanic check our battery in every way which turned out to be good and all it needed was it to be cleaned. Thank you Carlos and the mechanics for taking care of us and our car. Awesome Job!! ****Super Nice & Trustworthy**** read more

My bumper fell off my car. I wanted to also take this opportunity and fix up all of the additional dings and scratches that I had accumulated on my car from over the years.
