My boyfriend and I decided to try this place out after I read my friend Joyce's review and I was excited when I saw the picture of the Sesame Balls because it's my childhood snack that my mom used to buy for me back home when I was little. The place is clean and spacious but you have to order the food at the counter, not on the table. The employees are so friendly and nice! We ordered Finger Lickers, Rolling Avo, DC Ramlet Battered Wings, Sesame Balls, Mango boba tea and my bf did ask if they could mix the flavor, and he asked for Mango&Peach boba tea. - Finger Lickers, this is so good! They gave us sweet & sour sauce and I enjoyed every bite of this popcorn chicken, so delicious! - Rolling Avo, they also gave a special sauce for this. I don't know how to feel about this one, I don't hate it but I don't like it lol, it's basically what it says, avocados in tortilla and they fried it. But my bf enjoyed it though. - DC Ramlet Battered Wings, the batter is absolutely delicious but when I went in to the meat part, it was bland. They have to find a way to marinate/seasoned the wings and it'd be a perfect menu! I keep saying this, everyone has different taste buds, and to me, I love it when the chicken has some flavor to it as well, not just the outside part, I hope it makes sense! But we ate this with ranch so it was still good! - Sesame Balls. Oh hello, childhood. The only difference is, back home we use Mung Bean filling instead of black sesame filling. I still love it regardless! - Mango boba tea. Say no more, LOVE IT!!! - Mango & Peach boba tea. My bf tried it and he said it's weird that it tasted more like Coconut instead of mango or peach. He didn't want to bother them so he didn't say a thing. And before we left, the guy asked us how was everything? Did you guys enjoy it? We finally told him about this drink, my bf didn't lie because I tried it as well and I could also taste coconut and he made another one for us! These are the best wings I've had in a long time. The owner is down to earth and passionate about his craft. The food was hot and fresh and tasted amazing. Are you wondering if you should try this place? The answer is a definite YES!! It's refreshing, delicious and addicting, I've tried a lot of the items from the menu and so far I have not been disappointed. So, a while back my friends recommended Fusion Tea when they first opened, it was only when I saw they kept coming back that I decided to finally try it. Yes I'm a fool for not coming sooner lol, they have great drinks and yummy food to pair them with. From the L.I.T. I've tried the OG Sweet E, Honey Lemon and The Fuzz. The Fuzz is my favorite from these, it's very refreshing and I like how the key lime foam compliments the tea, it's a must try! From the C.R.E.A.M. teas I've tried Taipei Oolong, Matcha Milk tea, Quick kick, Iced Coffee and Cream Coffee. My favorite is the Quick kick, if you like coffee as much as I do you will get addicted to this one. It's topped with cream foam, then another layer of chocolate cream foam and golden flakes, I think 30-50% sweet will do, another must try! Oh and I had the KéKé Black tea as well, minty, light and good, but I prefer the cream and lit ones. Now the eats: I've had the Spicy BTS, Shao Kao fries, Crabbie fries, Poutine fries, Rolling Avo, Fish tacos, Fiery cold noodles, Spicy honey DQ wings, D.C. Ramlet Battered Wings and Cauliflower Fried Rice. I enjoyed them all but I highly recommend the Ramlet wings, these ramen crusted wings are so delicious! The fish tacos were very good and they come with mango salsa (personal taste I wish that salsa was spicy, maybe some serrano and it would've been perfect!). The rolling Avo had a sweet cilantro sauce that I really enjoyed! I can keep going on but honestly I would just try whatever you are craving at the moment, everything is yummy believe me. Staff is very nice and friendly, the place is very clean and there's plenty of parking. So stop reading and head out to Fusion Tea Lounge now! Tea for two and two for tea! Pfft, more like two teas for me! Came here with my fine ass girlfriend and the crew and it was a non-stop parade of food and tea! I had the Matcha Milk Tea which even my matcha-hating girlfriend liked. The cheese topping was foamy and I loved it. The girlfriend got a gold flake speckled coffee called, "Quick Kick." Very fitting for my ass-kicking golden crown-wearing queen! Her name is Priscila A. here n the Yelp-verse if you wanna marvel at her beauty. Also to be stolen was my BFF Joyce W.'s favorite drink, The Fuzz. We (coworkers) wanted a new place to try out. Found this place on Yelp and saw that it had really good reviews. I was told my boss didn't like another place's noodles so I was a bit scared of us picking this place and him not liking his lunch. We all placed in our orders and ate it at our office. I like this place so far...I think I need to try them a little more to give a really good review but they are not the best location to me so it will be occasional visits. I loved the fuzz! So unique with the lime cream on top! I also got the ooolong tea with salted cream on top, I'm not really sure what to think of that drink! I had thought ooolong was a lighter colored tea but this was dark and honestly it tasted like coffee. I honestly am unsure if I got the right drink...but I'm for sure no tea expert and do not know for sure what ooolong is supposed to taste like. Lol at first I didn't care for it but then I decided I did. The decor in this place is barren. You know how some places have too much and it feels cluttered? Well this is the opposite, it almost feels like they're half ready to move out, they definitely need to add a little something! Maybe an exotic Asian flare. Some bamboo plants and wall graffiti with fortune cookie sayings...something to go with the cool flair on the writing of their Fusion Tea lounge sign. The customer service was great, they were very nice and friendly and super helpful with my orders. They gave great advice on what went well together and how sweet to get a drink. Tried this place out for the first time and loved it. Recommending to everyone I know. We tried the fish tacos, dumplings, croquettes, honey hot wings, finger lickers, and some noodles. Checked out this new spot after seeing so many people post about it on Yelp and I wasn't disappointed. We came after dinner nearby, but still grabbed a couple of snacks as we wanted to try some of the popular items. We ended up ordering most of what was recommended to us by the cashier (I believe he was the owner) and enjoyed it all. The standout for me was the finger lickers, which were Asian-style popcorn chicken bites. They came with a spicy mayo sauce and a chili sauce, and the chicken itself was super juicy inside and crispy and flavorful outside - reminiscent of a nugget from Chick-fil-A, but with a crispier and more flavorful batter. Because of the open kitchen area, we were able to see that everything was cooked up fresh and came out quickly and piping hot. We also had an array of drinks and everybody agreed that they were refreshing and unique. I had The Fuzz, which is topped with a key lime foam that was pretty good, but I'll definitely be back for some other lemon infused teas that have the lime slice crown. I didn't try them this time, but friends that did get them said they were a good choice. The inside decor is a little plain, but I doubt you're really going for that. It was a bit echo-y inside, which made it somewhat difficult to sit and chat even with just our table inside - I'm not sure how this is affected when it's busier. Prices are very reasonable, especially for the food, and I can see myself meeting up with friends here fairly often. The popcorn chicken is seasoned with "ramen" - not sure what that meant but that's what I was told lol. They serve a signature honey drink that can be found only at Fusion and I tried it, it wasn't too bad. Definitely something I don't order often when I do get drinks though. It's on the corner across from the Buff N File Nail Spa (adjacent to Ross). I swung by on a Sunday around noon. It's a very open place, high ceilings, and kinda echoey so you can hear what's cookin' in the kitchen - very concrete chic. I got a thai tea with boba at 30% sweetness. I thought the tea could have been a little stronger, but I wasn't a big fan of the boba itself. The center was firm, but the outside felt like it had been soaking for a little too long . The guy who took my order was super nice, and he later made some rounds to ask people how their food/drinks were. I'd give the boba 3 stars for now, but bump the overall to a 4 because of the service :) This place is pretty close to me, so I hope to give it another try soon! read more

Excellent hand crafted food. Cauliflower rice is AMAZING. Love the jasmine tea with a d without milk and boba. Tried the Soo Koo wings today that were crispy and tasty with a little bit of spice. Food: -the food is definitely fresh and yummy, some of the best chicken I've eaten has originated from here -I recommend the General entree -boba is just as good, and you have a lot of options so you can find really anything that sounds good to you Location: -has a nice cozy lounge you can eat your food in -plays relatively good music on the speakers -very clean and looks nice Service: -absolutely outstanding. The guy running the kitchen/register (he's usually a 1 man band) is friendly and can answer any questions regarding the menu -pretty fast for a small business, typically no longer than 7-8 minute wait for your food -with the recent COVID-19 outbreak many businesses are closing, yet they're still open for takeout orders -they threw in this complimentary roll of toilet paper because my order was over $10 (turned out to be a life saver cause I was on my last roll) All in all, it's safe to say I'll be coming here a lot, and you should too. If you are looking for good food, I have to continue to praise this place. I wanted to try some new dishes and a classic go to. I tried the Fish Tacos and Crab Nachos. The fish was lightly breaded and cooked to perfection. The breading even held up when I got home and was still crispy. The tacos came with avocado, lettuce with a pick de gallo and spicy mayo sauce. The crab nachos base are fried wonton triangles. The crab topping is diced with a light cream/mayo sauce with a little kick (not over powering). The wontons remained crispy as well. Again, i had to have my chicken wings made with a ramen/panko breading which comes with 2 sauces. They have expanded their menu, so i will continue to check out new items. If you want, you may call your order in and just pick up and ask about their current payment options. There was a sign up that says they were moving towards cashless payments due to the current climate to safeguard their guests and employees. But definitely support this local small business. If you love trying new drinks and finding a new fun place to buy teas or boba teas of all varieties, look no further. I am sick of the cookie cutter every corner places, and while this was a drive for us it is so worth it that my best friend and I try to come back at least once a week. I even bring any friends or family that visit from out of town to this place as a fun place to go. I was tired of the same ol same ol, so when I come here I can say I really feel like a drink with almond flavoring, and they make suggestions. Thomas is the best at it but they are all very helpful. 12/10 recommend giving them a try. Oh and the food i haven't tried many dishes but it was good the chicken and rice ones i tried. Fusion has been the best boba tea that I've found in the Phoenix area so far! Their lounge area is currently closed due to the pandemic but I went in for a take-out order after seeing the excellent reviews on Yelp. I decided to try the Taro milk tea and while ordering, I was asked how sweet I wanted my tea to be. I went with "medium" which was an excellent choice. It was about a 5 minute wait to get my tea and the boba was the perfect texture and my tea was creamy perfection with just the right amount of sweetness. Their drinks are super yummy and very refreshing, I would suggest 70% sweetness but that's just cause I like sweet dirnks. The owner is so nice, makes good recommendations, and will always bring your drinks and food to you. I really love their c.r.e.a.m. teas and their honey green tea.
