I did kinda wish they had noodle soups too, but they had a selection of you choosing your own type of ingredients for someone to help you stir-fried it. The line does get kinda long but the line does go by pretty quick! Sushi selection was alright and fresh enough for the AYCE price. I got to try different types of food/dishes and it was pretty fresh and not a lot of MSG, which was a plus! Lots of desserts varieties and had a chocolate fountain for marshmallows! Be careful with the 10% service charge for parties over 8. We didn't realize it was already added, so we ended up paying more than 20% in tips. Also, they ask you to pay before being seated, which makes it harder to double-check the charges. We actually had to go back and ask for a receipt to understand the breakdown. Check in was super easy on the iPad outside. The waitlist said 8-18 minutes for a party of two around 1:30 on a weekday. Our names were called within minutes of signing up. We paid at the front before being seated. Drinks are included in the price ($21.99). Table was excellent. The staff cleared tables fairly often. The sushi selection was average. We knew this wasn't a sushi or seafood buffet so it met our expectations. It was just a little odd that the sushi section is so close to the bathrooms and the doors were wide open the entire time. They had a stir fry noodle section where you can pick ingredients for them to cook in the spot. The Chinese food selection was pretty good. We enjoyed the salt and pepper shrimp, generals chicken and octopus. The broccoli in the beef and broccoli was surprisingly good. I never get fries and grabbed a few because it actually looked good. Food was so good I forgot to take a photo! You do have to make sure your whole party is present or you are at risk of losing your spot. You cannot sit until everyone gets there and pay up front. We went a separate time where they didnt enforce the 90 minute limit but this day we went on Fathers day and they were very strict. For the food, it is chinese/japanese cuisine food. I would highly recommend. Once you sit down you are free to grab your own drink and then food for your stay. The waiters are quick with removing plates off your table and overall has a nice ambiance. I would recommend this buffet. I think they have a great selection of food to choose from and for $30, it is well worth it. I feel they specialize in their Chinese food. Yes, they have sushi and sashimi but they have more Chinese food to choose from. But I will say, the dishes were cooked well and I enjoyed the half spoon serving of everything...just to try everything. I was able to try braised snails but that wasn't for me. It was chewy and the texture was off for me. But, always open to try something new. What stood out the most, and has value in itself, is the Mongolian BBQ station. You can customize your plate with protein and veggies. The spicy garlic sauce they use to cook your food was really good but not spicy at all. I was late to find crab legs but it was decent. It was on the salty side and semi dry. Maybe I caught a bad batch. Now that I know what I enjoyed, I'll come back with a better plan with my selections. The employees on the floor were really friendly and quick to clear dirty plates. I didn't like the front of the house hosts, not welcoming and cold. We came on a weekday so did not have to wait and staff were friendly to let us pick what table we'd like to sit at so it is better for our senior parent to move in and out. There's a good variety of food. My favorite had to be the sushi area. There's rolls, nigiri, and pieces of salmon and tuna. I had plenty of sushi! Next to the sushi area, you'll see some unprepared/uncooked food (shrimo, noodle, veggies, etc). This is where you can pick ingredients you want and the place it at the counter where the chef will take it and then cook it for you! Depending on how much people are there, you may have to wait a while for the dish to be prepared. However, the fry cook was so hard working. Shout out to him! It was really delicious too. There's chinese style food to pick from such as chow mein, fried rice, broccoli beef, egg rolls, etc. if you don't want to wait for the stir fry, I took the noodles and just put sauce from the chinese chicken sauce. There's also cooked oysters Chinese style and it was so good. The sweet grilled shrimp was my surprising favorite. I usually don't prefer to be peeling shrimp and it was delicious and easy to peel. There's crayfish and clams too. Fried shrimp was good too. There's a salad station, cocktail shrimp area. The fruit was super sweet! I wish the watermelon was colder temperature. There's a chocolate fondue but it can get messy lol. You scoop your own ice cream and the chocolate was good. You get unlimited soda and you can fill it up. I came here alone around 12:15pm and was seated instantly. You have to pre pay. It was $20.99 plus tax = $23.04 that's the lunch price 11am to 3:15pm. There are a lot of selections of different kinds of foods. My first plate was sushi. They had cooked and raw ones. There were a few favorites for sure. Next I had the noodles where you pick whatever you want and the cook mixes and cooks it for you. He also asks if you want it spicy or not. I picked noodles, beef, shrimp, mushrooms and broccoli. It was delicious! Then I had a few random stuff like clams, beef & broccoli, fried rice, edamame, buttered corn, sesame balls, peaches, potato salad, buttered shrimp, seaweed salad, hot & sour soup, jasmine green tea, I mean there was a lot of food! I swear I had to sit down for a minute before getting up for more. I noticed if something ran out then they would replace it immediately and sometimes even with something different. I feel like every time I got up there was a new selection of food, lol. Very deadly but delicious! I noticed they had a chocolate fountain with marshmallow so you can make your own treats. There was this coffee cake or mousse cake, it was soooo good! Then they had ice cream and there was four flavors: strawberry, mango, vanilla, and chocolate. I tried all three except for a chocolate because I'm not a big fan of chocolate ice cream, but the other three was hella good! I would normally be willing to chalk some cleanliness issues up to a particularly hectic day. However, the combination of these issues suggests a serious disregard for basic cleanliness and food-safety standards. We came here for Saturday lunch at 1:15 and we're seated for a party of 9 right away. The place feels like Vegas in the Bay Area. All areas are clean and the food selection was perfect for our family age ranges from teenagers to senior citizens. The sushi rolls were fine for buffet. Cannot complain for a basic California roll or nigiri. But I enjoyed the scallop vermicelli and the beef rib and the steamed oysters the most. I would like to point out what they failed in. It was one of the best Asian buffet when they first opened, but they have fallen quite far away from when they first started... $31 per person. They used to have huge prawns, fresh oysters, and decent quality sushi. Rest of their food was decent, drinks included. Today: - prawns- tasted muddy, mushy and dry, had something's that tasted and textured like sand in most of them. - oysters were either undercooked or overcooked with poor taste and quality. - sushi's were worse than Safeway quality... actually Safeway sushi is far better than these guys - fried prawns were mushy - ribs has too much of tenderizer, and Chinese herb taste - rest of the food were sub- par at best... Safeway Chinese food is better - no chocolate fondu - ice cream was very cheap - coffee was horrible - soups were watered down like crazy The sodas were the only thing that tasted ok. I would compare the quality of their food on par with China wall buffet... except China wall is much cheaper. No large prawns. I understand cutting cost, but the taste and how they cooked them is the issue. If they want to cut corners like this, they should just get rid of the dishes like the large prawns, and lower their price to compete with places like China wall, not $31 per person. There are so many options out there that are fantastic for $30 a person out there. What a disappointment. I will never go there again. read more

I've come here twice now with my husband and our kiddo. While they seem to really really enjoy a wider range of the food here, I only found myself enjoying one or two things the first time and three or four things offered on this most recent visit. This last time I did like the fried shrimp and had some good fresh cooked rice with it. I also had two teeny tiny bundlet looking cakes for dessert. I also had an affogato with the coffee and the ice cream they have there. They somehow seem to keep things incredibly clean which is very reassuring and despite all the lighting it doesn't ever seem to feel too hot. The staff is probably the best and my favorite part of coming here. They are fantastic at clearing the dishes whenever it's needed and they smile and seat you but don't ever seem to be over the top either. I'm not trying to be harsh with my rating. I came here for lunch with a friend. Find out the "All you can eat rules" before entering. Got two shrimp the size of a small apricot. This lady with natty hair wearing all black followed me back to my table, said, "I have to take your plate. That's a dinner item." She would not stop talking and repeating her same words over and over. When we got there, we wanted one lunch and one dinner purchase. The guy said you can't have one lunch and one dinner at the same table. But that's their way of upgrading your lunch ticket to a dinner ticket in their favor, meaning more money for them. My Friend said she wanted oysters and crab and the guy said that is a dinner item. The guy then said, "It's all right." He sold us our tickets and took us to our table. They did not explain that at 3:30, they start switching out the trays of food and those are now ALL considered dinner items. Here is the photo, the lady that stands behind the serving table, will chase you to your table over two little tiny pieces of shrimp, takes the TWO tiny pieces of shrimp and scolds you and continues to argue. I understand that a lot of people probably try to take advantage in an all you can eat place, but I've never seen anything so ridiculous over TWO tiny pieces of shrimp that she had to end up just throwing in the garbage and she would not stop talking. I had to ask her to leave my table and even after I asked her to leave my table, she continued to keep talking about the situation and repeating herself over two pieces of shrimp. I took my parents here because they wanted to try this new buffet in town. My dad normally goes to China Wall, but he was curious about Fusion Buffet. The wait was horrendously long. It was packed, so understandable though. Granted going on Mother's Day Weekend did not help. However, checking in was easy since they use Yelp and it was tied to my account. After about 45 min, we sat down. Typical of a buffet, you have your normal Chinese food such as fried rice, general tso chicken, honey walnut prawns, etc. Those items were not bad and I enjoyed them. As for the other selections, the Mongolian BBQ could use a bit more sauce in the mix. I asked for a little spicy and all I tasted was spicy. Maybe some sort of teriyaki sauce to make it sweet and salty would suffice. Or even just more of it. The sushi selection is a little limited, but I only ate the tuna and salmon selections. They were just alright. The soups were also just okay. I love the hot and sour soup, but the clam chowder I will forever pass. The dessert station was nice. Hand scooped ice cream was cool, but we didn't have much toppings to go with such as chocolate syrup or sprinkles. And the chocolate fountain is a neat idea, so I liked that. French Fries are hard as rock, taste old and re-heated. They dont have that many options in their menu. This restaurant has one of the most ridiculous policies I've ever experienced. They won't even put your name on the waitlist unless every single person in your party is physically present. They literally count everyone before they'll add your name. When people are still trying to find parking, this policy just makes the wait even longer and creates unnecessary frustration. Very disappointing customer experience. Staff are rude from front desk to waitress. We're still eating and working out plates and they start collecting our plate without even asking. The selection is similar to most Asian buffets. There's the Japanese section of different variations of California rolls. There's a salad bar and fruit bar that is usually left untouched. There's a lonely pizza next to trays of chicken nuggets and fries for the kids in the corner. Then the majority of the buffet is some variations of American Chinese dishes. That's usually the chow mein, fried rice, sweet & sours and plenty of stir fries. The sushi wasn't my favorite but it was decent. The highlight for me was the chow mein, general tso's chicken and surprisingly the fried chicken. Afterwards the ice cream did not disappoint either. The place was pretty full for lunch on a Wednesday. I imagine the restaurant is much busier on the weekends so maybe prepare to wait a bit.
