I was in line to pay for 4 people and the cashier with a blonde hair decided to accommodate the people who just came in. When i told her i was in line, she said that all the people should be present. My company was just using the restroom at this point. Whats the point in telling customers to get in line when she cant follow the rule herself. read more

We came here last Sunday for dinner. Customer services are excellent, as we came in we were greeted nicely and friendly. The price is reasonable, the food is fresh and very good..! I was amazed how the waiter and waitress are extremely friendly! The ambiance is very pleasant and comfortable. We will support this new establishment. read more

Great first time experience! Food was tasty and hot. Great service and the food presentation was awesome. Come with an appetite because there are plenty of food options. I will return! read more

Great place. I would definitely go again. Went on a Tuesday night. They even have ice cream. Real ice cream. It the machine. The establishment was nice and the staff were friendly read more

Food is always so yummy! Service was great, overall it was a good experience! Though I would recommend that they clean up the area where the drinks are, it had a little stinky smell. But I will definitely be back. read more

Food is good but way to crowded not worth the pushing to get to the food. It's beautiful inside but it's to small for to many people you can barely go around them. I don't recommend going on the weekend when it's super busy read more

The wait was long , food was decent they have a variety of things to choose from i like that, but what really lost me was the fact that i paid $30 on the weekend just to be timed to eat. never in my life have i ever been timed to eat with a restaurant giving you a certain time you have to eat , how are you supposed to enjoy the food? Hosted a business meeting there couldnt even talk & eat in peace felt like we were rushed. other than that its a nice place definitely room for improvement, being timed to eat is crazy though. read more

Really great buffet I highly recommend this place. Playlist also is a great throwback as well. Food is always being refreshed and servers take empty plates away quickly 11/10 read more

Holy crap, even for only 30$ this is so bad. It's horribly dirty, the food is pretty flavorless, the hosts were rude, and there's food all over the floor with no one cleaning read more

So many food items to select. Very clean and staff are very friendly. Definitely coming back with friends. Will highly recommend this to family and friends in the area. read more

Food was very flavorful and fresh. Definitely coming back the staff was pleasant and attentive.

We've visited this buffet a few times before and used to enjoy it, but after getting sick the last two visits, we won't be returning. The first time I got sick, I let it go. But last night, after dining with my family, I started feeling symptoms later that evening. Nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea that lasted through the night. It was a horrible experience and really concerning. Also, if you have kids, be aware of their pricing policy. They charge based on height, not age. My elementary school-aged kids were tall for their age, and we were charged full adult prices. That makes no sense. Just because a child is tall doesn't mean they eat like an adult. It's a frustrating and unfair policy. This will be our last visit, and we'll be warning our friends and family to avoid this place. If I give this negative star. I will since they deserved it. Updates: my 2 kids that ate here also got sick. Both threw up middle of the night and got stomach problem, that lead to my daughter getting a fever. We will never EVER step foot in this place EVER again. read more

Food selections are plentiful and delicious. Serving place, tables and utensils are clean and neatly kept. Servers always doing the rounds to pick up empty plates in your table. Definitely will be my new fav weekend hangout read more

Short version: good food, but got food poisoning. Long version: The decor was neat. The staff is attentive. It's a little crowded in terms of seating and getting utensils. Like you have to reach over a bunch of stuff to get a mug because the coffee station, where the cups are, and the utensils are all pushed together on one island. Food was good, but I did get food poisoning. I'm on day two of feeling sick. I'm sure it was the seafood because my fiance mostly ate hot food, and I mostly ate seafood. I'm guessing a temperature issue. This place could be good if they get serious about their safe food practices. read more

The place was nice inside, a lot of seating but very crammed in there. There was an okay variety of food. Unfortunately the food I grabbed turned out to be cold. I went to grab a different set of food that looked to be full in the tray and my food still turned out to be cold. I'm assuming because the tray was overfilled so everything on top wasn't being warmed by the tray. There is an area for you to grab uncooked food for the chefs to make in front of you so that's what I ended up getting instead. I did get food poisoning the next day. Really wanted to give this place 5 stars because of all the good reviews I see online but I did not have the best experience here. read more

The 2 stars I've left is only for the quality of food & the ambiance, which were good for the price you pay. However, my family & I were highly disappointed after dinner tonight. My son spit out a clipped FINGERNAIL from the clam chowder he was eating. It was most definitely, clearly a fingernail & not a seafood shell of any kind. I failed to get a photo of it because, at first, I didn't intend on making a public statement about it. I immediately brought the nail up to the man working at the host desk & told him I wasn't going to make a scene about the fingernail in the food but it was in the clam chowder and something needed to be done. He claimed he couldn't recognize what the item was & that he would get back to me. But he never made any contact nor did they bother to remove the pot of soup it was in. They knew and continued to allow patrons to keep eating from it. Such a shame that a new, nice establishment has poor food handling and even worst management when unsanitary items are found in the food. & to top it off, instead of doing anything they could to fix the situation and stop people from further consuming the soup, they greeted us as we were leaving saying "have a great night". This mishandling of the situation ruined any future visits for us. read more

Fusion Buffet - Workers who took the fingernail that was in the chowder, but failed to remedy the situation nor take the compromised pot away - Buffets Near Me - Concord, California

The worst place ever!! Do not go here!! Came in with a group of 13 peoples and they would not let my 11 yrs old daughter pass because she was just slightly over about 1/2 inch over the 5ft mark. Plus I told the front cashier that her shoes were even a bit higher as u can Clearly see! The height shouldn't determine their age. Will NOT be coming back!!! read more

we waited over an hour to get into this place and the hosts didn't have a plan where to seat us and did not tell us drinks were also self serve. the table they sat us at wasn't even wiped down. the table still had a toothpick and sauce from the previous person's meal! the ice cream is self serve so i saw a bunch of kids putting their hands into the ice cream while scooping. the pathway to walk is also extremely claustrophobic and crowded with little guidance on where to walk. the chocolate fountain was a mess and the drink fountain was expelling a dirty wet mop smell. also the hosts came to our table to say "your 90 minutes is almost up" with no sign or verbal policy about the time limit when we came in. i asked her "how much longer do we have?" and she just said "thanks for understanding" and walked away. hello? never coming back here. inside decor is pretty but this place needs better organization and the food is mid. read more

Not good. I had better. Not that many options. Should offer more if I'm paying 30$ self serve hand scooped ice cream disgusted me.

When busy, there is just not enough space near the drinks and ice cream area. Food was typical of buffets but it's better than others in the area. read more

Good food at dinner, lots of seafood. Service-went well . They work so hard, yet they give you a nice smile !

For those people who tried the oysters in this place specially during mother's day please react on this review or do a review your self so that the owner could be addressed about this! my family went here during mother's day and my other sister 2 weeks before all had a bad diarrhea after eating the oysters read more

Overall food is good and fresh, mostly asian food. It's clean and nice staff. Drinks is self serve. Variety of fruits and desserts, it has self serve hand scoop ice cream (4 flavors), they also have chocolate fountain! For the price, it's really worth it. read more

Honestly, I was really surprised by how much we enjoyed our meal here. The sushi (by buffet standards) was great, the cooked selection was delicious, seafood was fresh and cooked noodle bar was tasty. The only thing that was a bit of a miss was one of the soups but besides that everyone in my family (including the picky eaters) loved everything we had. The only thing we wished for was more selection but there's more than enough that you can't really try everything without getting full. Pricing is very reasonable for all you can eat and the service was quick and friendly. read more

New place in the area pretty good! The sushi selection is better than most buffet spots. What i liked the best is how clean they were and how they kept coming to the table and grab the plates so they don't pile up. Looks real fancy inside made me feel like we were in vegas! Will definitely give it another try. read more

I came back our table after grabbing a plate and somehow they clean our table and gave to someone else. Like wtf. My husband came back from bathroom and he looked confused too. That's pretty irritating. We told the staff and the look on their faces,.they knew they messed up. They assumed they texted me earlier that our table was ready but I didn't received any nor a phone call. When I noticed the folks walked in before we did. 2 mistakes. read more

Too crowded in small area especially on dinner time weekends especially. Kind of in organized as well.

Best buffet I've been to in a long time, the quality and flavor in the food was very impressive. The variety of selection was huge and everything I tried was so very good. Even the quality in the ice cream, I'm use to cheap not good ice cream at buffets but not at this 1. Also the bussers stay on top of keeping the tables clean at all time and I mean they were on it, you can tell this place is well managed. read more

The wait was pretty long, and the food was just okay. The serving area was really cramped, making it hectic to navigate through people just to grab food and drinks. The overall experience felt chaotic, and the food didn't taste fresh. Definitely room for improvement on both the setup and the quality. read more

I gave this place a second chance after my first visit and the selection is still very limited compared to other buffets. The service is very good both times. Food is honestly lacking flavor and taste again. I wish they would let me know 90 mins limit before seating not 10 mins before asked to leave. They ask you pay before eating and offer you 10% off bill after you pay to review on yelp. Ice cream has 4 flavors now this time instead of last time only had one flavor. read more

Food was amazing ! Custom service was very good !!! They welcome us just like family come out !!! You won't be disappointed
